Incredible place to stay with family and kids.

Fantastic, top tier service. Until we went to check out. We were leaving right at the checkout time.
Cleaning staff waited inside our door for us to leave.

We stayed at the Rimrock Resort Hotel as part of a Rocky Mountaineer tour. The property was spectacular, the room was spacious and had a great view.

Welcoming, friendly, efficient staff. Great cook:all meals were delicious and balanced; very satisfying. Cabin was clean, comfortable and warm.

Fantastic facility. In a great location after Banff for the drive to Jasper, as we were doing. Staff were flexible and the accommodation was everything we needed.

Friendly staff and a super cozy location. I like that our room had a fireplace and had a great time using the hot tub and steam room on the main floor.

The location is great, down in the valley fromLake Louise ski station (opposite hill than Lake Louise Lake).

Tunnel Mountain Resort is great. Our suite was wonderful, on two levels with a balcony with a tremendous mountain view. The resort is well located to visit sites in the surrounding area.

​We had an absolutely incredible experience at Tunnel Mountain Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome.

We stayed here for 2 nights very last minute. The staff were brilliant and managed to find a spot for us. We had full hook-up and were even able to sani-drain at our site, which was really convenient.

We stayed with family just a couple of nights but it was an absolute relaxation we were looking for!

We had the most exceptional stay here for five nights with our toddler in March.
We were upgraded to a deluxe cabin and treated with picture perfect views of the Rockies.

We would definitely recommend the Banff Caribou Lodge & Suites. The rooms very comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. They gave us free bus passes during our stay.

Emily was the greatest help to us in our stay.

Had a great time here. Shout out to the bar and janelle who made our night feel extra special with amazing service. The drinks she made us where beyond delicious and the food was great.

Would rate a 1 star for the rude bartender who zoned in on me and son before we sat at the bar for brucnh and drinks, she was rude before we sat down wanted nothing to do with us, told us if we want

We had a wonderful two-night stay in February 2026. The staff was excellent. Our suite was very comfortable, marred only by the trees that essentially blocked the advertised "lakefront view.

Came here with my ski club on a group trip and absolutely every interaction and moment was a 5-star experience. They handled our large group and all our ski gear and luggage with grace.

Such a beautiful spot. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. Our drinks were very good, and appetizers were fantastic! We will be back as soon as possible. Thank you.

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Schotts Lake And Resort! From the moment we arrived, the stunning layout took my breath away—every corner of this place is designed for relaxation and beauty.

We stayed here for ski races in Lake Louise and Norquay. Everything worked great for our purposes and we had an awesome time in Canmore!

We recently stayed at Overlander Mountain Lodge and had such an incredible experience that I felt compelled to leave a review. First of all, the location is absolutely stunning.

Had a 3 night “knitting retreat” visit to the Overlander Lodge. My room was comfortable with a cozy sitting area, kitchen facilities, and in room coffee.

Our Stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs was nothing short of amazing.

The customer service everywhere was amazing. The hotel is VERY child friendly. Even the server at the Italian restaurant brought us a wet cloth to wipe our son off with. So kind.

We have stayed here for the last three years during the Northern Bear Basketball tournament. Each time has been great! Nice rooms, good service, outstanding breakfast! Comfortable and worth the drive.

I was at WLLR for a conference in the first week of May. The village was still a little sleepy as most businesses had not yet opened for the season. That was perfect!

We came for a wedding and my husband and I couldn’t believe how amazing the service was. The chef came to our table, that’s old school and we love that.

My husband and I recently stayed at Hidden Ridge Resort for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect.

Thankyou to Hidden Ridge & the amazing staff for a wonderful stay! Such a glorious setting, seeing wildlife on the mountain everyday. Elk Deer, Gophers, Fox & Chipmunks was delightful.

We enjoyed our stay at Copperstone Resort. The suite was very spacious and comfortable, and the hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day.

First time staying at the Copperstone Resort and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. First of all, location is great, less than 10 mins to Canmore.

Stayed here in Nov 2025. Only negative thing I have is that I don’t think they should advertise wood burning fireplaces if they aren’t going to provide firewood.

Beautiful condo, more than we expected. Unloaded our luggage only to find out we had to load it up again and drive to another building. Tricky way to get to the room.

Stayed 2 nights at a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit as a family of 6. Spacious living room. Kitchen with utensil, bowls, plates and dishwasher.

If you want to go have some fun and win some money this is the place to go. Just like every casino winning is tough but in return you get great dealers, amazing pit bosses and a fun atmosphere.

Rooms was good, comfortable bed.
Gaming was slow, but was able to luckily win enough to pay for the room, drinks and dinner. A win — win in my book. Folks there are cheerful and nice. Good overall.

We have stayed the many times. We love the hotel. The staff are awesome. Casino is very relaxing and a friendly atmosphere, the dealers are pleasant and call you by name.

Service is excellent and there are many amenities. I didn't stay long enough to check them all out but I would consider returning to do so.
