Service here is outstanding, super helpful and very easy to deal with.
I arrived late and was welcomed by a member of their staff, 24hr desk made me feel secure and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at Centro Motel. From check-in to check — out, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

This is a great hotel to stay in and I would return when I visit Sundre again! My hotel room was clean and well prepared. The suites were all renovated and it was very clean/fresh.

Love this hostel. Super comfy, quiet, safe, great staff, big kitchen. I can't even tell you how many times I've stayed there at this point.

Lots of old people but kitchen was good and spacious. Lots of blokes from UK. Rooms were small but the beds were comfortable. Good pool table and common area.

I had a great experience at hi lake louise over the Christmas holiday, the facilities are really lovely and the food in the restaurant is truly amazing.

The hostel itself was great, super friendly staff and the main area, washrooms, and bedrooms were very clean and modern.

Stayed there for 2 months ths while taking a course, reasonable prices and much cleaner than the other 2 I saw (Bluebird, Travel Inn n suites).

EDIT: went into the facility in person, booked a room and things were better. Perhaps there was a bit of a language barrier. The front desk clerk was kind in person, and easy to work with.

Affordable price, got a normal look outside but inside the room is nice, cozy, quiet and clean. Recommended.

Stayed here for about two months, the staff is amazing and the events are great. Only thing is it’s 2026 we should have bunk beds with privacy curtains at the price this is lol.

It was good, the kitchen can be used and is not too dirty. What really bothered me was that I couldn't plug my plug into the plug outlets. I don't know why, I never had that problem before.

I have stayed at +50 hostels and this one is a good one. Loads of spaces to mingle and hang out or work. Good Wi-Fi. Staff super friendly. Their patio is lovely too.

Perfect place for my needs. I was here to spend lots of time outside and hit lots of trails outside so I needed a safe space for my stuff during the day and a place to sleep.

I was an out of province student (no family around) and I had to get a knee surgery at the Banff Hospital.
The hostel manager was exceptionally helpful and accommodating.

It was a phenomenal 4 day stay at the mosquito creek wilderness hostel. Clean and quiet dorm, well equipped kitchen, lots of storage room in the fridge.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, very personable and extremely helpful. The location is perfect as well great walking distance from everything in Canmore.

A little noisy from the highway but for the price an overall good stay. Bed was a firm memory foam which was comfortable and staff were nice.
