Incredible place to stay with family and kids.

Edit: obviously didn't read the review.
Fantastic, top tier service. Until we went to check out. We were leaving right at the checkout time.
Cleaning staff waited inside our door for us to leave.

My family stayed here five nights during July 2026. The cabin is vintage. Do not expect updated, renovated, or modern facilities; however, that is not the goal of the property.

Perfect place! Friendly staff, amazing location, great rooms! We had a great stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My partner, Jia, and I recently stayed at the Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff, and our experience was exceptional from beginning to end.

"Before immigrating to Canada, I saw so many beautiful photos and thought the whole country looked like that. After visiting Banff, I realized, 'Oh wait, that was just Banff! ' It is truly stunning.

I was extremely impressed with the Post Hotel. The entrance lobby is beautiful in a historic vacation lodge sort of way. The rooms are very large with excellent beds.

Our stay at the Post Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in the heart of Lake Louise, the setting feels like a quiet alpine postcard—peaceful, scenic, and effortlessly elegant.

We stayed here for 2 nights very last minute. The staff were brilliant and managed to find a spot for us. We had full hook-up and were even able to sani-drain at our site, which was really convenient.

Conveniently located just outside the entrance to Jasper NP, making it very easy to drive to Icefields Parkway southbound or to Saskatchewan River Crossing East of the Rockies (beware of snow, so

We had a wonderful two-night stay in February 2026. The staff was excellent. Our suite was very comfortable, marred only by the trees that essentially blocked the advertised "lakefront view.

Came here with my ski club on a group trip and absolutely every interaction and moment was a 5-star experience. They handled our large group and all our ski gear and luggage with grace.

Family of 6 had a great time. Good location. Beautiful view. Lots to do on site units nicely kept and large for family.
Would recommend upgrading of ping pong paddles and have more balls on site.

Fabulous cabin, lots of space, very well equipped and a huge deck with a BBQ. It was exceptionally clean on our arrival and very comfortable.

Tunnel Mountain Resort is great. Our suite was wonderful, on two levels with a balcony with a tremendous mountain view. The resort is well located to visit sites in the surrounding area.

Exceptional Stay — Above and Beyond!
We had an absolutely incredible experience at Tunnel Mountain Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome.

Simply stunning. More than 5*. We had king suite with jacuzzi-bathroom was size of a hotel room!

Beautiful location and wonderful host! Definitely will come back again.

We stayed here for ski races in Lake Louise and Norquay. Everything worked great for our purposes and we had an awesome time in Canmore!

Enjoyed the beautiful community and townhouse while for our family gathering.

Overall a very good experience at Platinum Suites Resort. The suites are spacious and comfortable with everything you would hope for.

Great Facilities & location. Its quiet but close to town. The rooms are spacious and perfect for groups. However, the fireplace stopped working and there was no communication from management.

Very impressed with this hotel, it was very clean in both the public spaces and our room.
The towels were nice and fluffy.

Just there this last saturday (may 09) as was attending the boxing event at the venue.
Fairly large group attending as we knew one of the guys boxing that night so we were all out to support.

Simple mountain lodge just outside the park boundary. It is located about 50 minutes from the town of Jasper.

We really enjoyed our stay at Overlander Mountain Lodge. The lodge has a charming wooden cabin feel and is very well maintained.

Our Stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs was nothing short of amazing.

The customer service everywhere was amazing. The hotel is VERY child friendly. Even the server at the Italian restaurant brought us a wet cloth to wipe our son off with. So kind.

Beautiful area. The place was nice and clean. Didn't experience the service but didn't have to so I'd call that a plus. Love the architecture.

We came for a wedding and my husband and I couldn’t believe how amazing the service was. The chef came to our table, that’s old school and we love that.

Best casino atmosphere in the area! Great selection of up-to-date slot machines and plenty of open table games. The gaming floor is clean, well-lit, and spacious enough that you never feel cramped.

We’ve been to the casino restaurant a few times and the food there is absolutely amazing! Fantastic service, staff, food and atmosphere.

We would definitely recommend the Banff Caribou Lodge & Suites. The rooms very comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. They gave us free bus passes during our stay.

Emily was the greatest help to us in our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort and cannot say enough good things about the experience.
A special acknowledgment goes to Damian Howell at the front desk.

I had a fantastic breakfast experience at Best Western High Level, thanks to Chef Hurleen. The hashbrowns were absolutely amazing—perfectly crispy and seasoned just right.

This is rated 3 stars?

Wonderful amenities, superb service. The staff consistently embodies a welcoming and professional level of service.

Great hotel/resort in an ideal location. The apartment and rooms were very clean and packed with every essential. We really didn't lack anything, so 5/5 on the hospitality and cleanliness.

Rooms are spacious, kitchen is stocked with whatever you need. TV had issues with screen mirroring however. Staff are attentive. 20mins away from downtown BANFF, 10mins away from Downtown Canmore.

If your planning your next holiday in alberta and having trouble to find a great place to stay with your family and kids look no further I recently stayed here with my family absolutely beautiful

Over all was a pleasant stay.
Wonderful beds n bedding.
No A/C in bedrooms… yuk. No window either. Just door.
Everything was clean.
How ever. The bbq doesn’t even give you a grill mark on your steak.

Stayed here in Nov 2025. Only negative thing I have is that I don’t think they should advertise wood burning fireplaces if they aren’t going to provide firewood.

Been coming here every year for almost 20 years and it is fantastic.

We stopped here to break our journey for two nights. Lovely setting among the Rockies. Good views. Parking near our room which was comfortable and had the feel of a cabin and cosy in terms of space.

We really enjoyed our overnight here while on the icefields parkway! The rooms are basic but clean and well-maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I loved staying here! The rooms were really clean, and the staff were super nice. The location was so pretty, and there was a playground and ice cream not too far away.

We loved our stay at Bayshore Inn and are so glad we chose it for our three night stay. We had the Romantic Suite with a great view of the lake! The room was huge, with a nice bathroom.

The location is idyllic such a beautiful place.

It was comfortable, we stayed in a cabin with 2 flights of stairs so I certainly got my exercise. A washer and drier was good as we were mid trip along with a small kitchen.
