Easy check in, hotel is very clean, friendly staff and located very close to the city Centre so easy walk to everywhere.

Great place, for the price we should have access to ice, we have to ask front desk and if they are busy, everything perfect but how do you drink the warm h20 bottles they leave you without ice and since no room frig, can keep no drinks cold. Another big negative I was charged 71 dollars foreign transaction fee on our stay here. They charged that not the card, that is horrible that they are charging this much. We are already paying top dollar for this hotel.

Great hotel city centre Lisboa, came by car so had a bit of a do getting parried and then getting to our hotel but really in the heart of things. Recommended.

Our experience at the hotel was actually lovely — great location, friendly staff — would otherwise recommend. However, we accidentally left some personal belongings in our room on checkout. We realized within 24 hours and sent an email hoping they still had them and would be able to help us get them sent back to us. It has been over a week and no response. Even a response saying “sorry, we discard all left items” would be better than silence. … Situations like this is where true costumer service shows (aka a little extra above and beyond service) and clearly this hotel does not have that.

Such a brilliant location and lovely breakfast. The triple room could have been a little bigger, but it worked either way. the staff are also really friendly and helpful. All 3 of us will definitely be back again! 5 stars all the way.

If possible, I rather to give a No Star for this hotel service by experience a big lie from hotel. Booked the hotel in the afternoon of planed stayed date. (It was an emergency plan due to another nearby hotel didn't have my booking record) To avoid the issue again, I called the hotel to confirm if revived the booking information and I told her it's a short time booking. She asked me to call again after 30mins to check. I did and call twice for confirmation. My last answer was confirmed no booking record of mine and hotel was fully booked on that night. I was told hotel will not charge me anything. I gave up and went for another hotel for stay. After returning home, I found I actually got charge for the hotel by NO SHOW. I provided the evidence of another hotel recipe and screen shot of 3 calls but got reply nobody told and agree for the cancellation… Someone lie from the hotel certainly!

Central location to move in any direction. Room on the fourth floor, on the back, big and clean. The bathroom is practically new. We had a great time, even in the restaurant next door (Solar was Bacalhau) with Portuguese dishes are sensational and smart price.

Hotel is very good. The location is fantastic. The rooms are extremely clean. You can move on foot to visit all the centre of Lisbon. I definitely prefer it.

Clean basic hôtel, good breakfeast.

Perfectly located in Lisbon and really beautiful rooms with balconies. Very well-maintained. My only complaint is that their rooms are non-refundable when you book, even if you do it through their website. I made a mistake in the booking process that I didn't notice until I checked in, and I was out of luck (and out quite a bit of money). But that shouldn't deter anyone — it was otherwise lovely.

This hotel gives the experience of being immersed in the life of lisbon. The location is excellent, served by 2 metro stations, a few steps from the tram stop in the historic and circodato by begozi and restaurants. The rooms differ very much between the standard and the superior, and alas some of them is noisy, but the staff is very courteous and the morning breakfast excellent pastel de nata, the famous sweet Portuguese. You will be the centre of Lisbon.

Have good customer care, the room that I get was spotless, good decor. Good discounts for reservations in the different applications to which they are associated, have samll elegant but at the same time may be familiar. Also a good location as it is located close to several tourist monuments.

Probably the best location in the city for exploring while not being in a noisy high traffic location. The staff were simply amazing and very helpful at hours of the day. Don’t be afraid to ask for an early check in should you arrive before lunch, they are very accommodating. The rooms were simple, clean and modern. We had the breakfast one morning for handiness and were not disappointed. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is nice and this chord with the price, but we didn't have a good experience as we got a frightful, minimal room with the TV back to a bed, there was no place for suitcases. That's not what we hired. And that was nothing. The floor trembled! Downstairs is a restaurant with an unbearable machine. The noise did not hold but the constant movement was the worst, even discomposed me because the bed was moving a lot. Totally unsanitary. That night we had a fatal one because we requested room change and it was not possible (the 108). No compensation for the mistreatment of that night. Just the next day after several claims changed us. You cannot enter a taxi to the hotel, you have to walk in cobblestones. For the return they got us a taxi that we conned. By entering the street of the hotel we charge 7.50 Euros. A trip that left us 10 euros in total, cost us to turn 26.50, a real scam. The receptionist was friendly but didn't solve my problem. I'm not coming back. A shame because the location is great and cute the hotel. But the abuse surpassed the rest.

Location, location, location! Good small hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Fairly priced and courteous staff. Very friendly.

The location of the hotel is great, very central in the city with restaurants and everything closeby. The staff was also very nice and attentive. However, our room was nothing special and it kinda smell bad. I also thought the bed was on the smaller side. Overall a good place to stay, but I think there may be better places in Lisbon to stay at.

Hotel is good for room condition, cleanessess, and location. But need to improve staff profissional preparation, Wi-Fi reach and stability, and the lightning project of the rooms.

Reasonable price for a quite comfortable room. Big size, the bathroom is separated from the bedroom which is good. Has chair and desk. I really enjoy the stay. Mainly also I only paid half price due to someone had a cancellation. I wouldn't complain at all ;p.

Mały hotel ale umieszczony w samym sercu miasta. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko starówki gdzie znaleźć można wiele sklepów, barów I restauracji z lokalnymi daniami. Internet działał znośnie. Pokoje czyste I zadbane I dobrze wyposażone. Wygodne łóżka. Śniadanie smacze. Personel hotelowy uprzejmy I pomocny. Generalnie było super.

Excellent location! Small room and hot. Could't keep the airconditionig on all night, cause then it would have been too cold. Pillows were too big. Breakfast was good, but not scandinavian.

Despite a small problem the first night we had a double bed instead of two twin beds problem resolved that the next day the hotel is very clean very well located the staff is very nice and welcoming the very hearty lunch I highly recommend this hotel thanks to you.

Clean and large rooms. Very very nice staff. I had made a reservation with the wrong date and they corrected everything plus offered us the breakfast. The rooms with one double bed are king size and are very comfortable. The metro and tramway are 3min will. Will definitely come back again.

I sent two customer complaints by email over one month ago and I've still not received an acknowledgement not least a response. I also asked to speak to a manager on several occasions and didn't receive a response. I then came into the hotel and had to leave a complaint in the complaint book and even after this I still haven't received a response. This leads me to come to the conclusion that your customer and their experience is the least of your priorities. Please respond ASAP.

Good: beautiful breakfast area, nice breakfast, fast handling of complaints, awesome location, beautiful modern bathroom, quiet when windows closed
Not good: cleanliness (bathroom was fine, but my bedsheets were dirty and I my first room smelled of smoke, my friends had a dirty towel and used ashtray on the balcony), small rooms
As said the complaints were handled right away, the nightshift of 1st july to 2nd was very helpful and friendly. At checkout the manager came to apologize for the trouble and he said he would take care of the housekeeping-problem.
All in all it was allright, but for my next trip to lisboa I will give an other hotel a try I guess…

Very rude customer service and noisy! ” I have stayed at multiple hotels around the world and this is one hotel, I definitely do not recommend. I had an issue with my room being next to the elevator and low floor so close to street level you can here ever conversation, which was extremely noisy. I notified the front desk but they did not do anything and only offered to change my room the very last day before I checked out. Meaning, I would have to pack up all my belongings and then change to a new room and unpack then re-pack for my departure the next morning. Kind of useless don't you think? I spoke to the manager and the manager was quite rude. Clearly need better customer service skills, he indicated I did not indicate in my booking the request for a high floor. Even though my booking clearly indicates high floor which I showed him via. Email … At night this hotel is very noisy, it's right next to the streets were people play music and are obnoxious. The room next to the elevator is even worst and more noisy, at least give me something to work with. Either a higher floor (which theres is 5 levels) or not next to an elevator but clearly they cannot do this. Racial profiling? Manager was quite rude, he clearly did not let people complete their sentence without interrupting so if you even address an issue or trying to talk to him, there's no point! Clearly it is bad client servicing.

Small room, but excellent location, fresh water bottles every day and very fast Wi-Fi. Bathroom was a bit smelly due to it facing onto a bad tourist restaurant.

Perfectly positioned for bars, restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. Very friendly staff and rooms to a good standard (although we didn't spend much time in them — too much to do! ).

Well located, very Close to Train Station and taxi and Restaurants. Rooms a bit to small, but okay. (small desk) Good Internet Performance. Breakfast could be improved. TV with 70 channels (no German). Fast lift. Good Windows, which Keep out the noise from the street. Good Mitsubishi air condition.

It's a great hotel for what your paying. Really well located and with a friendly staff offers all you need for a short stay in Lisbon, that was my case.

Very nice hotel in a great location close to everything you want to see in Lisbon. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and nothing is too much to ask. The rooms are basic in terms of interior decorations but they have everything you need and it is very clean. We will book at this hotel every time we go to Lisbon, which by the way it is our favourite city in Europe.
