Room was very spacious and had all the utilities you’d need for a comfortable stay.

Ended up having to stay in Edmonton for few weeks due to family being in hospital — this hotel is an easy drive to and from UofA ~ with very comfortable room, full.

We had an extended stay in Canada and jumped into a few hotels. We ended our stay in the last few weeks at Canterra Suites and cannot recommend this place enough.

I have stayed at this hotel for a long time and I must say the staff and atmosphere are fantastic! They treat you like a friend and everyone always knows my name!

The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We were traveling with our 9 month old baby. Every one was so warm and helpful. Really excellent people working here.

It might just be a Holiday Inn but it rivals hotels with much more name recognition. I stay at hotels at least 7-8x a month and they are usually Marriots and Hiltons.

Enjoyed the Northsidebaby event! His shows are always amazing. The venue was great, we had bottle service, the waitresses were very accommodating. The door staff extremely professional.

Quite nice hotel in not that great area. Continental breakfast was pretty decent too. Biggest complaint was that room was extremely hot with no way to control it. Maybe the thermostat was broken?

Very good hotel. Had a great continental breakfast. Only issue we had was a couple stains on our bedding but was not a huge deal.

We got there early for their all you can eat buffet breakfast. We were seated promptly once our party all arrived. The food and service were good. This was a Christmas special buffet.

4 friends had supper at Tap 25 Sports Bar for the Prime Rib Dinner then visited the Casino.

Room was good and spacious everything we needed microwave and fridge. Service was excellent all around. Front desk lady helped out grabbed plates for me tonight for my pizza too thank you.

I currently live in Calgary and generally stay at this hotel when I travel to Edmonton. I have been there many times and not yet had a bad experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

All is perfect but the better is the service. Since the lady on reception (Sam, very friendly and good attitude all time, she always receive you with a smile. Iris the lady on the restaurant bar.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to our breakfast server Rowena. She greeted us with a warm smile, checked in at the perfect times, and made sure our food came out just the way we asked.

Rooms are updated and stylish, bed is comfortable. The shower pressure is amazing, never had I had rocket power shower pressure in a hotel.

We stayed 1 night and got Room 202, it has a king bed and pullout couch. The bathroom has Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap.

It feels like coming home on every visit. A big genuine greeting from Eden at reception, Heather at breakfast and Asnita (likely misspelled) at checkout is always heartwarming. Always 5 stars!

I recently spent a full week at the Wyngate Wingham Edmonton West for work meetings, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.

Good place for kids and dogs. Staff seemed genuinely pleased to help us out with whatever we needed and we enjoyed our stay so much that we might travel to Edmonton again just to stay here.

My family love our stay in this hotel. Rooms are spacious and the kitchenette is a bonus feature. The only downside is it has no bathtub which my kids would love.

Overall, it's pretty convenience and has all the basic amenities.

We always choose to stay at Hyatt Place.
