The staff and the rooms were soooo nice! Super clean, and a really good size.

I was so impressed from Joanne checking us in at the front desk to our walk-in of our spacious and well-designed room. I loved the yellow rubber duck from the cleaning crew to the brand new bathroom.

Anna was fantastic. She was so helpful and welcoming to make our stay memorable. Would definitely stay here again. Location was great.

Stayed here with others for a soccer tournament. Our family rented a king suite room.

Room was very spacious and had all the utilities you’d need for a comfortable stay.
Loved the full kitchen setup, especially the full-size fridge — super handy if you’re staying more than a night.

Everything for the most part was great for my stay. TV Left alot to be desired. AC/Heat unit was great. Lighting kinda sucked in the room a few burnt out bulbs.

We had an issue with our reservation due to a mistake we made, and we were very stressed because the hotel was already fully booked.

My friends and I went to the main floor lounge tonight. We initially sat at the bar which honestly was not the greatest experience.

Me and my fiancée had an incredible experience at the JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District. The service was absolutely amazing.

We stayed 1 night and got Room 202, it has a king bed and pullout couch. The bathroom has Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap.

It feels like coming home on every visit. A big genuine greeting from Eden at reception, Heather at breakfast and Asnita (likely misspelled) at checkout is always heartwarming. Always 5 stars!

Room was good and spacious everything we needed microwave and fridge. Service was excellent all around. Front desk lady helped out grabbed plates for me tonight for my pizza too thank you.

Fairly large group attending as we knew one of the guys boxing that night so we were all out to support.

Everything with the hotel was lovely, Lily was able to adjust our booking to an accessible room to accommodate my disabled sister. The breakfast was great & the staff member working was super helpful.

Very good hotel. Had a great continental breakfast. Only issue we had was a couple stains on our bedding but was not a huge deal.

All is perfect but the better is the service. Since the lady on reception (Sam, very friendly and good attitude all time, she always receive you with a smile. Iris the lady on the restaurant bar.

Our Christmas party 🎉 (110 people) was a great success! From the beginning when we started planning with Monia we received numerous menu options, and the food was well received by the whole group.

I LOVE this hotel! I have stayed there at least a dozen times. The past 6 months I was there in Dec 3025. Jan 2026, Feb 2026, April, May and coming up Im June.
Anytime I go to Edmonton I stay there.

Rooms are updated and stylish, bed is comfortable. The shower pressure is amazing, never had I had rocket power shower pressure in a hotel.

I had a great day at this hotel. I came with two friends and one little five-year-old boy. The rates are very reasonable. We got two queen beds and a full pullout sofa bed.

I honestly don’t usually stay at Sandman chains because I haven’t had the greatest experience in the past. However, I would definitely come back to this one.

The staff were excellent and the room was a very good size! Decent sleep on comfy beds and pillows. Safe underground parking. Good restaurants in the building and walking distance.

Stayed with a kids lacrosse team. Kids were loud, parents were chatty, nothing unruly but for sure annoying.

We had the best experience in this hotel as a school trip group, the arrangements, communication and services were great. Rooms are clean as well.
