The hotel is just great. Nice staff, modern rooms, beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast and great location. Everything the guest desires.

Beautiful quiet rooms, and a rooftop terrace for breakfasts with a great view over the city. Location is also perfect in the center of the city.

Our stay was so personalized and the staff was very attentive. They worked hard to ensure that we would enjoy each day in Lisbon. Thank you to the staff!

A very nice hotel in the city centre. + very helpful and kind staff + clean, beautiful art deco style rooms, fully equipped (including a small automatic DeLonghi coffee machine, free water) + a beautiful terrace with a view of the city — no healthy or vegan options for breakfast apart from fresh fruit, soy milk and cereals (but we did not order anything on advance, so this is forgivable)

Awesome hotel. Friendly staff, great views, food was amazing. Parking is a little inconvenient and pricy, but once your there there is plenty to do within walking distance.

Very pleasant atmosphere, very nice room and great breakfast with helpful and friendly staff. The view from the restaurant over the rooftops of Lisbon keeps what it promises.
Centrally located with many great restaurants and attractions within walking distance; The receptionists like to give tips, where you can eat well.

The staff is the best.
The location is also 20 meters away there are two entrances to the metro and is in the heart of Lisbon always well prepared and pleasant.

The view from the terrace is imperfect.
You can see the Santa Justa Elevator (elevator) while enjoying a good breakfast or a beer.
You can see the restorers ' square also the rooms are comfortable and we were able to stay on the last day in the recently restored Penhouse and are excellent.

The atmosphere is 5 star but there is still a way.
The rooms do not have the comfort required for the price paid. Especially those on the 6th floor which are not soundproof enough as the restaurant is just above.

Positives: Cordial staff and small care. Restaurant with delicate, tasty and sought-after dishes. Price a little high for the city of Lisbon.

A pleasant stay in the heart of Lisbon. Friendly, warm & thoughtful staff. The room we stayed was good size and clean, toiletries, robes, slippers, good size towels and extra pillows were provided with a touch of chocolates from the service staff (Alice). Security safe, dryer, luggage stand, espresso maker, good size cupboard and drawers were in good standard even the number hangers were generous. Good size TV with good channel selection. Breakfast buffet were great from warm cooked food, choices of cereals, selection of breads and pastries to cold meats and fruits only room for improvement were the selection of drinks (no apple juice). You can also ask to cook something for you out of the buffet of food. But for me the breakfast was perfect and they have different warm food everyday so you don't get bored of the same stuff. The location of the hotel was very convenient. A minute or two from the buzzing Rossio square, shops and restaurants. Convenient transportation, two metro station with one situated just outside the hotel and across is the Rossio railway station. If I was to travel back to Lisbon again, I will highly likely to stay in this hotel again.

Our room on the first floor with "Courtyard view" small and noisy
It does not sleep cause noises of the staff in the courtyard and in the floor space dedicated to warehouse and storeroom. To forget. Unacceptable.

It's at a very good location. But people weren't friendly and helpfully when we stayed there for 3 nights in May. Especially the receptionist had all excuses to reject your requests and manners just isn't close to 5 stars hotel's standard. Bathroom appliances didn't work appropriately.

A 'four' star hotel that is trying too hard to be a five star hotel. Staff were freindly but too plentiful and overbearing. Rooms were clean and comfortable but small. Breakfast was adequate. Nice view from the bar terrace, but the drinks measure are tiny to say the least. There was also construction noise from the building next door from 8am to 6.30pm at least. I would not stay here again — too many other good hotels to choose from.

Small room but typical for a city centre hotel. All essentials provided (except water at €4 a bottle). Excellent choice at breakfast and hotel restaurant outstanding. Metro line right outside hotel. We found cleaners still making up rooms at 5pm which slightly annoying if you fancy a snooze before dinner.

Very nice rooms and great service but its biggest perk is its central location. With a metro station (Restauratores) at the front door and the major transportation hub Rossio only a short walk away, it's ideal for tourists and people who are here for business. The hotels own restaurant delivers some very decent food for an alright price, but you definitely want to check out the restaurant list in your room, there are some great recommendations on there. Also try and stay away from the restaurants in the immediate area, they are very mediocre! I would definitely stay here again in the future.
