My review got deleted from over two years ago because I’m no longer affiliated with the university.

We stayed at the Rimrock Resort Hotel as part of a Rocky Mountaineer tour. The property was spectacular, the room was spacious and had a great view.

We hosted our wedding reception at Four Points by Sheraton, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Our Christmas party 🎉 (110 people) was a great success! From the beginning when we started planning with Monia we received numerous menu options, and the food was well received by the whole group.

Such an amazing staycation we had at Hotel Arts with our kids and family before moving to BC.
The staff was incredible all weekend in ensuring we were enjoying ourselves poolside, well feed and happy.

Celebrated a family birthday at the pool/restaurant here and the experience was fantastic.

Spent 2 nights at the hotel & spent 2 days at the spa. The spa was incredible, has all the necessities for an all around transformative experience.

Absolutely amazing experience at EverWild Spa in Camrose. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member made us feel welcome.

Very impressed with this hotel, it was very clean in both the public spaces and our room.
The towels were nice and fluffy.

Just there this last saturday (may 09) as was attending the boxing event at the venue.
Fairly large group attending as we knew one of the guys boxing that night so we were all out to support.

Listen, I spend 100+ nights on the road every year staying in Marriott properties around the world and it is the absolute best when I get to come here! The staff at this hotel are second to none.

I stay at this hotel once a month for work. The location is perfect and walkable.

We live in Lethbridge, and rented a room for a stay away from home.

It felt like a tropical vacation. Loved sitting by the pool surrounded by plant life. Although the hotel is older (I stayed here over 40 years ago), it is clean and well kept.

We have stayed twice now as a family of four, with two young kids. The staff have been helpful and kind, and very welcoming. We were there on Valentine's Day and they had a little candy station.

From check in to check out, everything was excellent. The staff were genuinely welcoming and made the whole stay feel effortless.

I have been coming here to Hotel Blackfoot for years!

A clean and a bit older hotel. It does get busy with either concerts, shows or students coming here for their sports tournament.

We would definitely recommend the Banff Caribou Lodge & Suites. The rooms very comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. They gave us free bus passes during our stay.

Emily was the greatest help to us in our stay.

Had a great time here. Shout out to the bar and janelle who made our night feel extra special with amazing service. The drinks she made us where beyond delicious and the food was great.

Would rate a 1 star for the rude bartender who zoned in on me and son before we sat at the bar for brucnh and drinks, she was rude before we sat down wanted nothing to do with us, told us if we want

It was a good stay. From the bellmen who assisted with my luggage at check-in and checkout to Param welcoming me to the property and following up via text message.

I really enjoyed the service, location, and amenities.

We had a wonderful two-night stay in February 2026. The staff was excellent. Our suite was very comfortable, marred only by the trees that essentially blocked the advertised "lakefront view.

Came here with my ski club on a group trip and absolutely every interaction and moment was a 5-star experience. They handled our large group and all our ski gear and luggage with grace.

What an amazing experience for our family! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room and service was fantastic and our son enjoyed the pool so much.

A four-day trip to Lake Louise Chateau was amazing. My boyfriend was attending a conference and my dog and I came along for a vacation.

Everyone was nice, bathroom was pretty clean, bed was clean, room was vacuumed, towels changed when needed. I am desperate to know what pillows are used, they are amazing.

Conveniently located close to the highway.
The service is friendly and reasonably efficient.
There was no bathtub in the room, only a shower.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Overall, Hotel experience was very positive. We were met with a friendly greeting from the front desk. The lobby was very big and inviting, the beds were super comfortable. The room was clean.

We stayed in a lovely cabin at Tekarra lodge which sits in a great location right by the river.

Stunning, peaceful location within an easy bike ride (or even walk) from Jasper centre, with amazing views across the river.

I had an amazing week‑long stay at this hotel during a tournament, and I can confidently say it’s the best option in Calgary if you’re traveling with kids.

This is now my favorite hotel in Calgary to stay at. The breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent.

We were there for a conference and arrived late. Ibrahim was outstanding! I cannot express how amazing this individual was and how he impacted our trip.

The team here at the Premier goes above and beyond for our Christmas Party every year! We love coming back each and every time.

We hosted a national conference at this hotel. The hotel staff were amazing. The logistics, planning, and execution were supported by the conference team at the hotel.

Lots of good machine to play. The casino is old, but fun to play there.

Very accommodating and amazing staff. Held a few family functions there and they are easy and great to deal with. I have no complaints.

I came to Lakeland to celebrate Valentines day with my wife. The rib eye was cooked to perfection.

Good water pressure. Comfy bedding. Ability to have attached room woth family is great. Good service. There is no separate, higher lock on the inside of your room door.

Got put up here when my flights were cancelled. They called in extra staff at 11pm to help get us checked in as fast as they could.

Great hotel nice and clean. Friendly staff and front desk agents. Breakfast starts late at 7am. Most hotels continental breakfast start at 530am. Doesnt offer much for choice. Supper was excellent.

Our Stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs was nothing short of amazing.

The customer service everywhere was amazing. The hotel is VERY child friendly. Even the server at the Italian restaurant brought us a wet cloth to wipe our son off with. So kind.

Had a great stay here overall. The hot tub was excellent…clean, relaxing, and exactly what I needed after a long drive from Kamloops.

Not easy to find on their website or in the Marriott app… but they have full dry sauna steam room and hot tub in their pool area all free access and clean.
