Stayed here for a wedding at evermore. Got an executive suite that included breakfast (room service or restaurant). The service was excellent, the room was perfect and the breakfast was awesome! We had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very satisfied with my stay.

The evening staff here is very friendly and helpful. The bed mattress was very comfortable. The top floor was very quiet. The breakfast at their restaurant was excellent. What more do you want? One of the best Holiday Inn experience I've ever had.

Was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded immediately upon arrival. Suite was spacious, though we had a queen-sized bed. Mini fridge was available. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Clean spaces, helpful staff, nice infused water. Restaurant was cozy. Only had coffee, so I can't speak to the food. Coffee itself came from deluxe kurig machine — pretty good. Air conditioning was a bit too much, but otherwise visit was good.

Excellent stay, right from the beginning. We have a small cat that we brought with us and they were very accommodating for him and charged a much smaller pet fee then other hotels were quoting. The suite was large and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Lots of good food places nearby. The staff were also extremely pleasant, we forgot something behind and they not only found it but shipped it back to our home the very same day. An experience that will not be forgotten. Thank you guys!

The hotel is old and it shows in the rooms, especially the bathrooms. Carpets looked dirty and should probably be shampooed. The beds were hard and there were no extra blankets available in the room. The room had no fridge or microwave. They provide coffee and tea, but there was not enough whitener provided. The parking spaces in the underground parking are very tight. I was not aware that parking was not free and you have to pay $25 a night for parking. When I booked the room, it provided that parking was available, but there was no indication that there was a surcharge for parking and I found this out upon checking in. The hotel is walking distance to some of the attractions, but it is a good walk, especially if you are making multiple trips daily to the hotel and back. Not sure where these people who gave it 5 stars were staying. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Great Location. They have a really nice restaurant downstairs. Nice rooms, comfortable parking. You do have to pay for parking. Also there is Height restriction for the parking.

I have been to other Radisson hotels as well, definitely it’s not up to their standards. This 3 star rating is only for the staff and their helpful nature. Otherwise I would have given lesser ratings. Their rooms are very small in size and not up to date. Furniture is very old and torn. Parking is also small. It was very difficult for me to park my SUV. Paying $200 per night is not worth your money. It’s close to Parliament hills and downtown, but there are many other hotels within this price range and distance.

Good value, excellent location, underground parking. Gibson's restaurant provides good food at reasonable prices for a hotel based facility. Excellent service from housekeeping. Special mention to Daniel who expediently solved a problem that could have adversely our stay. Well done!

The Hotel building is not really tall and not in perfect location. But they have nice and friendly staff. The suites and rooms are not really neat. The appliances power cables are visibly hanging. A/C and TV remotes starting to give low battery warnings. Parking is really tight. If you have full size SUV or bigtires on your Crewcab, you have to park outside. Yet, I enjoyed the stay. It was a last minute choice and we had a great stay. Staff is lovely and room service was just awesome. I’m sure to come back if I need a room in Ottawa!

Overpriced for what we got. We spent approximately $200 per night for a room for two people. The room was nice and clean but at times it felt a bit small. The bed and living room were separated by a door and we had a mini fridge as well as a microwave. Bathroom was very clean with minimal water damage on the ceiling. The customer service was excellent and they helped me with all of the questions I had with a cheerful attitude and a smile. I only experienced two negative things during my stay. Firstly, the card for my room stopped working after the first night. I went to customer service and was told that they had only activated it for one night accidentally. Secondly, at times some other guests were really loud in the hallways. The hotel needs to tell them that the hallway isn’t somewhere to hang out and that they need to close their doors if they are having extremely loud discussions. Overall 3/5. Would have been 4/5 with a better price. Would have been 5/5 with a better price, more strict enforcement of noise rules, and no issues with the card for the room.

Location is great if you want to be close to downtown and Parliament or whatever else is down that way. Despite being a Radisson I have stayed at better. The rooms are definitely showing their age and quite tight for what you pay for. Parking isn't free for the hotel underground lot and is tight so if you show up with a larger vehicle like my F150 you need to use the lot across the road not run by the hotel. There wasn't even creamers for the in room coffee. For a room over $200 I expected better honestly. In the end, if you need a place to crash it's fine for the location just have a look elsewhere first.

Used them for my wedding guest, had a great experience. Manage to arrange early check ins and co-ordinate are shuttle scheduled with them. Nice and very clean rooms, and the staff was helpful. The wife's hairdresser forgotsome of her things in the chaos and they were able to arrange for her to pick them up from the front desk the next day after we left for our honeymoon.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. I lost a credit card at a restaurant earlier that day, and the desk guy researched the restaurant, called the establishment, and checked with me later to see if there was anything else they could do. The room was really nice and had a bedroom and a front room. Very comfortable and quiet. Close to shopping and the movie theatre, and several restaurants.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and general appearance of the hotel could do with being updated as it is looking a bit dated and worn. The room could be better lit as I find it rather dark.

This was a great place to stay. Had everything we needed and ws close to everything. The room was very clean and roomy and had all items we could need — ironing board, Iron, hair dryer, etc. The bed was so comfy and the staff very friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Stayed one night. I arrived on Fri @ 7pm. There was no space to stop out front as idle cabs took all the space. Parked in the underground lot. Could not find stairs or elevator (found the sign later… 6x8 inches is too small). 1 concierge on duty and was calling for assistance. Waited 15 mins to sign in (I was second in line). Conceirge was very friendly and helpful. Paid for parking ($25/ night with in/out). Went to room. It was clean. Beds TV full bathroom. No fridge. Took the car out for the night. Returned and no space left in the underground parking. I spoke to the concierge and he offered me a refund and his spot on the street (I found my own). Returned to the room and took a shower. Almost no hot water (knob was at 100% hot). Slept after the tepid shower. Ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant (good). Checked out. Doubt I will ever return. I feel badly for the staff who are doing their best with little to work with.

A great, inexpensive hotel, in a wonderful location. My boyfriend and I stayed for a night and we had a wonderful stay. The staff were all super welcoming, the room was very clean, and included everything we needed. For the cost, the location is Prime. Well within walking distance of the market, and many entertainment options. We travel with our medium size dog, and the hotel was more than willing to accommodate him. The fee for parking, and pets is reasonable. The Radisson will most certainly be on our stay list in the future!

Front desk staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Service gets a 5 star. Rooms are beautiful, for most part very clean. Could use a couple of small updates and could do without the large cob Web hanging from the ceiling right over my bed. Rooms get 4 stars.

Loved the hotel, the location, the breakfast! (though they could have more fruit). It has kitchen, laundry room and pool, so very family oriented. I went with my 3 kids and we had a great time. The staff is also very kind and friendly.

I stay here often. It is not super upscale, but very comfortable. It is a fantastic location, in downtown Ottawa. Staff are friendly. There are a variety of rooms from the simple, to jr. Suits to full up suites that are like small one bedroom apartments. Prices vary with the room but also the season, and so it can range from a steal to overpriced. Staff are friendly, there is a restaurant with a solid breakfast menu, and a pub-like dinner menu (Try the meatloaf)

The lobby is definitely modern however the rest of the hotel is dated. Very slow elevators, old carpet and even the rooms aren't as nice. The area itself isn't very nixe either.

Stayed here a couple times. Good location. Underground parking is free and heated. Service is top notch!

The hotel lobby is modern but I can't say the same for the room or the hallway. The restaurant is pretty good I'll say 3 star. The staff is a little cold but they'll help you find your way in the city.

Couldn't find a thermostat anywhere at all. Rooms were comfortable but rather dated. Staff were very friendly but the buildibg itself and its facilities leave much to be desired. I searched through floors 3-9 and all but one floor was either missing an ice machine or it was broken (at least 3 out of service).

Wonderful staff, and nice amenities. Only wish it had cheaper breakfast options for adults, but at least kids eat free. Grafittis was an excellent place to eat, the staff were awesome. My little one loved the cooks. Great potion sizes, and fresh homemade food.

We live in Kingston, and since we were attending a lunch event in Ottawa on Saturday I decided to be kind to myself and not drive there and back on the same day. So I booked my elderly mother and I into the Holiday Inn in Kanata for Friday night. It was ok, but my mother’s walker hardly fit between the TV etc side of the room and the bed section. Also, it was a very tight squeeze between the 2 beds. This would not affect everyone, but if you have a disabled person in your group, beware of that issue. Another problem was that the beds are very high. I had to help my mom climb on and off her bed, and even I, at 5 foot 9, had to clamber up onto my bed. Unusual. The beds were certainly comfortable, so no complaints there. The crowning touch, though, was when I went to step into the shower and discovered that it wasn’t draining properly. I had to use a washcloth to do my morning preparations instead of showering. Let’s face it, I wasn’t going to call maintenance when I was ready to hop into the shower. I was really upset. When we left I talked to one of the cleaning staff who was in the hall, and she went to check on it. I didn’t bother to say anything when we checked out. They can be all apologetic and do nothing, whereas if I put it into a review they will definitely look into it. The room was 603.

Not overly impressed by this hotel. We were told during booking to call in the morning of our check in, so they would have the rooms cleaned first so we could check in early at noon instead of 3pm. We called at 9am to let them know we wanted to come early and were told at that time that the rooms would not be ready until 1pm. We got to the hotel by 1130am to let them know we were in town and would go shop first, but said we were disappointed we were told in this first place that the room would be ready early. The front desk clerk was polite but said no one should have ever told us that in the first place. Not impressed with that answer either as that is not our fault but a fault with the other staff who told us this was possible. That same front desk clerk said she would call us to let us know when one room was ready so we could come back and start settling in. She never called, but we had to call in order to find out 1 room was ready at 230 pm. When We got to the hotel she said the second room was being cleaned but we would get no later than 3 pm as that is their actual check in time. We went to the room and waited. By 330 pm we had to back down and ask at the front desk why our room wasn't ready. We were told they were still cleaning it and it shouldn't be much longer. By 4 pm another clerk delivered the keys to the room we were waiting in and apologized.

I stayed here with my family as we passed through Ottawa. The staff were absolutely fantastic and very attentive to our needs. The rooms were spacious, quiet and well appointed. Will very happily stay here again!

Went to the graffiti s restaurant attached to the holiday Inn. Service was great, food was really good and the price was reasonable. Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms in the Holiday Inn. I will definitely be going back again.

Great place to stay to enjoy a Sens game. Bed was very comfortable and the free breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Staff provided pot of coffee and cups for the road trip home!

Location was good, but parking was difficult to find outside the hotel. Inside the hotel, incredibly overpriced "secure parking" was available, but during our stay someone snuck into their secure lot and vandalised a series of cars. Not a good sign. Additionally, the heating was broken in the lobby, and there was only one receptionist, despite a huge line. It took over 40 minutes to check into our room, and the receptionist informed us that it had been this way for weeks, despite his protests to upper management. The suite was nice, though lacking toiletries and the fridge was old and barely cold. I'd stay here again, if the problems with it are fixed. As it is, there are enough hotels in the same area for similar prices that I'd look elsewhere for now.

My stay was AMAZING. The room was perfect. The service was great and the restaurant was unbelievable! We ordered room service for dinner on new years eve and there was less than a 20min wait and the food was spectacular and hot! Best hotel stay ever!

The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was located close to a movie theatre and shopping area. We loved the restaurant which served a variety of plates and able to accommodate my vegetarian gluten free friend.

Always a good stay here! The walls are a little thin for a hotel with a lot of early risers (big hotel for business stays) but definitely good service and clean rooms.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. No free breakfast. Wifi was fast. TV is as bad as anywhere. Parking was only slightly painful. Good location, walking distance to Parliament.

We had a great experience with friendly staff. Had no problems getting a wheelchair accessible room and underground parking. But the accessible room was very small for my power wheelchair.

The exterior of this hotel might not look as fancy as some but the interior is lovely, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The elevator is oddly slow and didn't seam to have a priority and the shampoo is nothing I would suggest anything put in their hair but the service and over all appearance/cleanliness of the hotel makes for a 5 star rating.

I am a gold elite member and I was not offered a room upgrade. Further more the receptionist assured me I had a room with 2 beds when I really only had one bed. We were moved to another room where there was no microwave or fridge. In the morning I found out there was no hot water for a shower and the power receptacle in the bathroom didn't work. I complained and received $25 free parking and breakfast. This is not how a gold elite member likes to be treated.

I was leaving at the executive suites & they gave a fantastic service. Reception staff was very helpful. Nice rooms with a scenic view… Has ATM, gym facilities. Also, a mini hot swimming pool is there.

Esthetically, the hotel has been renovated but there are still some things like the bathroom that are still old. Besides that, the service and location are both great. The staff is very accommodating.

I enjoyed my stay very much and would choose Radisson in the future. The reception desk employee was extremely helpful in recommending local attractions. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was perfect. If I could mention one small need for improvement, the hall paint on the second floor looked a little scuffed up in a couple of areas, but not a big deal at all.

Daniel the concierge was attentive and excellent. Our fridge froze items and he worked hard to fix the matter. He made sure we had some things replaced. He very happy and bubbly and you can tell he takes pride in his job. He is a pleasure to deal with and he mad our stay more enjoyable. Thanks so much.

Good, but I know Radisson best in the world.

We went to the Radisson Hotel and had lovely service. The staff where super nice and helpful. The rooms where very clean and neat. We found that the Radisson is very close to parliament and is with in walking distance to the Rideau Centre and other museums. All in all a great experience.

Unfortunately I could not sleep there since I had made a date error in my reservation. The hotel was full that day, but David at the front desk even phoned in another hotel around to validate the availabilities and find us a room! A + + + Service.

I've been to other Radisson hotels across the country, and I was always happy, but this one is a low-quality inn. First of all, it's very old and not thought-through. There aren't enough outlets or lights in the middle of the room, so the room is dark. No mini fridge-we ended up putting our water on top of the AC. If you wear makeup, you'll find no good mirrors to apply it-nothing in the living room, only in the bathroom and very inconvenient for drawing wings. The bathroom vents don't work, the mirror is always cloudy after shower unless you open the bathroom door. They don't provide discounts for the restaurant downstairs, and the restaurant itself is no good — we had to wait for the waiter to go get us a bill for 10 minutes after we finished our food and we were the only clients in the restaurant. Also, the TV remote is locked so that you can't adjust the volume, and with max setting you can't hear it with the AC on. Update: I also found some of my personal things missing after staying there, though I thoroughly checked the rooms before check out ( ( (

I was an overnight guest for two nights along with my wife. Location is pretty good, about a 10 minute walk from Parliament Hill, and 20 minutes walk from Byward Market. We had the queen room. The beds are really comfortable but the pillows could be a bit harder if you're not into the softer ones. There is no safe or fridge in the room, so if you plan on bringing something that needs refregiration, better plan ahead. We were in Ottawa during a heat wave and we were pleased with the AC performance in the room. One thing I really didn't like was that you are expected to pay $25 + taxes for parking per night. Given the location and scarcity of parking, I understand that there might be a charge, but $25 is ludicrous. Would I stay here again? Probably not. There's a comparable Marriott a few minutes walk away, and I'd probably stay there.

Upgraded to the suit without asking which was nice. It's so bright and lots windows for some pretty great views. Fridge etc and very spacious. The bed was fantastically comfy — best sleep in a long time!

The holiday In at Kanata is fantastic. The room was great, comfortable, and felt just like home. Any issues I had were promptly answered by the Front desk. If you need a place to stay while at Kanata, this should be your first chy.

Hotel is 20 minutes outside Ottawa, but worth the drive bacause hotel is quiet, clean, and secure. Quality restaurant is walking distance from hotel. Staff is very nice. Bed is very comfortable and most importantly, air conditioning system is silent. Would return.

Staff very friendly, bed was very comfy. Small room but clean, no safe or refrigerator.

They advertise a bilingual service and this is not always the case, also the cleanliness of the rooms is poor.

Good place to stay. Not too far from downtown and easily accessible. The restaurant Gibson along side the hotel is not that great. I would recommend to take a walk or bus to downtown for better options.

Great rooms. Small kitchenette, office desk and separate room with a bed. Very comfortable. I checked in late, guy at the desk was trying to guess which of the remaining check-ins I was, made of game of it, it was quite entertaining. Due to my work schedule I needed and late check out, they were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again my next time in the Ottawa area.

I suits alle at the hotel for a conference of writers and all the employees was perfect and we do a great job. Extremely professional and always to help us, he would recommend this hotel for correct next conference.

Very friendly staff, this hotel is very clean. We had an issue with the A/C not working, which the staff tried to address right away. The restaurant was great too. The manager Paul, as well Laura, were really helpful during the checkout. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

I'm attending a convention at the Kanata Holiday Inn and Suites. Second year at the inn and second time for being impressed. Staff are professional and courteous. They are prompt in service calls. And at all times you are greeted with a smile and a hello. I haven't stayed in a room yet but given the opportunity, something I would like to do due to my impression of the inn and staff.

Came for RTC 2017. This was the 3rd year I attended a conference at this hotel and again I am thoroughly impressed with the amenities. The staff are always very thorough and attentive and the food is delicious. The venue is also highly accessible.

Hotel was ok. Not the nicest I've stayed in, but it got the job done. Probably doesn't help that I stayed there the final night of a three night trip. The first two nights were at amazing hotels. So, the Radisson suffers by comparison. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see, but there were closer hotels. Parking garage was under the hotel which was nice.

Hotel very well located in downtown, close to Parliament, at very affordable price (about $135). Not new, but clean. Very courteous staff.

Rooms small, poorly soundproofed, no fridge or microwave in the room I had even though I paid $190 at night. Too expensive for the type of room.

Fairly nice rooms, lots of space. Had a few other problems though. 1 — The parking lot was under construction and so we had to park on the street (quite some distance away). 2 — Even after specifically confirming on the phone, the hotel put us in a room with only one bed, even though we booked as three adults. They did resolve this at quite some difficulty to themselves, but we ended up in double beds instead of queens. Besides that the service was great and the location is excellent.

Very luxurious hotel and very spacious rooms to know that we are in the capital of Canada. The hall in dark colors made very luxurious, the staff is friendly, which is all the more enjoyable. The suites are huge and the maintenance services very efficient in case of problems.

The hotel is under construction, that's fair they worn you when you arrive. Also there is a very strong Oder of sewage in the front doors and elevators. Rooms were small but fair for the price. No fridge in rooms very weird. What's with no parking? I was told to park on the street or there is lots of lots around that are 20+ a night? What's with that. Overall I will not go to this hotel again.

The quality of the "Executive" rooms is amazing. The rooms are spacious and everything is provided, even the brush tooth and more. In addition, the restaurant located on the first floor is excellent and offers a great atmosphere for the lunch and dinners. The pool is small but nice with friends and colleagues.

Was a short stay but nice. They were very patient despite the numerous calls we made before arriving and directed us to places tgat were open at our 3 AM arrival time.

Great hotel on Parliament Hill. Walking distance to countless attractions. Good on-site restaurant, great rooms and wonderful staff.

Really enjoyed the stay. The workers are all nice. Rooms are clean. 15 minute walk from Parliament Hill. The only issue was parking, with limited spaces, parking could be a hassle.

The restwurant had good food. I like with antijotos.

The location is perfect for us as we live West of the city. It is also close to shopping centres that we use frequently. It is easy to get to. The service was excellent at both the hotel and at the restaurant. Our suite was very cozy.

Parking was awful. Cost 18.00 and had to park blocks away. Took some people from our team over an hour to get checked in. We booked a block of rooms at least 6 months ago four our team so we could be all together and they scattered us throughout the hotel. We paid the same price for a plain room as those who got a room with a fridge and microwave. The front desk people are not friendly at all. One good thing — the beds were very comfortable.

Great customer service. Location is perfect for us as it is close to a major shopping Centre and on the west side of the city, closer to our home. The suite was cozy and we enjoyed the way it was heated. Breakfast and service at the restaurant was also good.

Probably one of the best Holiday inns I have stayed at. The rooms were large and clean, included breakfast and had a microwave and mini fridge in room. The pool and hot tub areas are great, service is great and the best part was that the shower head and water pressure were amazing. Bed was comfy and had a great stay overall.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and the temperature was set just right. The shower water pressure was great. The TV was a nice Samsung that had decent channels for a hotel selection. The restaurant staff was very kind and the food quality was higher quality than I expected for a hotel for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for one in the Ottawa area. You won't be let down.

Waitress at breakfast was sooooooo nice. Wifi was being upgraded, I heard of issues, but didn't experience any myself. Would stay there again.

Rooms are nothing to wrote home about. They have the basics, microwave and a fridge. But the view was blocked by other high rises. They do have free Wi-Fi.

It's decent. Rooms have a microwave and fridge. If you're on the alley side I find that there's often a beer truck that comes the the morning to deliver to the neighbourhood pub and it can be quite loud and the windows don't block it out. The gym is in the basement with the parkade but it can be private just a strange setting. It's only a short walk away from Parliament, sparks street, rideau centre and the market.

Very well done up, room service, comfy beds. Parking is tough with anything larger than a small SUV.

Stayed at the Radisson on parliament hill. Staff was courteous and overall our stay was aceptional. Could of been better if our room would of had a fridge or a microwave. Found it ridiculous that not every room has a mini fridge.

The hotel is a little outdated and the rooms are smaller than average. A couple of renovations can bring this place up to par. Staff was nice, they upgraded me to a king bed free of charge. The bed itself is very comfortable with good pillows. Parking is a bit expensive at 18$ and it is a very small parking lot. Overall, good sleep on the bed, but a tired hotel, no view, thin walls. Was okay for 1 night but wouldn't stay again.

Comfortable rooms, good restaurant/bar and well located. Only suggestion would be to include more laundry rooms. (There is only one on 3rd floor)

I've just spent the last few days staying in this hotel as I was on a business trip to a Kanata-based company just down the road. The hotel has been great for my needs. The bed really comfy, the room spacious and clean. There's more facilities than I need in my room (safe, fridge, microwave, ice bucket, coffee-making kit, TOTALLY FREE wired and wireless Internet access, etc) and I really can't fault it at all. I've eaten breakfast every morning in Graffiti's and the food there is awesome, I really don't know whether it's been overhauled since the other reviewers experienced it, but my food has been delicious albeit a bit rich! I'm going home the size of a cow! Location-wise if you don't want to eat in the hotel then there's plenty of other options a short walk away. My colleagues and I tried a few and they all served delicious food at really reasonable prices. If you need any clothes or electronics goods then there's BestBuy, Walmart and a bunch of other stores close-by as well. If you're needing to stay in Kanata then this is definately a good option. My only grumble is that the hotel's about 30 mins taxi away from the city centre but that's really not the hotel's fault, is it?! I'd definitely stay here again if I need to.

Rooms are out dated. Looks like an old place. No complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi is slow. I won't recommend this hotel.

The actual hotel is clean, tastefully decorated and even features local artists work for sale. Which impresses me a lot! I was dissapointed however that for the price that there is no pool, breakfast, or parking included. In fact even if I had wanted to pay for parking, it was full the whole time we were there. It was extremely inconvenient to park two blocks down, especially as my significant other has knee problems. Would have parked across the street, but there was no overnight parking (unless you wish to wake up at 7am to move your vehicle). The man who works at the lot across the street was rude, but that's not the responsibility of the Radisson. The staff at the hotel itself were very kind, polite, and helpful. The room was very nice. Lack of available parking, or alternative accessible overnight parking is my main complaint. But the hotel itself was a nice stay.

The bed was amazing (king size) slept like a baby.

Room nice and clean. Very unhappy with parking I had to park two blocks down as there was no room for my vehicle because the parking lot is public access also. Website is inaccurate as it wrote that THEY have a pool and spa which they do not have. Do not recommandations.

We recently needed a meeting room and catering for a meet and greet with one of our biggest members introducing their new President. I called the Radisson and the service and the catering were A-One. From Brenda Troke, who was my first point of contact, to Ron at the Southern Cross Restaurant, we were very pleased with the professionalism and detail that we were afforded. If you're ever in need of a meeting room and / or catering, I highly recommend calling the Radisson Hotel on Queen Street.

My wife tried to book a room with horrible customer service. The first person she talked to she enquired about a rate and was told to book online and subsequently transferred and hung up on. The second call a customer service lady was able to reserve a room for us but when asked for a quiet room (away from the elevators etc) she laughed AT my wife. I'm thinking about changing our reservation now. Either management has no idea that their customer service is this bad or the staff aren't happy.

I stayed 4 nights because I booked on Expedia. Ca. If I hadn't already paid I would have left. It appears that if you book your reservation through an online service you are not considered a "real" hotel guest. The front desk clerk was very willing to upgrade me to a little larger room until she noticed that I booked through Expedia. She then proceeded to tell me that they were all booked. I asked if I should inquire the next day and her response was borderline rude. I let it go. I inquired two days later and asked right away if the hotel was booked this clerk said no. I asked for another room. As soon as he logged on he appeared nervous and said that they were booked. I asked him if it was because I booked through Expedia. He quickly looked around and nodded yes. Although the hotel has a guaranteed booking, which has been prepaid, it appears that I am a less valued customer. I have never experienced this at any other hotel and I will be telling everyone I know and blogging about it. Should have done better Radisson.

Live for a month, and feel it's the perfect place to travel.

Stayed 1-night with my wife after an xmas party. The rooms are were nice and cozy. Perfec for what we needed. The Service was top shelf. I will be recommending the hotel to my friends and co-workers.

Friendly staff took the bite out of the cramped and expensive parking, overpriced food, lumpy beds, broken ATM and slow internet. We were there for a wedding, but wished we'd checked out the other accommodations.

The good points first: general comfort, the magnificent view of the highest floors, the hotel is located in city center, the parking garage that provides winter morning temperatures in the car, breakfast at the map and so varied and plentiful (hmmm, pancakes).
Now the not so good: setting 0% francophone, network failure, reported but not repaired, Wi — Fi and inaccessible in some rooms, 2 large king size beds, it's funny, but it takes up space and is 90% of the time, the Canadian coffee that looks like to water.
In the end a nice hotel, but not particularly extraordinary.
