My boyfriend and I had a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel. We were able to check in 3 and a half hours early which was lovely after such an early start traveling!

Canoe and Suites is a very impressive Hotel and a lovely welcome awaits as soon as you step inside.
We were staying for two weeks and had booked a superior king room.

I stayed in a one-bedroom loft at Tunnel Mountain Resort and overall had a very good experience.
The place feels new and modern, and the beds were comfortable.

We are staying in a king suite with a small kitchenette, that is just enough. The room is a good size, heater works well and the views of the mountains from our balcony are first rate!

Basecamp is a solid middle ground between a hotel and an Airbnb. The units are clean, modern, and well set up for groups, and touchless check-in was easy. Overall, a good stay and a concept we like.

Conveniently located for skiers and snowboarders, this hotel offers great, clean and functional rooms! Lots to do and a good selection of restaurants and lounges to choose from.

We just had an amazing 2 nights at Moxy Banff. Karl specifically was of great service. He upgraded our room for our son’s 5th birthday and had laid out 5 blow up vows and 5 candy bars with 5 balloons!

We stayed at the Rimrock Resort Hotel as part of a Rocky Mountaineer tour. The property was spectacular, the room was spacious and had a great view.

We stayed at the Kenrick for our first trip to Banff, and they were wonderful. Our room was pristine; they provide free water bottles, robes, and slippers.

Terrific hotel. Room was super comfortable. Pool area fantastic. Having Analog Coffee in the lobby a total bonus. Had a very good breakfast at Fat Ox, the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Excellent location if you intend on walking everywhere in downtown banff. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was good value and the overall atmosphere of the location was great.

Our Stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs was nothing short of amazing.

The customer service everywhere was amazing. The hotel is VERY child friendly. Even the server at the Italian restaurant brought us a wet cloth to wipe our son off with. So kind.

We had a great stay at the Juniper for 6 days. Staff was super helpful. Property was beautiful. Food was great too. Very convenient to Banff and ski areas. Wish the hot tub was a little hotter.

Beautiful spacious lodge well located at the edge of Banff town. Good atmosfeer in the common lounch aswell as the spacious rooms which all have a fire place bathroom with separate shower and bath.

The location is excellent! Well within walking distance to the local activities, shops and restaurants with beautiful mountain views all around. The hotel staff were welcoming as well as helpful.

A charming boutique hotel nestled in the heart of downtown Banff, surrounded by many dining options only steps away.

The only reason I wouldn't give this a great rating is so it won't be booked up when we want to come.

If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate one bit! We stayed at the fairmount before coming here and this was ten times better, hands down.

Excellent hotel, great location. Parking was good. Renting skis, they were dropped off and collected by the SkiBig3. Food was excellent.

We would definitely recommend the Banff Caribou Lodge & Suites. The rooms very comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. They gave us free bus passes during our stay.

Emily was the greatest help to us in our stay.

Jan. 2026-So many good things to say about the Royal Canadian Lodge! Recently remodeled room was simple yet tasteful.

It was a memorable experience, we felt great at your hotel. We just came from Romania and after a long 10 hour flight believe me this hotel is what you need.

All the staffs were extremely friendly — they helped us finding and booking all the activities from their end.

Room was quite nice. Atmosphere is not as fancy as other hotels but still nice.
Our room was not made up. We were in a corner and the other suite next to us had their no service sign out.

Great place, friendly staff, a bit outdated but very clean. Access to the neighboring hotel with sauna and pool was a plus. Very walkable location for banff downtown.

Location is nice when you want to near the mountains but still close enough to the downtown centre. Our room is adjacent to our parking and accessible.

Friendly staff from front desk to house keeping. We arrived a bit early in banff and the staff were able to check us in at 12pm. Room is spacious and clean. The view from our room was great.

Amazing bang for your buck. Comes with full complementary breakfast. Eggs/sausages/waffles/fruit/muffins/oatmeal/cereal/tea/coffee. Rooms were clean and have been updated.

Absolutely loved our stay at At Wits End. April is an excellent host. Rooms and facilities are brilliant and the extra mile is taken with all aspects. Couldn’t have felt more welcome or more at home.

We stayed 2 nights at this lovely B&B at Banff. Beds are comfortable, room has private bathroom. The common area is very welcoming, and has many products to prepare yourself a good breakfast.
