Great spot! Super friendly staff! Beautiful Views!

Staff & service:front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quick and efficient with helping clients. Staff in the lounges/restaurants also very friendly and helpful (you would not know they were under-staffed). Staff at the pool were very friendly and worked hard to keep the public areas looking tidy and clean. The staff at the planetarium were helpful and knowledgeable. establishment: great location — open, natural with gorgeous views and nice walk around the lake. Cabins are cozy — would be nice to have more storage drawers etc (family of 4). Some rooms could use an upgrade, washable floors would be nicer knowing they for sure get washed in between clients. Saw some gorgeous deer and elk roaming the grounds near by. Food: lunch in the great hall — I had the smoked salmon tartar — with sweet potato chips and crispy onion rings. It looked nicely plated — unfortunately no flavour. Some lemon drizzle would have been nice. I was expecting onion rings — instead got friend onions. I was there for a conference — the food from the breakfast buffet & dinner buffet — again looked amazing — unfortunately no flavour. Very bland food. We had the rest of our meals in the town of Jasper. ´

Although it is a very beautiful place it's time for some upgrades. Air-conditioning would be the first comfort one would expect for the price paid. 30°c plus needs air conditioning!

Loved canoeing on the amazing lake. Great hiking around the lake and other trails nearby.

It is one of my favorites on the trip! The hotel staff is amazing and the grounds are absolutely stunning!

Just arrived this evening for a three night stay. Food is gorgeous, staff extremely accommodating and best of all it’s dog friendly too. On holiday from Ireland and it would be fantastic to see more hotels accommodating our furry friends. There are a few places but not on par with Canada. We’ve a bit to go yet I’m afraid.

A wonderful place to getaway from the daily routine. The lodge area itself is great, but generally the Jasper area has so much to offer.

We went to the spa this time but I have stayed here and it is top notch. Always love the great service with the relaxed atmosphere, glad to see the dogs are permitted in the lounge again.

We celebrated our 15th Anniversary at FJPL. Their anniversary surprised was unexpected. The place, the scenery, the ambiance are excellent. My kids love our amazing stay and looking forward to come back. Highly recommended 10 out of 10!

JPL is my favorite place to stay! It's perfect for any and all occasions, during any time of year. I've been there for romantic getaways, a staff Christmas party, family weekends, and their ladies pajama party event! All were wonderful experiences ♡ The food and drinks are so good, and their staff all make sure your stay is as great as possible! Definitely recommend staying at.

All the Fairmonts are exceptional but The Jasper Park Lodge is beyond expectations. Every little detail to your comfort and enjoyment is thought out by their amazing staff… throw in the mountains, the comfort of the wild and the wildlife in the park. Words can’t express it must be experienced!

The service and the atmosphere are just the best, and the setting is incredible. Always a great time.

They have the best staff — Try and get seated in Brittany’s section is the lounge. She is one of their best servers — always goes out if her way to make your experience the best! Book a massage with Greg (RMT) if you can — one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced!

I’ve now stayed at 4 Fairmont on this trip and the Jasper Park is by far the best (mozzies excepted) So relaxing, great food, superb staff and the most wonderful surroundings you could wish for.

Absolutely beautiful location. We stayed in a lakeside cabin, our view was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the hike around Lac Beauvert and the pool was great! Very clean hotel with fantastic staff. However the food was extremely expensive and not that good. Breakfast buffet was terrible not much of a selection and food was certainly not fresh $35/person is outrageous for what you get. Service was very good though, Kiran at the Orso restaurant was wonderful.

Great place to stay if you don't mind paying a bit more. They really take care of you here, however. Anything you need, they are there with a smile! The view from the pool/hot tub area is amazing… And the trail around the lake is a nice added touch.

This might be a one off, perhaps it was just my experience. Food was decent but way over priced. For 600cad per night I expected something a little more luxurious. Parking at our room was non-existant, we had to valet the truck, only they didn't tell us until we we called them. We were told we could check into the room early, how ever we only got a 45 min early check in (we were there for a wedding and they knew the wedding was right at check in time) The food at the reception was great. Most of the staff were pretty great. They were just very disorganized I wouldn't stay here again.

Feel's like camp from our youth except it's the luxury edition that our parents forgot to mention. Luxury Rustic is a category that I have now put on my Travel agenda. Fantastic setting with one of Canada's top golf courses and all of the mountain outdoor activities your heart desires. Or just relax by the fire, sip cocktails by the heated pool or spend the day in the spa.

For us it was a stopover to join the Rocky Mountaineer train. Dinner in the main bar was simple but excellent quality. The best bit was the staff, without exception they were top class. Worth staying there if you are in this part of the Rockies.

The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge has absolutely gorgeous views of the Canadian Rockies. It sits on a small lake where you can rent canoes and paddle boards. I stayed in one of the cabins and the rooms are very big and comfortable. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. My only complaint is the price of food and drinks at the restaurants in the main lodge. However, this is to be expected in a place so isolated from the outside world.

The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is one of Canada's offerings of a beautiful place to visit and stay. We have had the good fortune to stay here several times over the years. Not only for ice skating in the winter months, but summer time as well. The opportunity to see wildlife in a serene and quiet remote resort makes it a real gem. In fact, as you most likely know it is rumored to be the place that Prince Harry and his new wife considered as a location for their honeymoon. A good choice in our opinion. But, it was not to be according to a spokesperson from the lodge who has stated that the royal couple does not have a reservation at the resort. It is now rumored that they are at the Ashford Castle in Ireland. We believe that the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is spectacular if you enjoy first class treatment in a slightly remote location. We suspect it is a place still on the Royals list for a future holiday. It is only a few km away from the town of Jasper, Alberta, Canada. Jasper has a ton of places to eat or have an evening cocktail if you want to get away from the seclusion of the resort for a few hours. But, then again who would want to. We hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful hotel! You can go canoeing/paddle board/kayak with incredible views of the mountains. The hotel is friendly and has amazing service. You don’t need to stay they’re to enjoy this incredible place. Dropping by for dinner or drinks is definitely worth while and staff is professional through and through to both hotel guests and daily visitors. Which I could give this place 6 stars!

Always have an amazing experience here! The food and accommodations are wonderful! We have never had a question or needed additional services from staff but they’re always friendly to us! During our most recent stay we have a room with a great view of the lake and the balcony was wonderful to use in the warm evenings.

Just stayed 2 Nights At The Fairmont Jasper. Settings quite amazing. Dinner the first night at Orso we had lovely service but the food was only okay for the price point. Mckenzie was a great waitress! we had a room in the main Lodge with a lovely large balcony overlooking the lake. Overall I felt that the staff was above average. Unfortunately upon checkout I realized later in the day that I had left something behind, when I called the hotel and they checked the room they said no we have nothing. Which means the maid took it and put it in her pocket! That part was a bit disappointing but my mistake of course was to leave the item behind. Would have hoped they would have been more honest then they were!

The whole hotel is amazing. The rooms are very cute and look right over the lake! We sat outside and soaked up the sun which was so nice. Our server, Matthew, at the emerald lounge was awesome and took great care of us, food was also very very good! The bellmen were also extreamly helpful with recommending the local nightlife. Overall it was a magical experience.

This is my favourite vacation resort… anywhere! I’ve been lucky enough to stay at Jasper Park Lodge several times for different occasions and have enjoyed it every time. The staff always makes me feel welcome and at home (but a much better home that my own)! The atmosphere, the lodge, the comfortable rooms, and that amazing pool always spoil me. Recently many of the rooms have been renovated and if there is anything ever not up to Fairmont’s impeccably high standards, the staff goes beyond what is needed to restore my 5-star experience. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

My favourite Fairmont in the Rockies. Unique set up, rooms have been updated more recently. The staff is phenomenal, they really care about your stay. Food was excellent as well. Driving the 93 when you go from Calgary is such an amazing drive. Highly recommend.

We just went to the JPL for spring break. On the way there we hit a bird with our truck. It broke the grill and a radiator hose. The staff at the lodge were incredible! They took our truck to their shop and had it fixed by the time we left — no charge! We would’ve had to have it towed to the nearest town if it wasn’t for their generosity. One employee went above and beyond to entertain our boys when we arrived with a bird stuck in our grill. Big thanks to Paddy and all the staff for fixing our truck. Excelllent customer service as always!

Love their exclusive brand of toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc). Have stayed in a couple different suites and they were both quite comfortable. Go in the off season or call to check if they have special events going on because if not then you can get the really nice suites at a far more affordable price. Go to the buffet downstairs (a bit pricey, but), you can eat superb cuisine to your hearts content, plus their is an awesome view. I like the individual jams, honey, and the like from Austria, but I would be more impressed if they got these from local growers (or at least Canadian growers).

The surroundings are beautiful, the amenities luxurious and the employees kind! The workers went above and beyond to make my and my colleagues' time here extra special. They're pro-active and helpful even during hectic hours and busy times. The food is spectacular, though it and the drinks are quite pricey, so be aware. They've got a decent gym and a very nice pool. I like the rooms, but the water didn't get hot enough all the time (which is to be expected in this environment, but I'd still expect a little better). I like the skating rink on the lake in the winter and the ability to rent snow sports equipment. This would be a romantic getaway for sure, and good for getting away from the hustle and bustle with a group of friends too. Overall, a spectacular experience. This place received my and my colleagues' applause!

This place is just gorgeous. We didn't stay at the hotel. We stayed at the tonquin inn. Which was ok. But on our last day a local told us to check out JPL and oh my gosh! What a great place to hang out at. We wanted to go up and skate at pyramid lake that sunday but their ice machine broke and everything was closed and we didn't end up doing much during our stay in Jasper until we discovered JPL on monday. I must say that I can't wait for the day we actually have a night stay there… It's just stunning. The skating rink was fun! The staff is great. The food was amazing. Best burger I ever had. It's $$$$ but worth every penny. And the pool was just magical. Especially when the sun is about to go down. I'm sure once I actually stay there the night it will easily get a 5 star. I have gorgeous pictures I'm going to get blown up and framed.

I had a great stay here. It was amazing in the winter, but I couldn't imagine how wonderful it would be in the summer. The restaurants on site were excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. There were tons of activities for all sorts of people, and the spa and hot tub were a great end to a cold winter day. It also has Canada's number one golf resort. I had a great time here, and I would definitely go back. It's also very close to Jasper.

Great hotel for people to see what Jasper has to offer. Also fairly close to Jasper town and nearby mountains and trails. Also you can go to Jasper town to book skiing tickets for Marmot basin. This hotel is dog friendly but be aware that in the chalet there are some areas dogs can go and walk around. If you want food you have to buy takeout from the bar as servers will not serve you in certain sections of the chalet. The beds are comfortable and if your lucky use the fireplace. This is a great place for family during Christmas to play board games.

We stayed here for three nights and received nothing but the best service. The room was very clean and comfortable with coffee and tea and a mini fridge. Reception was quick and we were offered help with our bags. They have a very sweet dog living in the lobby that you can walk if you want. The lobby is beautiful and very welcoming. The staff is so friendly and answered all our questions. The food was delicious. I booked a haircut and manicure and was so happy with my treatment at the spa. Our entire holiday at the lodge was so amazing and relaxing. I would absolutely come back here.

Stayed in one of the rooms in the main Lodge which was clean, and well kept. The bed was comfortable. Bath tab was large enough for someone just short of 6 foot to completely lie down in. Food in the lounge was excellent for lunch and dinner. Drinks are a bit on the pricier side, but the service was excellent. If you are staying in the main lodge, you will be forced to use the valet parking. The lounge is always an amazing place to relax in, especially during the holiday season with the fire places roaring and the smell of hot cider being freshly made. Out door hot tub and pool is also a nice addition to a relaxing weekend.

Wow. Symphony under the Sky VIP package was the most amazing experience I have ever had in my life. It was my first time staying at the Fairmont. The entire experience was all encompassing from my first interaction with the staff and the amazing views and smells and warmth. The food was incredible. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this experience it was a 10/10. The service at the Fairmont is unbeatable.

I was there just to see the Dark Sky Festival which was amazing, I was however, very disappointed by the staff working at the event, the stood around in a group by the fire at the Subaru tent and talked loudly while we were trying to enjoy the music. You would think they would know better, my friend even went over and please keep it down you are rather distracting but their volume was right back up again in minutes. But other than that the staff that I had any interaction with were just lovely and if we decide to go to the Festival again next year we would likely stay at the Jasper Park Lodge.

I'd strongly recommend this place to my friends. The room may not be that impressive but the entire property is simply beyond 5 stars. The health club is superb! also lots to do by the lake.

Just decided to stop and visit on our way back from hiking, decided on a light lunch. Talking to Brittany (the red head) about our 22ND wedding anniversary, and got a complimentary desert plate, what a sweet girl. Went out of her to make us feel welcome. Rest of staff is great. Had a wonderful time!

Beautiful hotel, great views. And honestly, the best meal I've had my entire trip to Alberta. I had the mussels and chips and they were to die for. Family members also thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The lemon cheesecake dessert was super moist and fantastic.

This place is just stunningly beautiful. There are fantastic views of the mist-covered mountains surrounding the hotel. The hotel grounds themselves are vast and well-groomed, and there's a lake right on the property. The trails are great for walks, runs, and bikes. And finally, the rooms are in cabins rather than in one single building — there's a greater feeling of space than in most hotels. Overall, I loved my visit. L :).

Jasper Park Lodge is incredibly expensive but absolutely beautiful. The grounds are stunning and everything is immaculate. The rooms are rustic and somewhat old fashioned but that's part of the charm. The lounge and restaurants offer an amazing array of exquisite dishes and drinks although again almost unreasonably priced. If you can afford it Jasper Park Lodge is a delight to stay at but even if you can't, the grounds are well worth a visit.

I went to the Lodge for an overnight stay: the service was completely amazing, I wasn't dissapointed even once. I went to a restaurant in the lodge called Orso, little pricey but it was some of the best food and service I've ever had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Jasper.

Loved it. The cabins are amazing. The staff are always a nice. Walked around the lake had a hot tub. Smores, wine and cheese plate and a fire. How can you go wrong. Amazing time. Each time, every time.

The Fairmont was outstanding I am truly blown away by the staff. We were there for a three day conference. When asked for the vegan option the staff member not only went out of his way to ask the cook to make us something, but three days later at the check out breakfast buffet came over to us to explain what was vegan what was not. Outstanding service.

I came with my 2 year old and found the hotel to be very family friendly. Kids eat free and the piano player in the lobby loved showing my son how to play. Room service was great, the food is great. It would be nice to see the abandoned cars in the parking lot hauled away. Some of them I recognize from my last visit a year ago.

Lunch was lovely, our server was a huge sweetheart. Our main reason for going was to attend Allan Waidman's soapstone carving workshop. This was fantastic and Allan & his wife were very knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging throughout the entire workshop. I recommend them to everyone and I hope they are invited back by Fairmont JPL again!

A beautiful, serene ride through the forest around Lake Anette. The horses we're beautiful and guide was friendly. Would definitely recommend if you're staying in Jasper.
