Clean spacious and friendly. Free breakfast. Parking and easy evening board walk. This is a 4 star easy.

Really nice hotel situated close to the border. Rooms were nice and the free breakfast was good. There was a party in the bar and it was quite loud, but after the entrance, you could barely hear it, and you couldn't hear anything from the rooms.

These rooms are nice and clean and have a great view from the higher floors out of beautiful bay windows. There are jacuzzi tubs big enough for two in some of the rooms and the upgrades done to the bathrooms in particular are very nice.

Went to dinner at Gliss Seafood and Steakhouse. Three of us at approx. 1800. Had a table instantly. Food was delivered promptly, appetizers and entrees. Waitress was pleasant and filled our drinks multiple times throughout the dinner. Very accomodating for a shellfish allergy. Food was delicious and reasonably priced for the quality.

Clean, affordable stay close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool area, though busy with lots of guests it was clean and there were always stacks of fresh towels. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfy! The breakfast was your typical continental with the addition of a waffle station! Our only issue was with the lay out of the automatic doors that guests are to take luggage carts through, the doors are most conveniently opened from inside, and we had a difficult time opening the doors while maneuvering the cart through from outside in. A small accessibility issue but very frustrating after a long day on the road. Staff were great in helping with take out recommendations as we arrived near closing time of the on site restaurant. The front desk attendants (both at check in and through the night) were kind and professional. When asking for towels they ensured no additional face clothes or toiletries were needed. When asking for restaurant recommendations they were considerate of budget and quality product. Walmart and a shopping centre are directly across the street from the hotel and I noticed several city buses running on Bay Street. All around clean, affordable place to rest ones head while traveling. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel for a Quality Inn! Wished we got to stay longer. The bridge closed preventing us from getting to the hotel the first night and they were very understanding and allowed us to cancel the first night with no worries. Would definitely go back there.

I was there with boys hockey team. The staff provided a complimentary social room for us. Great for a team get together. They had breakfast all ready for us nice and early our last day and even put us in the rooms we had stayed in when we had turn back and stay an extra night due to road closure.

Great location, excellent food, large clean rooms and friendly staff. Special shout out to Paula at the front desk. She went out of her way to look after me with an early check in. As a result of her and all the other positives, I will be choosing Quality Inns for the rest of my travel.

It's an economy level hotel. Nothing fancy. Rooms and elevators are old. Semi rustic appearance with carpets all over the place. Friendly front desk. You get Free breakfast coupons to buffet in the restaurant downstairs. Decent and clean. 2 stars for my level of comfort and luxury, 4 star for service.

I've always liked the quality Inn, with close proximity to the mall, it's the perfect place to stay when going to the movies, or Christmas shopping. I opted for a bigger room this time, which they were able to get ready for us early even on a busy weekend. They made sure a crib was available for us, and it was there when we checked in. Great stay, awesome service as usual.

Went to a wrap party for a film that was shot in the Soo. Food and service were TOP NOTCH. Thanks to Derek Turner and the staff at the gliss for nailing it again.

Great location, right across from station mall that has most of the stores you'd find in any decent mall. It's also close to the train station so if you're planning on making the trip it's an ideal place to stay. Excellent customer service. Stayed there two years in a row now and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

The lobby was nice and there was a cool resturant. My only thing with all the quality Inns is that the breakfast is not healthy. The only healthy part is the apples and bananas. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay in for a night.

Location of the Inn is very convenient, it is right across from a mall and the Agawa Canyon tour, which is the reason we stayed so location was a huge benefit. Other than that though all was well. Room was nice and clean. Nothing to spectacular but I would recommend the hotel as I have no negative experiences with this Quality Inn or others I have been to.

The staff were friendly, and we really liked the pool and hot tub. Location near the water is nice; we had a room on the 4th floor with a view of the bridge. However: tall people should avoid this hotel. I'm 6'8" (203 cm), and I couldn't stand up in the shower because the ceiling was too low. Yes, I'm extremely tall, but I had never, ever had this issue at a hotel before. I'm used to doorways and shower heads being too low, so I wouldn't fault any hotel for that, but actually not being able to stand up in the shower because the CEILING is too low? That was an immense disappointment. Even if you're a few inches shorter than I am, this won't be any picnic.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The service is always good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and sauna are great! Free breakfast in the morning is tasty.

In town for a wedding and the hotel is right across from the reception. We've stayed he before and alway enjoy our stay. The hotel staff are friendly, kind and helpful. conveniently located across from the mall for us to kill time between ceremony and reception. Breakfast is a little lacking. Muffins or other options would be nice.

Clean rooms great swimming pool if you stay high you have great views of twp great Lakes merging.

We stayed overnight in a serviceable room; the furnishings were a little dated (for example, the sink faucet was very touchy, and the bedspreads showed signs of wear), but the bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast considered if scrambled eggs, sausages, and unfortunately doughy waffles — — no fruit or vegetables. But the staff were friendly.

I was there on a mixed business and pleasure trip. I was disappointed to find their Internet not working well at all during my stay. Upon complaining to the management, they did offer a partial credit to the room rate. But I will still not be staying here again if I'm ever in town for business.

The staff are definitely the ones who made our stay memorable! The room was beautiful and the inn is very clean. We will definitely return! An oasis for the price of a room. Rooms was 25x20, 2 queen beds, pull-out couch, 2 easy chairs, table with 4 chairs, and 2 computer areas. Plus small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Beds were comfortable as well.

Service is great but bed hard and uncomfortable. Room smells like cat pee.

Great hotel! Awesome service, clean room, awesome bathtub and nice fitness center for a hotel! The restaurant gliss just tops everything with a cherry, the food/service there is amazing.

The manager Shane Reinhart runs a good clean hotel this would be a place to stay its so nice I love it:) great customer service too.

Great place to stay and very friendly! Was an older building but you cannot tell because of the renovations.

Nice rooms, nice service. But damn the walls and doors are thin. You can hear everything going on around you. Talking in the next room, conversations at the elevator, etc.
