Great hotel, fantastic amenities. If you end up having some down time this is the place to be. Golf simulator, games room. This place has it all.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Though we were only here for one night, the room was perfectly clean and very comfortable.

Service was good. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean. I did have an issue with our sink not draining properly so they probably need to snake their drains more.

The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The bus passes and discounts at their sister property were great perks. The location is walkable to town.

Excellent location if you intend on walking everywhere in downtown banff. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was good value and the overall atmosphere of the location was great.

The room was neat and clean. Hotel has a nice pool and provides towels. All the rooms are outside.

We stayed at the Rimrock Resort Hotel as part of a Rocky Mountaineer tour. The property was spectacular, the room was spacious and had a great view.

Beautiful place nested in the mountains. 2 bedroom suites are very spacious for a family of 5. Beds were very comfortable and the suites were fully equipped with all the necessities.

Our stay at Blackstone Mountain Lodge was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Canmore! We stayed for three nights, and from the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything was wonderful.

One of the best Motels that we stayed in… Rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and professional.

Amazing breakfast selection. Location is fabulous, staff are outstanding. Came for my grand daughters fastball tournament. Girls loved the pool, water slide and hot tub.

Stayed here in Nov 2025. Only negative thing I have is that I don’t think they should advertise wood burning fireplaces if they aren’t going to provide firewood.

The customer service everywhere was amazing. The hotel is VERY child friendly. Even the server at the Italian restaurant brought us a wet cloth to wipe our son off with. So kind.

Booked this hotel to be close to the wedding. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Location was great just off highway 1 so you can basically head anywhere. Nice and close to shops and food.

Stayed one night kid’s there seemed to be having fun on the water slide. Found the wall HVAC unit quite loud when it was pumping a/c but it kept us comfortable.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were so helpful every day, Tanya at the front desk and Bev who cleaned our room, I could not have asked for more.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting the Calgary Stampede. The hotel was just the job. Room was amazing two double beds, ensuite with a great shower. Household staff kept it clean everyday.

This is a well maintained hotel. We have stayed several time and will continue to do so every time we come into Sherwood park. The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable (not soft and saggy.

Absolutely loved our stay at Rocky Mountain Inn & Suites. The rooms had such a cozy country-chic cabin feel while still feeling modern, warm, and relaxing.

We loved our stay! Guestrooms are large, comfy and clean. Enjoyed the gas fireplace, balcony and mini fridge. Great location. Really enjoyed the mountain vibe of the hotel.

We stayed at The Malcolm after a glowing recommendation from our friends. For 5 nights we had the most incredible and relaxing stay.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Our room was huge and very clean, providing plenty of space to relax and for our baby to crawl around.

I recently stayed at the Rundlestone Lodge and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was a good size and well laid out, with a king bed, TV, desk, and a pullout sofa.

Ended up here by accident when my original booking was flooded out. The cabins are well designed and the 1950s theme is superbly done. Service is outstanding.
