Hotels in Alberta with Parking

We had to come to Edmonton for a couple of days & this hotel was conveniently close to where we had to be. Yes, the rooms are rather dated but are comfortable and have all you need.

I come to the hotel monthly for the Womanition events and I have to tell you how wonderful your staff treats others.

We stayed here while attending the Badlands Fondo, and overall, I'd say you get what you pay for.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location.

Location is good for my needs.
Parking wasn’t an issue.
No serious noise issues.
Bed and pillows are good although I did pack my own pillow too.
Towels were good.
Appreciated the fridge and microwave.

Wonderful stay. The staff was very nice, superhelpful, and the continental breakfast kept me alive 😀. The place is old, but they have made it beautifully antique.

Surprisingly for an older motel, it was warm, the beds comfy, and large rooms. Allowed dogs. Staff friendly.

3 things.
Bed and Pillows were very comfortable.
Breakfast was good.
Shower pressure was solid.
Can't beat the price either.

Good place not too far away from edmonton, I stayed there twice. The workers are nice and helpful especially Luvy who made the breakfast experience more enjoyable.

I stay here very often for very long periods, and my room is attended to every day.
Staff are very polite.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have been to. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at the 22 Hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was immaculate and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price and location this is a great place to rest your head. I think by definition it's a motel as the rooms are accessed from outside where as a hotel the room doors would be in a building.

A pretty decent hotel in a great location. Service was really good.

This place is old but very clean… the workers/owners are very accomidateing… if I am ever in Bonnyville again I will definitely stay here.

Nice hotel at a good price. The decor in the lobby is mountain lodge/indigenous inspired.

I checked in at shift change 4:00PM on Sunday the 29th. I can not remember the woman and man's name that helped me but they were absolutely AMAZING!

We stayed for three nights at the Beach Front and based on recently read reviews we weren't sure what to expect. However I'm happy to say we were pleasantly surprised.

We had a blast here with family, location is what you come for. No matter how much updating they do some patrons will have different backgrounds.

I have been staying at this hotel for over a year, and my experience has consistently been positive.

Conveniently located near the airport, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The location is great for watching planes and relaxing.

Walking distance to shopping centre. Rooms were quiet and more cost effective than neighboring hotels.
Much cleaner than a different motel by the prairie mall.

For a budget friendly stay it was great! My bed was extremely comfortable and clean, the shower was also wonderful, my room was super clean.

Great stay, excellent cleaning staff. Restaurant was really neat. We were in town for a wedding at Norland historic estate. The hotel was a great pick for our group and proximity to the venue.

We had a wonderful time at the New Year’s event. The food was excellent, the service was attentive and gracious, and the décor was absolutely beautiful.

Great motel with friendly staff place definitely got a face lift for lack of better words.

The new ownership have updated the rooms and and definitely brought this great little hotel back again.

The hostess who runs the front desk, tavern and hotpot is incredibly hospitable. Some of the best customer service I've ever received anywhere.

I have only good things to say, pet-friendly is always priority 1. Old reviews dont do this place justice, its %100 worth the stay.

Stayed here for several weeks while my condo was being remediated.
I'm not leaving a 5-star review because this place is a luxury hotel.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at Royal Lodge.
The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Great value for the price and a convenient location in Edmonton.

It's a good place to stay with all you will need for comfort, including tall refrigerator and a cooking stove. Yes, it's old but well kept.

We enjoyed our stay with the blue bird motel.
The lady at the desk was very nice. We had our dogs here for a dog show in olds. The rooms worked for what we needed them for.

We had an excellent night here in transit.

Booked the romantic getaway package in February. The service could not have been better. From the front desk staff to the servers in the restaurants; everyone was personable, fun and friendly.

Nice room, friendly staff. Had a family trip 4 people, 2 queen beds.

We came for emergency surgery having no idea how long we would have to stay. The staff was great and worked to accommodate us when we had to stay longer than expected.

It's a good spot, staff is good, it's clean and the continental breakfast is a good price for what you get. All in all I would stay again.

The workers there at at fort disk are really nice and so helpful Jennifer and ban they are bast people ever meet.

The staff are So friendly the view from my room and very quiet, easy access to all amenities that I needed. It's only motel I stay at while I'm in Lethbridge… so come and enjoy.

Really enjoyed my time here. The team was super helpful and made me feel welcome. Clean rooms and great location too!

My experience has been great the staff are so wonderful Shelia is a wonderful manager she’s done her best to try to accommodate to the best of her ability (she needs a raise as well) Then there

My experience here is very amazing compared to other hotels where staff got rude.

I have been living in this motel for about 6 months.

It's a friendly and charming little place.

Remote location, not updated interiors… But the kind of cleanliness they keep with what they have is amazing… Can’t blame them for not investing a lot on the building as it’s a remote location… It

Our room was dated but clean. Got a good night sleep on the beds. Air conditioner was so nice and worked well along with the refrigerator. The managers were awesome and friendly.

Stayed for just one night but had a great time. Marilyn is a superstar; she’s friendly, helpful, and clearly works hard for the people staying at the hotel. Joe is a stalwart as well, equally helpful.

It was a really good hotel for the price. The slides were super fun. The fitness room needs much better ventilation way too hot and humid.
