Very nice hotel & rooms, modern & spacious.

There was two washing machines and two dryers for all four floors of the hotel, one washer was broke one dryer was broke. One of the reasons that we stayed at a hotel was for the laundry facilities so that we could do wash before getting back out on the motorcycles. I’m leaving with wet clothes cause I’ve gotten them washed but don’t have time to dry them. I needed a change to run the machine, I was told that I could walk over to another hotel and they’d be happy to get me a change. I was also told that I could carry my laundry over to another hotel and do my wash. For $200 a night I don’t think it’s asking too much to have change and a couple of washing machines that work.

We had come here a few years ago when we were doing renovations at our home. It is the same nice, modern hotel, but sadly they have removed their hot tub. Nevertheless, no regrets spending a night with my wife away from the kids.

Good service awesome rooms. Free breakfast. Use IHG everywhere.

Always clean. With a decent break and coffee. Comfortable beds. A little soft for my liking but not too soft.

It's very close to the Airport but also very. There's many local places to eat within walking distance. It's a bit dated, but it's clean and the staff is friendly. Check in and out was prompt.

Check in was fast and prompt. I believe the employee as check in was named Greg. Breakfast was the same style of buffet-lite that they have at all Holiday Inn Express. Nothing was missing and there is lots of seating. There was a convenient shuttle service to the airport and the driver was friendly.

Location was perfect for my event and the airport. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Could be better value but was still the lowest cost in the area.

Nothing special about this place. Same as what you get everywhere and that's the good and the bad thing about the big hotel chains. Had a pleasant stay with good breakfast.

Great stay! The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite decent and it is the closest hotel to to EY Center. I was amazed at how soundproof it is considering the airport being so close.

Loved my stay but there were a few areas it could improve. Here's what I thought of the hotel: Location: close to airport but no noise from it. About 20 min drive from downtown. Customer service: great, no issues, I had a few requests and they helped. Room: room seemed clean but I did find a door key under the bed from the last guest. Bathroom: clean but dated. Sink was deep into counter and hard for my kids to use. Shower was very finicky to get right temp. Pool/weight room: pool was fine, small and not deep, good for kids but not diving. Weight room equipment was limited, but enough for a visit, however there was no sanitizer or wipes. Overall I was happy with our stay and would stay there again.

Service was friendly, rooms were spacious, very clean comfy enough beds and pillows. The breakfast was good, the motel was very busy, but the Food was replenished right away and the eating area was very spacious and a beautiful patio outside weather permitting to eat at. The only thing is the pool is very small, but clean and fun for the kids to swim in. The price is very reasonable. The service is very friendly as I said, so we would definantley stay here again. I look for clean first and good service then comfort… this motel had all three.

Highly recommended. 5 mins off hwy 417. And everything looks new and careful cleaned. Quite and King bed is so comfortable. For $120 including breakfast I am totally satisfied with this hotel.

We had a business meeting and work shop. The staff are super friendly… They have provided all the required facilities. Nice conference room…

Location very convenient, close to amenities. Room spacious and comfortable. There was a booking mix up but they resolved it as painlessly as possible for us.

This hotel is very good. There was some kind of sports team making a ruckus and management was quick to hush them up by ten o clock. Great job.

Hotwire gem for us. Great price and we were staying just the one night going through Ottawa so it worked perfectly for us. Our room key got us a discount at the English style pub around the corner which was a great find as well. It is out of the city and close to the airport but we really enjoyed the stay.

For the price you pay, this place is pretty good! Has a very spacious and clean room with branded toiletries,, good room service and very courteous staff,, the free breakfast spread is pretty basic with fruits, toast, eggs, cornflakes and coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Stayed a week at the Holiday Inn Express. Staff is very friendly. Continental breakfast is good and Hotel is clean. Lots of parking and restaurants near by. Pool and gym available.

Clean quiet and basic. I found the breaky is a little less interesting than some. I also found my bed a bit stiff. Lots of pillows nice TV and over all a good stay.

Stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn for a wedding that was held nearby. Staff were friendly, room was clean and everything was modern. I would stay here again. Many others that attended the wedding stayed as well and no one had any complaints that I heard.

Great place to stay for teams and people with kids. Do NOT stay here if you plan on being in bed before 11pm or sleep past 8am. The door closing mechanisms SLAM the door every single time.

Quiet, big and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast with plenty of alternatives. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the rooms. I will definately stay here again.

The staff were very helpful. They were able to get us an early check-in. The room was a perfect size for our requirements. The breakfast was delicious.

I stay often with the Holiday Express Brand because I enjoy the consistency of their hotels. This hotel had quick check in and the hotel is neat, well laid out and bright. They aren't overly friendly and if I were to compare the service to the east coast ones it's night and day.

The room was clean and the staff were pleasant. The bed was very firm and of the continuous coil variety. It was very obvious that there was a mattress protector on the bed which also wasn't great. I had high hopes for the breakfast and it didn't disappoint! Much more than continental. Sausage, cheese omelets, really fresh cinimon buns, along with the usual fare.

A nice place that is cheaper than downtown. You hear the odd airplane and the doors to the rooms could be more sound proof. The breakfast is amazing and the salt pool is great to relax in after a long day of sight seeing. Lots of parking and food right next door.

I was in training. The samdwiches of lunch were dry… but the smoked meat delicious.

Just checked in room rate was COMPLETE wrong from booking rate that we booked at AND no manager on staff TO CORRECT issue! I was more a less forced to check in at wrong rate. After in the room I asked for extra pillows and was informed that there was few if any available for us! Also the dresser drawer opens on its own over and over! Absolutely rediculious.

Great hotel. Clean and modern. Rooms are decent size. Our room has 2 Queen beds, a small bench, small fridge and microwave. Bathroom is nice and updated (new perhaps). Room has a quiet AC and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is great. The hotel can be pricey especially in our case when we had no choice but to stay the night and thus was a last minute booking and had to pay quite a premium.

The location was nice, didn't have much of a view but was close to downtown Ottawa. The rooms were clean and stocked, although we had one less towel, room service was very quick in getting us another one. When asking the front desk on driving directions she was very in detail and I had no problem getting to where I wanted to go. I didn't get to use any of the included utilities. Breakfast had everything that was nessecary and it was well stocked. The overall experience was nice.

Great king — size bed and good water preasure in the shower. Lots of good breakfast options, even for those with food allergies.

It was pretty decent, the continental breakfast was pretty nice.

Very nice hotel, clean and we were even able to check in 1 hour early. Extremely fast internet. 100mbps + and about 10mbps upload. Which is extremely fast, just make sure you bring a Ethernet cable or your own 5GHz router to get the full speed. The only complaint I have is that the pool is very small and there is no hot tub, which was a little disappointing, I went to go see a hockey game. There was no shuttle service but it was a 20 minute drive which was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Large clean room and fast Wi-Fi.

Very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were surprisingly quiet. There was a crying baby in the room next door that we could here when in the hall but couldn't hear at all once in the room.

The hotel itself is nice and clean and staff are very friendly. They have a shuttle to the airport and the shuttle bus will even take you to the mall and collect you when you have finished shopping so that is a definate bonus. On the downside their TV selection is limited, The gym could use a referb. If you are on your own in the gym it's fine but if there are a few people it can feel quite crowded. They have a TV in the gym but the max volume is barely audible. They could also put a fan in there as it gets quite warm.

My elderly parents had cause to stay at this hotel twice over the last six months. During both stays they and I found the staff to be caring, polite and attentive. I felt my folks were in good hands throughout their stays, and I would thoroughly recommend this clean and friendly hotel! Adam.

It is a nice place to stay, however the gym must improve and the swimming pool is for kids… I got breakfast free and it was a very good breakfast.
