Very friendly and caring staff.

Friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable beds and pillows. Not to mention large breed dogs are welcome!

It’s all okay, nice and clean, friendly person at the desk, what else do you want for one night sleepover.

I've worked in hotels for 25 years and the Sleep Inn Sault Ste. Marie stands out amongst the top brands! Customer service is exceptional, and my room was comfy and clean with lovely finishings. It's a short walk to Muio's and Arturo Ristorante in the downtown core, and the popular waterfront boardwalk. I will stay at the Sleep Inn every time I visit family in the Soo. Don't forget to sign up for the Choice Rewards program so you can earn points to redeem for future stays.

Very friendly staff at check in. We had a beautiful corner suite very large and tastefully decorated. Delicious hot breakfast in the morning and reasonably priced.

My Family stays at Sleep Inn when they visit from Indiana… they would highly recommend the Sleep Inn!

I’ve never heard of sleep in before this trip we have done this weekend. We were pretty skeptic from the pictures that were online and the price they were asking for. It seemed too good to be true. When we arrived we were welcomed from very friendly customer service, and an amazing experience and room. Honestly for the price they charge you are getting more than you would at traditionally ones where you are paying for the name more than anything. I highly recommend.

A pleasant surprise! Was just looking for an inexpensive place to rest before making the last leg of our trip. What we found was a large, clean, well air-conditioned room, comfortable king bed and a super friendly staff. All for $30 less than the next closest 'name brand' hotel. Oh and a fantastic hot continental breakfast was included in the price. Spread the news fellow travellers!

Good location in Sault Ste Marie Ontario. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable and had several different pillows so you can choose one that matches your preference. The hot breakfast included was a nice bonus. Good value for the price point.

INCREDIBLY friendly and fun staff members and welcoming rooms made this a great place to stay. It was located in a very enjoyable part of town with nice walks and business close by. The rooms were clean and updated with fast Wi-Fi, a TV, and a lovely bed.

So we're moving from Toronto to Calgary and Sault was our first stop… We booked a pet friendly hotel but forgot to specify we had a pet and they were sold out of pet friendly rooms. We were disappointed but they pointed us to the sleep in and it was great. The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was included. They allowed us to park our car and U-Haul trailer right up front so nothing could be stolen and it would be easy to park. So this place was able to accommodate with no notice so that's amazing.

5 out of 5! After nearly 2000mi of traveling, this American was ready for a cozy clean bed. This place did not disappoint. More than accommodating, friendly staff. Great breakfast, and impecccably clean hotel. The price is phenomenal for this gem, don't skip on this treasure!

Stayed there for a few hours after traveling up to Canada from Detroit. Got a large King bed for 2 people. Felt the price was fair for a 2-star hotel. The bed was nice and clean, and the unit was very clean. We didn't get to see if there's anything like room service but when we checked out at late at night they were kind enough to make us another pot of coffee for the trip back home. Very pleased with my stay :)

Great place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Convenient downtown location, close to water front and trails. Very clean room and bathroom. Would definitely stay there again.

Pet friendly, decent room, electric sauna.

Room was a nice size and clean, staff was very friendly and even went as far to recommend several restaurants to visit. I would stay here again no problem.

We arrived very, very late while travelling home from Thunder Bay with our pet on a stormy night. The room was so warm and cozy, very cute and extremely clean. Great price also. I wish we could have stayed longer and we hope to return.

Great space if you just want to sleep during a long trip or something. The bed was huge and comfy, large desk and Wi-Fi. No bath (a shower stall and I'm pretty tall) and each room isn't as sound proof as I would've hoped at a hotel.

Really friendly, small rooms with only a stand up shower. Was nice and quiet.

This hotel is in a great spot, which is the only positive thing as it is down by the waterfront. It is in need of some serious renovation, as the carpets in the hallways hadn't been cleaned in years, the odors in the hallway were awful, and even our room didn't feel clean. With some renovation this would be a good hotel.

Nice place to stay! Breakfast was all bread products which left me to have a cold hard boiled egg and a sausage but other than that it was decent.

Nice hotel in a covenient location. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. My only complaint would be no bathtub.
