We just had an amazing 2 nights at Moxy Banff. Karl specifically was of great service. He upgraded our room for our son’s 5th birthday and had laid out 5 blow up vows and 5 candy bars with 5 balloons!

We had such an amazing stay at Moxy Banff! The front desk team went above and beyond to help me organize a birthday surprise for my husband.

Beautiful spacious lodge well located at the edge of Banff town. Good atmosfeer in the common lounch aswell as the spacious rooms which all have a fire place bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Our stay at Buffalo Mountain Lodge was absolutely incredible. I truly cannot say enough about the experience.

Tunnel Mountain Resort is great. Our suite was wonderful, on two levels with a balcony with a tremendous mountain view. The resort is well located to visit sites in the surrounding area.

The rooms were definitely on the smaller side, but the overall vibe of the hotel and the service were amazing.

A very clean and spacious hotel.
The outdoor hot tubs were very nice, with an incredible view of the mountains. Robes were provided but are quite tiny.
Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

An impressive hotel complex! Our room was opposite the lobby, which was very convenient, as the pool access is through the lobby.

My husband and I recently stayed at Hidden Ridge Resort for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect.

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean and well kept, but just need a bit more lighting. The location is perfect and you just need 5 minutes to walk into the centre.

The Kenrick Hotel is one of the greatest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at in Banff. Located right on the Main Street, you’re always a walk away from any restaurant or transit service.

We stayed at the Rimrock Resort Hotel as part of a Rocky Mountaineer tour. The property was spectacular, the room was spacious and had a great view.

We truly appreciated the warm service and hospitality at Canalta Lodge. The rooms are cozy, clean, and very comfortable.

Our family of 4 stayed at Canalta in February for a ski trip. Our stay was perfect!

If you’re planning a stay in Banff and want comfort, convenience, and some mountain-view perks, this hotel is a solid choice.

The location is excellent! Well within walking distance to the local activities, shops and restaurants with beautiful mountain views all around. The hotel staff were welcoming as well as helpful.

We would definitely recommend the Banff Caribou Lodge & Suites. The rooms very comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. They gave us free bus passes during our stay.

Emily was the greatest help to us in our stay.

Jan. 2026-So many good things to say about the Royal Canadian Lodge! Recently remodeled room was simple yet tasteful.

It was a memorable experience, we felt great at your hotel. We just came from Romania and after a long 10 hour flight believe me this hotel is what you need.

Stayed for 8 days — with three of us sharing a double room — 2 queen beds—large well-designed rooms, central location, clean and comfortable.

The value of this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

All the staffs were extremely friendly — they helped us finding and booking all the activities from their end.

Room was quite nice. Atmosphere is not as fancy as other hotels but still nice.
Our room was not made up. We were in a corner and the other suite next to us had their no service sign out.

Great location right smack in the middle of town! Convenient. Building inside and out is very kept. The Christmas vibe was alive and beautiful in the front desk area. Staff was extremely polite.

Such a perfect place to stay! I was on a solo trip to Banff and this hotel made me feel so safe and comfortable.

Setting aside the fact that real estate prices in Banff are simply astronomical, the hotel was good. Honestly, I have never paid so much for such a small room.

We recently stayed at the Best Western in Banff and were originally scheduled to stay from Friday through Monday.

Our Stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs was nothing short of amazing.

The customer service everywhere was amazing. The hotel is VERY child friendly. Even the server at the Italian restaurant brought us a wet cloth to wipe our son off with. So kind.

It’s one of Banff lodges, which all have good locations. Only 10min walk to the visitor center. Old but clean, no more impression.
But the parking and check-in process are all very confusing.

Good rooms, though train whistle sound at night can be a bit annoying for some — our trip schedule was pretty packed so we didn't have time to tried out any hotel facilities sadly.

The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was very clean, neat, and comfortable. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here and had a great experience.

Great experience! Rooms were pretty clean, shower pressure was great! Location is prime, quiet enough for night time and close enough to the downtown area.

Stayed here in Nov 2025. Only negative thing I have is that I don’t think they should advertise wood burning fireplaces if they aren’t going to provide firewood.

Been coming here every year for almost 20 years and it is fantastic.

We did a little staycation in Banff from Calgary and overall had a great time.
The cave pool was a big hit, but just a heads up that it’s not really a “swimming pool.

Excellent customer service, especially given the late hour, with the team handling a wrong bed configuration quickly and graciously.

Clean, spacious, and scenic.
Everything about this stay was perfect. Our room was huge and very clean, providing plenty of space to relax and for our baby to crawl around.

I recently stayed at the Rundlestone Lodge and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was a good size and well laid out, with a king bed, TV, desk, and a pullout sofa.

The chalets are really cool and cozy. Great to see some wildlife and go for walks and hikes out the door. The water slides and outdoor hot tub are awesome.

I recently stayed at the Douglas Fir Chalet, and really enjoyed my experience overall.
