My family and I recently stayed here for 2 nights and were really happy with our accommodations! It is a very family-friendly place, with a great pool and a wonderful complimentary breakfast.

Everyone, if you come to Ottawa and looking for decent hotel, this is one of the best ones for this price range.

I had a wonderful stay at AC Hotel in Downtown Ottawa from July 20–22, 2026. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived until I checked out.
Stayed in Room 407!

We had a very lovely stay at this hotel. We were greeted by the front desk staff (Sikander and Irfan) who were professional, helpful and very welcoming. Any questions I had, the promptly answered.

Overall, we had a really nice stay. The location is amazing – Parliament Hill is just a few minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance.

Large clean rooms with a large new-ish TV and modern dishwasher and fridge. We booked a larger room with a kitchen though.
I wouldn't give it a 5 though.

Excellent location that is close the multiple buses, two LRT connections, and Hwy 417. Well maintained, clean, friendly with many types of room choices. Practical laminate flooring.

Nice hotel. Quite clean. Staff very friendly. Lots of free parking. Breakfast is pretty good, decent selection of stuff. Very easy to get onto Airport Parkway. Fun views.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Ottawa Airport for five nights during our house-hunting trip, and it was fantastic.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet and welcoming.

Great motel we spent the weekend here. We enjoyed the pool one day. Then Ubered into town which wasn't to expensive at all. Beds were comfy and water was hot.

I love this place. I went here once. I love the beds, not to mention the cared for pool. Service was excellent, and perfect in the middle of Stratford.

Im a trucker, I've stayed in my fair share of hotels, and motels. North Bay Inn, for a 2 star, is a great place to stay. Friendly, clean, and comfortable. My room was small, but cozy.

Nice hotel, very clean and cozy. The general manager was very pleasant to talk too anf even accommodated a later check out.

Our WestJet flight was turned around mid-air when the Bridgeport airport closed suddenly, and we ended up back in Toronto on a Saturday with no hotel.

I have used this hotel 4 (soon to be 5) times over winter 2025/2026 and am continuously pleased with it.
The recent renovations of the older property make for a perfect airport stay.

We stayed here only one night, and it was amazing! The customer service and hospitality was top notch and made us feel at home!

Really enjoyed our stay. The pool was the best part! Great location with very clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms. Our room had a small fridge which was perfect for our special diet needs.

Awesome location to 401. Clean, comfortable rooms. Can't beat the price. Beds are very comfortable. Great TV selection.

Cheap, clean and comfy! Coffee was good also! Would recommend for a short stay. King bed was great!

Close to the highway easy access. Nice clean room that was recently renovated. Free breakfast that was very good. Receptionist Christopher provided exceptional service to our family.

Stayed for a night, the room was very nice and well done. And the service was absolutely wonderful, Jessica at the front desk was amazing and so kind, genuinely made the trip better.

This Location is great! I have made alot of bookings at this location. Dustin Fields who is our Booking Agent makes it very easy to book with him!

Overall a pretty good stay and fair value for money. The room and general areas were clean. Staff really helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was fine for a short stays. Ample parking.

We stayed at the Best Western twice on a recent trip. Try calling the hotel before you book through a third party. We received a very nice room at a similar price to online booking services.

I’ve stayed at Best Western Cobourg many times for business, and I can honestly say this hotel is exceptional.
What truly sets this place apart is the people.

As a wedding Video and Photo vendor, Best Western Stoneridge Inn is a fantastic venue to work at. The wedding spaces are beautiful, the spaces are well laid out, and everything photographs and films

Fantastic service. Due to family health issues, my plans kept changing and I extended my stay several times. Excellent. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I'll be completely honest in saying that I didn't expect much, but the owners/workers exceeded my expectations, and I have to say that this was definitely far above the last few hotels I've stayed

Amazing hotel and rooms, decent price and fantastic location with lots to do in a short walk. Get ready for stairs though, and the front desk is in the neighbouring bar.

Positive: convenient check in Negative: neither of the televisions (main room and bedroom) were operational (It would have been nice to see the jays game). I had this issue previously at this hotel.

Had an excellent stay at the Windsor waterfront location.

We stayed on the 5th floor for 4 nights for our honeymoon. Service was great, room was very clean and housekeeping kept everything touched up everyday. Staff are very kind.

Frank is an example of customer experience. The restaurant was closed but still he accommodated a hungry human. May God bless him. Restaurant is amazing in such a small town. Cool vibes, spicey rice.

The hotel is newly renovated so everything is clean and new. It’s perfectly located on the main street.

I would like to commend Ms. Liebst and CJ for keeping our room exceptionally clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

I had a very positive experience from a customer service standpoint. 5 stars!

Used to stay here for some quick business related visits to the area, and over the last 2 years I found it always exceeding expectations.

This hotel was very clean and well managed, Even though it was close to the highway. It was very quiet. The furnishings in the room were very nice and the bed was comfortable.

Price is comparable to other hotels, but the calibre is so much better.

Stayed for 1 night over the Christmas holiday. It was after new years so the place was quiet. No large hockey parties! Sorry I know not a poplar opinion but hockey parents are the worst at hotels.
