Very comfortable bed and well thought out space with full kitchen and small sofa. A great place for extended stays.

Like living in a one bedroom apartment but better (scheduled room cleaning). Hotel common areas are clean, full size fridge and two burner surface plate.

This was a great choice for my one night stay in Medicine Hat. The online pre-check in was handy and made my actual check in lightning quick. The staff were all very courteous and helpful.

Great location and fun place for family. Rooms are ready to be updated but clean. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is included and kids love making the pancakes.

Room: It would be nice if the lamps by both the chair and the bed were dimmable so they wouldn’t disturb others trying to sleep. The room isn’t fully soundproof, and you can hear the train nearby.

Debbie was the best, great pool and hot tub bonus on the water slide. Breakfast was spot on, clean, well-kept units. Would recommend and stay here best bargain around.

Our team stayed here for a ringette tournament. The location was great with a Tim Hortons, gas station, Smileys restaurant and the Strathmore Station restaurant all right in the parking lot.

We live in Lethbridge, and rented a room for a stay away from home.

It felt like a tropical vacation. Loved sitting by the pool surrounded by plant life. Although the hotel is older (I stayed here over 40 years ago), it is clean and well kept.

When I arrived was met by Megan at the front desk who sign me in very promptly in a professional, polite and very friendly. She further assist me in sign into their Wi-Fi as I was unable.

The head house keeper was very rude to me. It was the day of my check out. She knocked at my door and told me to hurry up and get out. I told her I was packing up and would be about 15 mins.

Great little staycation here. We did a boys getaway, had so much fun playing in the pool. Rooms were super clean! And huge!
Pancake machine was a huge hit.

Recently stayed at the Ramada in Drumheller and had a solid experience overall.

We booked this hotel for one night as we took a quick family trip to the museum. The price was right. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and water slide were a hit!

Checking in at 4:30pm wasn't the best time to try this. We experienced quite a long delay due to several sets of workers checking in ahead of us and there being only one member of staff available.

I was at the Ramada a couple of nights ago when the Fire Alarm went off in the middle of the night. It was very unfortunate as they had a pipe burst.

I was on a work trip. This location turned out to be perfect. The rooms are very comfortable. Staff was beyond accommodating. Serving breakfast with your room is always a nice touch.

We had a family stay there Feb 2026. The first thing I'd like say is the staff are amazing!

The reception desk personnel were very very pleasant thus making for a great start to our stay. The reception area was large enough to accommodate numerous check ins had it been necessary.

We have had several amazing stays at the Holiday Inn Lethbridge. The pool is definitely a highlight but the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is wonderful.

The waterpark is the best! The slides are so much fun! I enjoy going down the slides a lot! If you've never been I would 10/10 reccomend you ask front desk and pay for a tube.

I am very picky about hotels. We recently stayed at the Wingate for a soccer tournament for our child. I was dreading the stay beforehand, BUT was very impressed with the actual experience.

This is an excellent place to stay — close to downtown (walking distance). Room was very clean, and staff are very helpful.

Very clean, roomy rooms for 2 queen beds. Free large selection for breakfast-eggs, sausage, hash browns, fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles, juice. Our room 1st floor had 2 safety bars in tub area.

The place was located in a very unique setting. When coming into resort they land completely changed to a mountain setting. The resort rooms need updating.

We wondered about going here for a while because of the golf and accessibility. Totally enjoyed the resort and stay. Great staff. Space is a bit dated but VERY clean & well kept.

Just a quick visit trip so only stayed one night. This hotel has great location, clean rooms and very well priced $160 cheaper than the one across the street.

Excellent hotel and $60 cheaper than others offering the comparable product. Rooms were very clean. Close to eateries and fast food locations. We'll be back.
