It's a beautiful hotel but theree are definitely some issues with the staff.

I had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Saint George. The hotel has such a warm and stylish atmosphere — the design feels modern yet cozy at the same time.

My husband and I came to Toronto to see a show and chose the Novotel to stay at because of the location close to Union Station.

Overall, we found it to be a good hotel, centrally located, close to everything in Downtown. Comfortable room, European standard. Excellent breakfast.

From the valet to the front desk, the service here was excellent and the rooms were clean. The pool was great too!

I really like my stay at the Sutton. Great big room (Even the regular one) with a good size shower. The location is great as you can walk to the CN Tower, the Eaton mal and a lot of great restaurants.

Alt Hotel Toronto is a modern no-frills stay with a very convenient location. It’s directly connected to Pearson via the train link, which makes arriving late or leaving early super easy.

This is the hotel that we go to every time we are in Toronto now. The rooms are always clean and the beds are always comfortable. The cleaning staff is always so helpful and friendly.

First time in Canada. I love going to Hyatt hotels because I can use points. I didn’t get to see the CN tower from my room, but the overall view was good.

This hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. We used the underground parking, which was $40 with in-and-out privileges.

Feb 2025. We arrived for my daughter’s 40th. Myself and 2 grandchildren. Aged 8 and 11. The staff went above and beyond our expectations.

Rooms are phenomenal. It's very well maintained. Beautiful, clean hotel. Breakfast is fantastic because it's a continental breakfast with a little extra, very friendly staff.

We have been staying at Fairmont Royal York for a few years now. Everyone is always so kinda and attentive making sure our stay is fantastic.

Whenever we visit downtown Toronto our go to home away from home is the.
Radisson Blu hotel. We love the location with so many near by amenities but.

Visited here for our anniversary holiday in February. Got a free upgrade to lakeside view. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was large and spacious, no defects found in the room.

I had an excellent stay at Ode. The room was beautiful, with thoughtful touches like black washcloths for makeup removal. (Woman-owned! IYKYK) Everything was clean, tidy, and stylish.

We stayed here after my husbands hip surgery. We had a lovely modern and cozy room.

Very good location to get to either downtown or Pearson airport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, also. Friendly, available staff. Can't say enough about it!

Nice hotel, but single pane windows mean you’ll feel the cold in winter and hear noises on the street louder. I’d still go back though since this was an amazing hotel with attentive staff.

We are mid was through a 12 night stay. This has been a great hotel. The rooms are standard but the service has been fantastic. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for one night for a work trip and it was great. I enjoyed the Bistro and the energy of it being so open. My dinner was great. I also enjoyed getting Starbucks in the morning.

The Anndore house is one of my favourite boutique hotels in Toronto. The rooms are very spacious and modern and the staff is always attentive and super helpful.
