Awesome second stay at the Moxy Banff. I had messaged the hotel ahead of time about a potential upgrade to a king room.

We had a wonderful check-in experience at Moxy Banff, thanks to Karl at the front desk. When I mentioned that I was visiting from Seattle, WA, Karl immediately made us feel welcome.

Incredible place to stay with family and kids.

Edit: obviously didn't read the review.
Fantastic, top tier service. Until we went to check out. We were leaving right at the checkout time.
Cleaning staff waited inside our door for us to leave.

The two-bedroom apartment was very spacious for a family of four. My two girls slept in the queen size bed in the second room while my husband and I were in the master bedroom.

Very very nice! The place was well-equipped, well-appointed, spacious, and conveniently located. Will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return. The room was beautiful with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The daily tea/coffee selection is a nice touch.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time here. Staff are ultra friendly, with Mimm on front desk being superb creating a fabulous first impression. The rooms are clean, modern and basic.

For great service, a comfortable and clean room, and a hotel with quality amenities, look no further.

The Kenrick is the best kept secret in Banff. They opened in April 2025 after a 2+ year re-haul of the prior hotel, and it’s just beautiful. Rooms are crisp, clean, modern, and very comfortable.

I am writing to share my excellent experience with the Fairmont Palliser.

I don’t know where to start. I had the most incredible experience of my life. Neha is the most beautiful person I’ve met.

Had the pleasure of coordinating two separate stays for a hockey team this year. We got accepted late into a tournament in Olds and had limited options in town.

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay. Hot tub was so relaxing, clean towels, pool was refreshing.

Location is great, nearby downtown but you do need a car or you would walk a lot. Love the outdoors hot tubs for sore muscles. The hotel provides basic toiletries. Receptionist could be more friendly.

Everything was amazing, room was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as best they can. Jessica and Camille were great and did everything they could to make it great.

We cannot express how amazing our stay at Best Western was. From the moment our guests arrived, every room had thoughtful little welcome gifts waiting, which made such a wonderful first impression.

Great hotel, fantastic amenities. If you end up having some down time this is the place to be. Golf simulator, games room. This place has it all.

Great location and seems to be among budget options in Banff.

Our family recently stayed at Banff Aspen Lodge, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience.

The hotel and also the staff was very nice, Reyna helped us a lot (thank you). Als the pick up from the city is super nice. We really enjoyed the whirl pool as well.

Our stay in The Juniper Bistro was exceptional. The hotel upgraded us to a stunning mountain-view room.

Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable along with the pillows. Had a restful, peaceful couple of nights. Staff and customer service are very accommodating.

This is an excellent, clean hotel with huge rooms. It is set up for longer stays. Not very walkable as it is on the far west side of the city. Friendly staff.

We had an excellent experience hosting our event at Holiday Inn Calgary South – Conference Centre.

This time I would like to appreciate the Pacini team.

This hotel has it all: modern, clean, location, friendly service, new, reasonable price. It’s located across the beautiful paved strip, The Riverwalk lined with good restaurants and coffee shops.

We booked a one night stay at the ALT for Canada Day and were delighted with the room, the location, and the service.

Great location in the heart of Lake Louise and her the only retail stores around. The room was spacious, the bathroom OK, hot water immediately.

We booked a 1 bedroom queen suite and it was very spacious.

Our family recently enjoyed a family reunion in the Calgary area, the highlight being 2 nights at the Blackstone Lodge.

Beautiful place nested in the mountains. 2 bedroom suites are very spacious for a family of 5. Beds were very comfortable and the suites were fully equipped with all the necessities.

We had the best stay (ladies trip). Very quaint and cozy property with large communal spaces. We enjoyed the steam room and shower scrub after a strenuous 10km walk (lol).

Absolutely loved our stay here! Only spent one night but definitely would have spent several. The room was clean and we loved the atmosphere of the place. Easy to check in and out. Staff were nice!

Awesome hotel. We have stayed here about four times, each time multiple nights. We like the one bedroom suite. It has everything you need. Even a dishwasher. Nice new TV. Comfy king bed. Lots of room.

Sandman Signature is a great place to stay, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere, modern rooms, and professional service.

We had a spectacular 8-day stay at Rimrock Banff to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The view from our room was stunning and it was so hard to leave on the last day.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was large, very comfortable and we loved the renovation. Both restaurants offered outstanding high quality creative food. We highly recommend their restaurants.

This hotel was clean and comfortable — our first stop on a Canada tour holiday. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, offering a free 3 day bus pass to take us into town and save the 1 mile walk.

Book this hotel! Do not look further. Everything was SO great.

I wanted a king bed upstairs and I booked the room online directly through the hotel website. The room was quirky but inviting. The bed was very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at the Heartwood Inn.

My family stayed here five nights during July 2026. The cabin is vintage. Do not expect updated, renovated, or modern facilities; however, that is not the goal of the property.

Perfect place! Friendly staff, amazing location, great rooms! We had a great stay.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, and the entire property shines with exceptional cleanliness.

This will now be my go to hotel whenever I goto Medicine Hat, it was our first time here, we normally stay at the lodge but it has gone downhill. The pool was fantastic for kids.

Stayed here for work. Huge shout out for the late check out.

This hotel is consistently good.

We stayed here 2x due to overnight layovers in Calgary on the way to the US & coming back home to Canada.

This is a new hotel which is near the airport and also the highway to travel out of town to edmonton. Great place to stay if you just need an overnight accommodation.
