Very very nice! The place was well-equipped, well-appointed, spacious, and conveniently located. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place! It is situated at the heart of Canmore town center where local shops, pubs and restaurants are accessible.

Requested extra bedding for sofa bed but didn’t see it anywhere. My daughters just ended up sleeping on the same double bed upstairs. Also, wasn’t expecting the heater to be on when we arrived.

My reservation at Kananaskis Lodge was unexpectedly canceled due to road closures, so I booked Basecamp Resorts at the last minute. It turned out to be a great decision!

Had a wonderful 1 night stay. Room was clean, nicely decorated and had all the things needed for our stay. Special thanks to the team for accommodating a last minute need for an accessible room.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our family. The rooms were modern, clean and having a full kitchen meant we could make breakfast before heading out.

Having read a few reviews on here made me feel a little anxious. No need, our apartment 229 in the Grizzly Lodge was perfect, spotless, spacious, extremely well equipped.

Third time staying at Lodges. We return every year as we love the location and the quality of the condos. We're a little disappointed this year with our condo and the amenities.

My husband and I have had a great experience leasing with the Hendrix! The building is always maintained and clean, the staff are very friendly, and we’ve had no issues during our time living here!

Me and my buddy Yunus just moved in, and we honestly cannot say enough good things about Zak. The guy is a complete legend!

Very clean and is right on the highway. Close to shopping and restaurants. Although there was a tournament and the hotel was very busy, the rooms are very sound proof and we had a good rest 😴

Little loud if your on the hwy side buay apart from that the rooms are super clean, good shower pressure and beds are good. So far so good. Staff is great and food is solid at the restaurant.

Nice quaint historic spot. Clean, quiet,
Big suites.

This is one of the nicest and certainly most interesting places I’ve ever stayed.

I had a pleasant stay at Double Tree by Hilton downtown location. Received the delicious cookie! The reception and restaurant staff was great.
Specious room and comfortable bed.

This places was alright for what it provided, service was decent and the rooms were nice and clean. Where it was located kinda sucked as it was a decent walk to the downtown.

Great location in Canmore. Free parking. Booked mountain view which I recommend. No breakfast which I think would be beneficial to hotel. Even if just continental.
Room was adequate nothing special.

Good sized room near downtown. Bed comfy. Great location, easy walk for dinner and coffee. Some of the guests were noisy using the lounge up until midnight. Otherwise enjoyed my stay here.

We moved in Oct'25 and found the entire move in to be well accommodated. After living there for 3 months we find the building to be clean, well maintained and the residents super friendly.

If you are looking to rent a place with great views, great management and great location, you cannot go wrong with The Underwood.

Great apartment, with balcony with magnificent views. Clean, well equipped, fast Wi-Fi, and very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Excellent position to walk around town and bus and transit stops.

Stayed for a night. Unbeatable location and value for money. The place was clean and adequate.
