3* Star Hotels in Southern Alberta

Room was clean, showers had good water pressure. The pool was very popular while we were there (sold out). Breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options. Very busy at 8, but staff kept up. The rest of the staff were very friendly. Our lamp light bulb and air conditioner wasn't working properly, and when the Manager heard, she apologized promptly and adjusted our bill fairly upon checkout.

This place was great! The rooms were clean and well stocked. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bed was comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub one night. While we didn't use the pool slide, we thought it was awesome that they even had one! The kids using it seemed to be having a lot of fun. There was a basic continental breakfast. Nothing fancy, but there was enough food and was continually restocked as more people arrived. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Overall the hotel was good. Not a lot of other selections in Oyen. Check in staff was SUPER friendly and helpful upon arrival. Room appeared to be clean and nothing stood out. There was a couple stains on the carpet but all appeared to be clean and in working order. Breakfast was good and there were a number of different options, which all appeared and tasted good. I would stay here again. Little on the pricey side for what you got, but there were no other real other options availible.

Everything was great. BUT there is one change you could make and that would be the check-in time. I stayed there because I was attending a wedding a little distance away. I had driven 2 hours to get to Oyen and the wedding was at 3 same time as check-in (would have been nice to have been able to check-in and change in dressy clothes before attending wedding).

A great hotel! Good price, and a very convenient location walking distance from several restaurants, and a 30-second walk from the liquor store. If you need to stay overnight in High River, do it here.

Great staff and nice rooms! Located by multiple restaurants so you don't have to worry driving to find a place.

Love that they accept my pet. However an agreement needs to be signed in the event of damages from my pet. I had no problem signing the agreement. A small pool is fun for splashing around but not good for fitness swimming however Brooks has a nice indoor pool for laps. The gym has both cardio and resistance for a well rounded workout. Days Inn is close to restaurants for lunch and dinner and serves a decent breakfast in the lobby of the hotel.

Loved the spacious room! Staff was friendly and inviting. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and varied. I will stay here again.

Older housekeeping lady and her supervisor were very pleasant, we saw them in the hall Saturday and asked some directions to nearby restaurants and were given great advice. Props to them I wish I got their name. All other staff was very nice too.

Corrina was very friendly and helpful, we came to visit friends in town for a wedding and she helped to make sure we had bottled water and coffee while we visited in Lobby. She even gave us wine glasses to enjoy a bottle of wine while we visited. A real asset to your hotel and we will make sure to recommend all family and friends to stay here when they visit.

Place was clean. Staff was nice. Pool and hot tub were good. However, I find all the places that maintain the policy of 1: 1 American $ to CAD only sing that tune when the American $ is worth more.

Very clean, beds are amazing and pool its lovely, my only suggestion will be a little more training on front desk personnel, I ask please to see if there was a playpen available for my baby, no finished my sentence yet when the front desk girl say NO! Don't even bother to check for sure, other than that was a great stay, I would recommend this place for sure.

Clean big quiet rooms, good rates.

Very nice place to stay. Spacious, clean rooms at a good price, staff were friendly as well. Beds were extremely comfortable and good selection of TV channels. Free Wi-Fi is a plus, the breakfast is limited but overall for the price you can't go wrong.

I found it to be a excellent service with amazing staff and beautiful decore. I would definately recomend this inn ti anyone stopping through medicine hat. Best experence at a hotel I think ive ever had. Ten out of ten.

Good hotel. Water slides and pool very good for kids under 10. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Rooms were clean, stocked well, and quite spacious. Breakfast options were limited but very tasty — the make-your-own waffles were a hit with my family — and the hotel is very very close walking distance to some restaurants and shopping.

The front desk clerk was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and you could not hear any other guests in your room even though you could hear them in the hallway. The breakfast supplied was good and was kept replenished. The room was overly warm when trying to sleep.

It was nice breakfast wasn't very fresh. Pool was really great. Kids had lots of fun playing.

Stayed while working a few days, great breakfast, nice comfortable rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Rocky Ridge Country LodgeWe stayed at the lodge for a birthday party and our whole group took over both the main house and the cabin. It is a great set-up with a lot of amenities in a beautiful setting. Our group totalled 20+ people yet we did not feel cramped at all. We did our own cooking however so we cannot comment on the food. The rooms were clean upon arrival, as were the washrooms. With our group we were able to have meals at the same time as the seating area supported this.
