One of the most beautiful place I have ever seen. Totally familiar and a friendly staff. Amazing rooms and a roof top. I loved the world picture in the dinner room and the table. Easy to get in contact to people there. Directly in the historical center and next to the river. I will come back soon to the sunset destination hostel.

This is my first hostel experience, and I think itll be hard to beat. The people who work there are highly knowledgeable about their city, always wanting to make sure their guests are having a good time, and always really interesting and fun to talk to. The whole place is clean, theres a degree of privacy that you dont see in hostels too often, and they have the best showers I have ever experienced. I highly recommend going here!

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. It’s located in the beautiful Rossio station, which is in a great neighborhood. Allows for quick access to the train and metro, but they also offer soundproof shutters to block out the noise (a great touch! ) Room was spacious, clean and had lots of great touches: lockers next to the beds that were lockable via your keycard, curtains on the bunks, little garbage bins on the wall inside your bunk, a little couch, hooks and hangers, etc. Wall outlets were easily accessible from your bed. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Shared areas were beautiful with lots of spaces to sit and lots of greenery. The bathrooms were large, very clean and had a great view of the city from the sink area! Also had hairdryers which was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. If I return to Lisbon I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Accommodation is very comfortable. There was a small issue with our accommodation when we first viewed the room but the staff were quick to fix this for us. This matched the way we were looked after the rest of our stay, very accommodating. The common area is great for relaxing and socialising. The pancake breakfast was much appreciated. Great location.

Excellent Hostel. Rain Forest like Lobby. Don't expect the rooms to be anything special however — it is a hostel, not a 5-star hotel.

Nice place, friendly staff, good breakfast, toilets always clean. Recommended.

Amazing hostel. Really nice staff, beautiful interior like an oasis in busy Lisbon. Also can’t beat the location as it’s right in the train station!

Very well located, quiet, clean, the staff attentive and always available.

Big thumbs up to this hostel! They let us use their facilities and helped us out with our luggage, as the Rossio station lockers were out of order. We didn't actually stay at the hostel but the reception/lounge area looked amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Fantastic hostel. Great pancakes for breakfast, great tours with Zé and Anna, there is always something happening here. The only problem is you might quit your job and move to Lisbon.

Fantastic hostel with friendly staff, I went for a double room with a private bathroom as I personally prefer this. My only gripe is that it didn't have a TV in the room but with so much to see on your doorstep it's not a deal breaker.

A large room in the middle for relaxation, games.
The breakfast included is rich and diversified, handmade patties every day.
Very well located next to the bus and subway stations, inside the train station and next to a palace. Very good quality price. I highly recommend.

Great location and friendly staff. As far as hostels go, this is a good one. Clean rooms and facilities, good breakfast, and availability to use the kitchen. Nice lounge area.

The staff there were amazing… they had useful recommendations for restaurants and how to get around, and helped me out when I needed a new room at 2am! The common area is fun and has a lot of people lounging around in it during all times of the day, but around 10pm they turn out the lights and music there which helps enforce quiet time at night.

I think this is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff are genuine and friendly, the free breakfast is tops, they offer all kinds of tours (good ones! ), The hostel is located INSIDE a train station, they have a trampoline, pool table, table tennis, hammock, tona of comfy seating … And the rooms are awesome. We had a private room with a double bed, ensuite shower and it came with a welcome. Bottle of wine and mini bar snacks (all free! ). If you're wondering where to book in Lisbon, don't hesitate — stay here!

A original place. Sleeping in a train station without listen to them in the centre of Lisbon. Very nice atmosphere and staff also. If I had to choose a place, I would repeat for sure. Ahh, breakfast is good.

Attention, cleanliness, location, absolutely unbeatable. The showers are good, but few Toilets.

A truly cool place with a tastefully designed interior in a beautiful landmark train station in the most central part of town. One caveat being having to wait for the concierge to come down and open the door during the hours that the station is closed (1 am — 6 am), which is negligible unless the grumpy man at night is on duty and could be a bit of a buzz killer if you're returning from a night out. Everyone else is friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms n great free breakfast as well. Thanks guys!

Great space and beautiful decoration. The hostel is inside the train station, what gives a advantage related to logistics. You can find many tourists attraction near to it. The crew is very helpful and funny! The rooms are good but the toilet small for rooms with 10 beds. The breakfast is well served (sometimes with pastel de Belém! ) and there is free coffee anytime!

Not very easy to get to know ppl there. Good amenities and location, but not for solo travelers.

The best hostel in Lisbon! I recommend!

The shower glass is terribly fragile. It suddenly broken all around. What worst is that we have to pay for it Even though we did not do it If we were there we are injured it's aweful After we check out, the staff keep our lugage and requires money for glass. So we have to pay for it we recommend never use this hostel you will loose more than you pay.

This hostel was awesome! Everything was really nice-the rooms, living rooms, and staff! The staff offers a lot of ways to meet other people, and to do great things in Lisbon. I definitely recommend this hostel. I went on a tour with a great tour guide who showed us all around Lisbon. I also met a lot of nice people at the bbq that they organized for the hostel, and the pub crawl. I definitely recommend it.

I spent a week in this hostel starting from April 8-14 2013. It was my first time in Lisboa. The staff was very supportive. Thanks a lot to the kitchen people. The breakfast was very good and the kitchen was clean and nice. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and warm like being at home. All activities are very good too. The location is excellent! I am planning to come back to Lisbon in July and to stay again in this hostel. Thank you guys for your great job there.

This hostel is incredible! This is the place to stay at when visiting Lisbon. They have three locations but I would say this is the most ideal: centre of the city, in a beautiful train station with beautiful views of the square, castle, and houses. The place is spotless, and the staff are bar none. The hospitality we received was amazing, and we made some great friends. You can save money each day by eating breakfast at the hostel. I would come back to Lisbon just to visit the staff again at this hostel! 10/10. :).
