Southern Alberta Hotels

I wanted a king bed upstairs and I booked the room online directly through the hotel website. The room was quirky but inviting. The bed was very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at the Heartwood Inn.

We stayed here once and I can honestly say that it was one of our top hotel experience's. Super kid friendly with an awesome water park.

Booked this hotel to be close to the wedding. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Location was great just off highway 1 so you can basically head anywhere. Nice and close to shops and food.

Stayed here for work. Huge shout out for the late check out.

This hotel is consistently good.

We had concerns about the hotel's location right on the main road and the potential noise.

This hotel is clean and modern, with a generous breakfast buffet (ok, it's mostly pre-packaged but there is a huge variety! ). Staff are lovely.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with anything from extra towels & dishes, to helping us problem solve.

We had a wonderful stay at the Canalta Jurassic Hotel and would absolutely recommend it to families visiting Drumheller.
What really made our stay stand out was the staff.

It was a great experience. Just here for one night but everything was good. Very relaxed atmosphere and check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and comfortable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Baymont by Wyndham in Medicine Hat.

We loved the stay, we were there 4 nights. Staff is amazing, clean and amazing. We will be back.

Ended up with a booking issue in Drumheller, had nowhere to stay.

Very pleasant stay room very clean no bad smells quiet room very good hot breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating night desk gentleman on July 24th 2026.

Don't judge this hotel by its exterior. It's an older property located above several businesses, including a liquor store, and the lobby and hallways are a bit small and dark.

Nice and freshly renovated room, very clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this motel in April with a group of friends. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel that we are at home.

This was a nice stop on an impromptu road trip. Everything was nice, clean and smelled so nice. The service from the front desk staff was very pleasant.

This is hands down the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. The property is extremely well-maintained.

We recently stayed at this amazing hotel for one night (this time! ) on 17/18Mar26. Where can I begin? Hailey Mueller, Guest Service Manager, greeted us upon arrival.

Very nice hotel the beds were really comfy and the breakfast was good. The juice and coffee was complementary for breakfast, which was a nice touch.

My time at location was a sublime and pristine experience, topped by none.

We stayed at this property for an overnight in mid-June, and homey is a very good descriptor. I was attracted to it because of the emphasis on cleanliness in reviews, and it didn't disappoint.

Great stay. Breakfast was best we ever had included at hotel. Mixed berries and 4 types of eggs you name it they habit bacon sausages croissants. Pancakes waffles they had it all.

Great hotel, especially for the price point. Amazing staff, amazing pool/waterslide & AMAZING hot breakfast included.

I stay at the Days Inn in Medicine Hat quite often, and I just wanted to say thank you to Kristen.
She is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy.

Recently stayed in Medicine Hat location and experienced a conflict with their new Stay and Play golf policy.

Absolutely 5 stars! This hotel knocks it out of the park! The rooms are beautiful, modern and clean. There’s 24/7 coffee, tea and cookies!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was outstanding throughout my visit.

This resort is very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the customer service is great.
Four of us went — three golfed and said the course was the best well kept course they have seen.

Beautiful area. The place was nice and clean. Didn't experience the service but didn't have to so I'd call that a plus. Love the architecture.

Very good location in Medicine Hat. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. A common dining area is provided with a well provided kitchen attached for guests to use self service.

Great little hotel in downtown Medicine Hat. Looks like they have done improvements. Rooms are big with a fridge and microwave. No hair dryers (bring your own). Breakfast was very thin. Coffee/tea.

The host is amazing. The place is lovely and the location is great. It was my 🏠. Miss it very much. Highly recommend this place for short term and long term stays.

We love this home away from home. It is immaculately appointed, clean, bright and well-stocked.

Super cute little place! Very quiet and clean property that was easy to get to. Perfect for relaxing and central to a lot of places to visit in Southern Alberta.

Our stay here was amazing!
The cabin was stocked with anything you could need on a little getaway. Plus a few bonus snacks. The hottub and outdoor patio area was beautiful.

Great location to explore both Waterton Park and Glacier. Clean and well equipped! Great view.

We enjoyed our stay here. The layout is nice with beds upstairs and a bedroom downstairs. The place is well constructed and withstood some brisk winds, no problems.
