We got there early for their all you can eat buffet breakfast. We were seated promptly once our party all arrived. The food and service were good. This was a Christmas special buffet.

4 friends had supper at Tap 25 Sports Bar for the Prime Rib Dinner then visited the Casino.

I stayed in a one-bedroom loft at Tunnel Mountain Resort and overall had a very good experience.
The place feels new and modern, and the beds were comfortable.

We are staying in a king suite with a small kitchenette, that is just enough. The room is a good size, heater works well and the views of the mountains from our balcony are first rate!

Our Stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs was nothing short of amazing.

The customer service everywhere was amazing. The hotel is VERY child friendly. Even the server at the Italian restaurant brought us a wet cloth to wipe our son off with. So kind.

We stayed at the Rimrock Resort Hotel as part of a Rocky Mountaineer tour. The property was spectacular, the room was spacious and had a great view.

The Stoneridge was way above expectations. The condos are beautiful, well laid out, comfortable beds and extras are supplied like olive oul, balsamic vinegar, ground coffee.

Stayed for a week in Dec 2025 with the wife. Everything was perfect… the bed was super comfortable… gas fireplace worked great.

Friendly staff and a super cozy location. I like that our room had a fireplace and had a great time using the hot tub and steam room on the main floor.

The location is great, down in the valley fromLake Louise ski station (opposite hill than Lake Louise Lake).

We stayed here for 2 nights very last minute. The staff were brilliant and managed to find a spot for us. We had full hook-up and were even able to sani-drain at our site, which was really convenient.

We would definitely recommend the Banff Caribou Lodge & Suites. The rooms very comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. They gave us free bus passes during our stay.

We stayed at Banff Gate Mountain Resort for two nights and three days, and it was an excellent experience overall. The scenery was absolutely beautiful—even in winter.

Would rate a 1 star for the rude bartender who zoned in on me and son before we sat at the bar for brucnh and drinks, she was rude before we sat down wanted nothing to do with us, told us if we want

We had a wonderful two-night stay in February 2026. The staff was excellent. Our suite was very comfortable, marred only by the trees that essentially blocked the advertised "lakefront view.

Came here with my ski club on a group trip and absolutely every interaction and moment was a 5-star experience. They handled our large group and all our ski gear and luggage with grace.

The stay was very good! Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds and washrooms were clean. I had a room downstairs with multiple entries to the room.

The place was located in a very unique setting. When coming into resort they land completely changed to a mountain setting. The resort rooms need updating.

We wondered about going here for a while because of the golf and accessibility. Totally enjoyed the resort and stay. Great staff. Space is a bit dated but VERY clean & well kept.

Waterton Lakes Lodge was a quiet restful stay! We recently visited Waterton during Thanksgiving weekend. Our check in process was efficient and friendly.

Loved this place. Nice rooms, ours had a kitchen which was fantastic. Nothing fancy but great for a national park. Everything is walking distance, the town is quite small.

Stayed 2 nights at a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit as a family of 6. Spacious living room. Kitchen with utensil, bowls, plates and dishwasher.

Pretty fun and great stay. My only issues were the molds in the washer and staff smoking in a non smoking area by the entrance.

This is our 2nd time at the hidden ridge resort. Decent location within Banff, quick drive or bus ride to the downtown.

Hidden Ridge totally exceeded our expectations! It provided the service of a hotel with the privacy of an Airbnb. The townhouses were spacious and clean with all basic necessities.

Good place in a great location. Stayed through AirBnB.
However, they have a policy to close the outdoor hot tub at — 20 Celsius (so a good portion of winter).

Room was amazing! Full kitchen, the underground parking is a must in this weather! The laundry in the room was a terrific way to end the trip, going home with clean clothes.

Stayed here in Nov 2025. Only negative thing I have is that I don’t think they should advertise wood burning fireplaces if they aren’t going to provide firewood.
