The Days Inn Wyndham Ottawa Airport is just beside the Ottawa Airport. Near, there are many restaurants, like a Tim Hortons just in front. This hotel is in a good spot. Nice service, the rooms is clean and the staff is friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who go in Ottawa.

Friendly staff, all amenities were in working order. No complaints here, perfect regular hotel for our 1 day stay.

Great hotel! little extras for guests which makes your overall experience awesome (cookies at reception near coffee area, bottled water in fridge and fruit infused water at reception) we will definitely be back!

Nice hotel with large rooms, nearby the airport, The Keg restaurant, fast food. Could improve on the breakfast.

Stayed here for a week during train for work. My only complaint is the sad state of what they call a gym. 4 pcs of equipment, 2 sound like they are breaking under you. Zero ventilation. 10 mins I was looking like I ran an hour. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and the staff are very pleasant. Will stay here again. Hotel is just up from the airport so you do get the noise of the planes but that wasn't bothersome at all.

Good room nice staff but the other guests were too concerned with beating each other very very loudly. One of the worst stays I've ever experienced.

Overall we had a good visit here. The breakfast was a bit lax compared to other hotels we have stayed at recently and there was some garbage on the floor in the room beside our bed but the room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and the complementary shuttle to the airport was safe and quick. The shuttle driver was nice and engaging as well.

Stayed briefly during an unexpected overnight layover. They sent the shuttle without hesitation. The staff were polite and professional, and accomodations were clean, pleasant and comfortable. Everything you could ask for from an airport hotel.

Poor guest service. New Year's Eve is NOT an excuse for thin partition walls and floors, because WALKING so evident, loud, and everywhere around the room!

Room was clean and tidy, but it's starting to look a bit old and tired and in need of some tlc. The continental breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food including make your own waffles and fresh fruit. Overall nothing too fancy but nothing too bad either. Being right next door to a Timmies is certainly a plus for that morning caffeine hit!

Decent Hotel. Clean pool. It's a little narrow for multiple families in it. Hot tub out of commission. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and nice.

Rooms were good and I liked how they had a TV with flight status for the nearby airport in the lobby. The breakfast was decent and there's a Tim Hortons not even a 30 second walk away so there was variery.

This is a nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed the visit. Only two issues I encountered. The Continental breakfast left a little to be desired. The swimming pool did not have chlorine and smelled very bad. Other than that, really did enjoy the stay. Free movie rentals was a nice touch with the kids.

Think twice before going there very bad staff. Every year I stay at other hotels. Unluckily this time I chose this place. Will never go there next time.

Nice place. Close to 24 hr Tim Hortons and T&T. Shuttle bus to Airport. after 4:00 am. Half hour per trip. I returned my rent car one day earlier and use the shuttle to the airport the next day morning. It save my 110 bucks. 旁边有个大统华。解决吃饭问题。

For being a typical hotel, the staff is very courteous, the rooms are quite large, well cleaned and fairly up to date, but the added touches like bottles of water in the fridge and a computer in the room make this place stand out. The only downside side I've found is the Wi-Fi, although speed tests show about 6Mbps, can be quite spotty.

Went for a job interview. Front desk was very helpful. Complementary water and coffee was a pleasant surprise.

Everything fine about the services and personnel. Except for the horrible service offered by the woman who is in the breakfast area. She is always angry and talking stupid things to the customers. I saw when she was saying fool and aggressive words to a girl that came before her parents (she was about 15 I guess). The rest of the personnel excellent. Thank you!

The room was large and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of places to plug in our USB devices. We were able to borrow a movie from the front desk. The Wi-Fi worked well. All that made our stay there very pleasant.

Visited a guest of the hotel during the summer. Lobby and room were cool and clean. Pool was somewhat murky and the hot tub was out of order. Did not stay the night, so I cannot comment on the accommodations.

The Days Inn-Ottawa Airport is 30 minutes from the Parlement Building. The rooms are very clean and the service has been great. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a great place, I really like it. The hot tub doesnt work, pool is nice and everything else is excellant.

Stayed one night before flying out from the airport. Rooms were a good size and were clean. There is a shuttle that runs every half hour to the airport which is nice. The breakfast wasn't very good and could be improved.

Went to a seminar on the conference room. Located just outside the lobby, room fit tables and conference material for 24 people. Reception organized pizza to be delivered for everyone. Separate conference room beside and no noise travelled through the walls. It was a great place to have a meeting.

Getting a room before flying out and then leaving my car for only $5 a night is a pretty great deal in my mind!

The location is near the airport, and has limited food options in the immediate vicinity in walking distance. The rooms and property are dated, but do have many in room ammenities, Queen bed, sofa, Microwave and refrigerator, office desk/chair, with a computer and ethernet, flat screen TV and DVD player, with free DVD rental downstairs. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, and guest laundry. The breakfast is very limited, you are better off walking to Tim Horton's right next door.

Room was comfortable enough and very quiet. Staff were friendly. Bathroom could use a more thorough scrub in the nooks and crannies. Breakfast was mediocre, very busy with overflow seating that was sticky (I'm guessing little kids syrupy fingers from a few days prior). Bad coffee but good fresh fruit salad. Good easy to find location.

Clean, great amenities. TVs in rooms were a little small and other lyrics basic cable, but can't stress enough how nice the common areas were.

I'm a former employee of this hotel. Not a customer. I left in February and to this day, the manager still refuses to give me my last pay cheque. Withholding an employee's pay is illegal. I have filed a claim with the Ministry of Labour and I'm taking legal actions against Mr. Jay Mathewson. But still, he refuses to give me what is rightfully mine.

My friend and I stayed overnight at the hotel in a suite. The premises were clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. Excellent service!

We needed a quick last minute stop in Ottawa. The price was right, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was all in all a satisfactory experience.

Hotel was recently renovated. Great continental breakfast in the morning as well as an early shuttle service to the airport starting from 4 in the morning. No restaurant in the hotel but it is right next to the keg steak house and Tim hortons located right in front.

Rooms were clean and the hotel is very close to the airport but it's not too noisy.

Hotel needs to be updated. Old almost moody smelling carpet. Staff was great but for over a hundred bucks a night I would expect more.

Unfortunately my company has a contract here so I'm at this hotel 2 to 3 times a month. It's a dive. Management are extremely unprofessional, staff are so unhappy and it's not very clean. The only positive thing I can say is the breakfast is decent. Stay elsewhere if you can.

For the first time in my life I was addressed as "buddy" by a hotel staff. I don't understand why these people are in the hospitality business.

The service of this hotel is quite rude. We experienced the staff being very rude to another couple during breakfast and was disgusted with how the customers were treated. Not only did one staff speak rudely to this couple another staff member from the kitchen came out to basicaly tell these guests off. I have nevery slept worse in a hotel before. We could hear every noise from every angle of the room. We could hear exceptional noise from the hallway from people yelling and fighting, noise from the adjoining room of annoying music that went on and on at 4am, and noise from above of people stomping around the room and having some intimate "relations". Rooms are not sound proof what so ever. I did mention this to the front desk attendant and was ignored. I told him ignoring me wasn't the best customer service and he said very curtly "Well I can't do anything about it". Okay fine. At least acknowledging me when I speak and a curteous "sorry for your experience" would have been better customer service then a "so sad to bad" "this is a crappy hotel so you can't expect to be able to sleep" attitude.

I was going to stay here 8th Aug 13 but having to wait for service was deplorable. The front desk clerk offered me a room at a specified rate. He asked me to wait for the room to become available and I waited. I told the front desk clerk that I would come back. When the room finally became available and this was after the cleaning lady bickered with the front desk clerk in public and it was time to sign the agreement, the price suddenly went up. Fool me once and shame on me but fool me twice and shame on you. I also took into consideration the previous reviews.

Have stayed several times before. Always very clean and staff helpful and courteous. Location is excellent. Breakfast could be improved by having eggs/bacon need some protein other than yogurt. Try Real cream for coffee.

My husband and I had some business to attend to in Winchester on Friday and were also celebrating our anniversary. We decided to stay at the Days Inn due to its close proximity to the Keg, close proximity to the cycling trails along the river and canal and ease of travelling to and from Winchester. We were a little hesitant about booking at this hotel due to the close proximity of the airport. The room was quiet, very clean and comfortable and we had no issue with noise from the airport. The only noise we experienced was from the air conditioning unit which made a lot of noise everytime it kicked in. We enjoyed a nice breakfast at the little breakfast nook, lots of fresh bagels, lovely platter of fruit and excellent coffee. I would definitely stay there again and we are planning another trip to Ottawa in the fall to do some more cycling.
