I HIGHLY recommend AVOIDING this hotel at all costs! Staff and management are absolute liars and will do and say anything to avoid being responsible. We found a needle and syringe in the bathroom on our last day and immediately brought it to the attention of the front desk where we spoke with an employee claiming to be a manager (we later found she was not a manager! ) she assured us that it would be investigated, and she would involve the GM and make it right for us and get back to us in a few hours. 5 DAYS Later she sends an email that said they'll train their employees better… that was it. As we continued to pursue this, the GM is now accusing us of planting the needle, AND said that on our 2nd day an employee asked how everything was while they were programming new room keys for us. WE NEVER ASKED FOR NEW ROOM KEYS or spoke to an employee between check in and check out… so now we're terrified wondering who they gave access to our room while we were enjoying the sights. When I brought this up to the GM trying to find out who they gave access to our room to, now he refuses to speak to me and continues to hang up on me when I call. Will never use hampton or hilton again!

Great continental breakfasts. I especially enjoy it when they have sausage links with the scrambled eggs. And they have great smoothies.

Rude and inconsiderate manager. Canceled my room via the hilton app and they still charged me for my rooms.

Stayed here for work. The breakfast everyday was amazing! The hotel staff is friendly, kind and very helpful!

Nice place. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had a decent breakfast, but they needed more coffee. Over all not bad. I would tell a friend to stay there.

Great last minute stay. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly, and Andrew at the front desk even put together complimentary to-go breakfast bags when we checked out at 4:30am before the hot breakfast line had opened up. We were very impressed with that! Thanks for a great stay!

Well I've stayed there a few times, it's a beautifull hotel that being said I walked into my hotel room the other day and caught the male housekeeper drinking from a liquor bottle. He was drunk and cleaning my room. He didn't even do a good job hair on my pillows like they were thrown on the floor. Also the food was not up to par. A month ago the food was great now I think they have a new girl working. I liked the last girl very nice. Also there was a great housekeeper last time I was there think her name was Augusta. She was great what happened to her? I won't be coming back if this is how my stay is gonna be. : (

Surprisingly nice hotel up north. I come to the area a few times a year for work, and I stay here every chance I can get. Very nice pool, rooms and service. Everything feels brand new and the staff is great. Highly recommend it.

These rooms… oh my… wish I could get rooms like this all over. There's plenty of electrical and USB outlets, the nightstands have an extra shelf (perfect for our cpaps). Storage drawers if you are staying longer. Pull out shelves in the bathroom, plenty of vanity space, hooks for a housecoat or towels. Comfy sofas, wheeled footstool. HVAC is plenty far away from the bed so you don't have a draft on you all night. Everything is CLEAN. Staff is super accommodating, location is good despite road construction. I highly recommend this place.

Best fitness center I've seen. In addition to the standard cardio equipment and barbell set, there is a nice cable weight machine and various other equipment I've never seen in a hotel fitness center. The downside is it seems the walls in the rooms are less insulated from noise than average. The fans in the bathroom are loud too. Exterior noise is also noticable. I noticed it especially near the parking lot. Other than that though, I had a good night's sleep during both stays.

Very clean, great pool, terrific breakfast and very helpful staff. One of the best managed hotels I've stayed at. Lots of nice touches like to go breakfast for folks on the go. Lots of nice touches and signs that this place is very well run, such as luggage carts near the entry door and every electronic lock on the exterior of the building working correctly.

The pool is great and clean and I love the whirlpool but the room is so small. We got the one king bed and a sofa bed we hardly can walk around them and the bathroom smelled weird as the lobby. Probably the cleaning material used is to be blamed. The hotel has accessible rooms and entrance and even the pool has accessible chair. Nice parking lot. Our room also has a bad view even though the whole hotel doesn't seem busy at all. We are put in a room at the very end of the corridor and viewing too close trees making the room very dark.

Updated and really nicely decorated. Good variety for breakfast buffet. And the staff is very helpful!

I was there to pick someone up so I just saw the new entrance and lobby area. Beautiful upgrades to this area from the old hotel. Nicely done Hampton Inn.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby is comfy, with its fireplace and TV… And a big space to hang out. Decent breakfast every morning.

The continental breakfast was very nice. Room was clean and modern. Received a farewell bag with a bottle of water, packet of tea/lemonade, granola bar, and an apple. Only local channels on the TV though.

Service was average for a hotel of this type. First night there the staff failed to register my wake up call which soured my mood. The morning breakfast options were typical of this type of hotel though at this location the temp of the food was warm and not hot.

Room was great, staff was friendly and breakfast was better than anticipated. I will definitely be staying there again.

I have to say this was the cleanest hotel we've been to. Very impressed with their handicap accessible bathrooms, wide, well lit and carpeted staircases and friendliness!

Very accommodating, we were helped with all our needs. Clean room and large bathroom with a sink made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful in the morning too.

We had a wonderful experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights in a hot tub suite which was great! The room layout is very nice. The shower… Oh my! And the bed and pillows perfect! The breakfast was very good. They had the staples, but also had different items in addition both mornings. The coffee was lava hot which I love! I can't say enough about how pleasant our experience was. Stay here you won't regret it! Worth every penny!

Under major construction. No mention of this when booking. Pool is closed. Hot tub is closed. Lobby is closed. Dining area is closed. Fitness center is closed. Complimentary breakfast was bagels, donuts and coffee served on a rickety table in a doorway with no place to sit. Construction noise past 11pm. Staff (Amber) is not at all helpful.

The hotel was nice enough, but construction made it very difficult at breakfast (we took a team of 30 kid and they moved breakfast into a guest room which is too small for that many at once).

During our stay they were under construction. We got one of the new rooms. The rooms were beautiful and amazing. The beds where really nice soft. The bathroom was so beautiful. Lady at the front desk was super nice. All tho the pool was down due to construction. But I will be stay here again.

Got to the hotel to find out it was under rehab, no fitness center, no pool and one of the room is where they are very now serving Breakfast. Wasn't told any better of this when I reserved the room. Wasn't offered a discount for my inconvenience, I was told if I come back I'll get 15% off. Not good business relations.

Mildew on multiple ceiling areas in lobby and in room. Ended my 5 day stay after 2 days. Manager claims to have credited the wrong credit card from the one charged for stay. One month later, no refunds showing on any of my cards. Had to conference call with my card issuer and the manager to attempt to straighten this out. Used to be a nice hotel as a Hampton, steady decline since it went independent and with apparent changes in ownership.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I am so disappointed with my overall experience. We checked into the king room with the Jacuzzi and the front desk staff was very unfriendly. Then, we went to our room and it was so cold that we couldn't take off our winter coats. We turned the heat on high and left for 2 hours to get lunch and wait for the room to heat up. We came back and the room was no warmer than when we left. We called the front desk and politely asked for a space heater. A few minutes later, the maintenance man came and told us we were wrong and that the heater just needed time to warm up. We explained that the heater had been on for more than 2 hours and once again, we asked for a space heater. He brought it quickly (which was the only good part of our stay). Later in the evening, we pulled back the blanket on the bed to find disgusting stained sheets and pillow cases. Before we called down to the front desk to ask for new pillows and sheets, I used the restroom and the toilet handle came off in my hand. We were fed up with the awful experience and called down to the front desk to let them know that we would be checking out and going to stay elsewhere. Jamie, the person at the front desk, had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. When I explained what happened, he simply said "ok. " He never once said I'm sorry for what happened. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and I recommend that you AVOID this lodge AT ALL COSTS.

This place is so dirty and the manager don't care, I was the only one staying at the hotel, the place was empty they only had 2 rooms sold.

I was going to stay last week at the hotel and it smelled like mildew the pool was closed the hallway wallpaper was on the ground we looked at the room and we decided not to stay there. I do not recomend anyone stay there.

We recently stayed a couple of nights while on vacation. Our room was nice, beds comfortable. I liked having a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room. Breakfast was good as usual. The hotel is undergoing some renovation and looks like it will be better than ever when complete. I will definitely stay here again if in the area again.
