⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My partner, Jia, and I recently stayed at the Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff, and our experience was exceptional from beginning to end.

"Before immigrating to Canada, I saw so many beautiful photos and thought the whole country looked like that. After visiting Banff, I realized, 'Oh wait, that was just Banff! ' It is truly stunning.

We recently stayed at this amazing hotel for one night (this time! ) on 17/18Mar26. Where can I begin? Hailey Mueller, Guest Service Manager, greeted us upon arrival.

Very nice hotel the beds were really comfy and the breakfast was good. The juice and coffee was complementary for breakfast, which was a nice touch.

Spa review only.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We did the Two Hour Thermal Reset and it was delightful. The changing/showers are unisex but this isn't a problem.

NORDIC SPA REVIEW.
This was a 5/5 experience. This was a well-planned, well-executed experience. It has everything you need in a Nordic Spa.

We have stayed twice now as a family of four, with two young kids. The staff have been helpful and kind, and very welcoming. We were there on Valentine's Day and they had a little candy station.

From check in to check out, everything was excellent. The staff were genuinely welcoming and made the whole stay feel effortless.

The hotel was spectacularly clean and inviting, starting from the parking lot into the grand entrance, with the friendly staff waiting to greet you and the beautiful restaurant to your left and even

We were here just one night on a last minute trip to Calgary. We'd never stayed before; we chose the property based on price and location.

We had a wonderful two-night stay in February 2026. The staff was excellent. Our suite was very comfortable, marred only by the trees that essentially blocked the advertised "lakefront view.

Came here with my ski club on a group trip and absolutely every interaction and moment was a 5-star experience. They handled our large group and all our ski gear and luggage with grace.

My son just graduated from high school and was looking forward all year to a graduation trip with his friends that I promised him to commemorate their accomplishment.

A gem of a boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Hotel Arts is 5 stars without the attitude. Everyone is so welcoming, warm and helpful. The rooms are newly renovated and super tasteful.

What an amazing experience for our family! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room and service was fantastic and our son enjoyed the pool so much.

A four-day trip to Lake Louise Chateau was amazing. My boyfriend was attending a conference and my dog and I came along for a vacation.

We fell in love with this hotel! It’s worth every cent spent! The rooms are very cozy and stylish, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is very polite and caring.

Wonderful stay from start to finish! Rooms and food were excellent. Had a massage and it was a real treat great attention to detail.

I had a fantastic stay here, and the housekeeping was absolutely top-notch.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

We stayed in a lovely cabin at Tekarra lodge which sits in a great location right by the river.

Stunning, peaceful location within an easy bike ride (or even walk) from Jasper centre, with amazing views across the river.

The team here at the Premier goes above and beyond for our Christmas Party every year! We love coming back each and every time.

We hosted a national conference at this hotel. The hotel staff were amazing. The logistics, planning, and execution were supported by the conference team at the hotel.

We only stayed for one night at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Calgary Airport before our flight, but I really wanted to take the time to leave a review because this is an excellent place to

The rooms were clean, and well attired. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, the food was great! And most of all, the service was excellent. We had Lloyd help us, and he was very kind.

Last 9 days and nights I was on bussines trip all over Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Checking in at the reception desk with Anna was a treat. That was just a start of this great experience.

Super friendly staff. Our room was large, clean, and the beds very comfy. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very impressed with this hotel, it was very clean in both the public spaces and our room.
The towels were nice and fluffy.

Just there this last saturday (may 09) as was attending the boxing event at the venue.
Fairly large group attending as we knew one of the guys boxing that night so we were all out to support.

I stayed 2 nights for a work trip. The room was no super fancy but it was nice and clean. The internet is a bit slow. Parking is good and there are a few restaurants within walking distance.

Clean rooms. Surprisingly quiet for being near a busy intersection. Clean pool, my daughter loved the waterslide. Nice staff, especially in the garden restaurant. Nicely decorated for Stampede.

Happily surprised to say this was the best hotel of our trip to Calgary, Banff and Drumheller this summer.
The pool was excellent.

The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. TV was good. Wifi was good.

Hands down amazing staff 🙌. After a crappy day of everything going wrong that could we ended up at the Radisson the Hotel Manger is such a KIND CARING HUMAN to our situation.

Canceled flight and was given a room here to stay. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. As were the staff at the restaurant. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.

Our Stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs was nothing short of amazing.

The customer service everywhere was amazing. The hotel is VERY child friendly. Even the server at the Italian restaurant brought us a wet cloth to wipe our son off with. So kind.

Central booking was down for Marriott, so the front desk helped me reserve, very efficiently. The night and morning receptionists were both great.

Listen, I spend 100+ nights on the road every year staying in Marriott properties around the world and it is the absolute best when I get to come here! The staff at this hotel are second to none.

We had a celebration lunch in the Timber room and it was such a great experience. Donna was so nice and helped answer all of the questions I had about spaces available.

Great place to stay near Edmonton when we were passing thru. Dog friendly and the beds were comfy. Room was quiet. Front desk attendant seemed a little grumpy, but wasn’t rude.

Best casino atmosphere in the area! Great selection of up-to-date slot machines and plenty of open table games. The gaming floor is clean, well-lit, and spacious enough that you never feel cramped.

We’ve been to the casino restaurant a few times and the food there is absolutely amazing! Fantastic service, staff, food and atmosphere.

We would definitely recommend the Banff Caribou Lodge & Suites. The rooms very comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. They gave us free bus passes during our stay.

Emily was the greatest help to us in our stay.

This Hotel does a lot of things right from check-in to check-out.

My son and I stayed here for a sports tournament the staff were so helpful getting us settled in so we could just focus on Lacrosse.

Clean, well maintained rooms. Comfortable and a step up from average nice hotels. Coffee available in the lobby is always a welcome touch and the staff were smiling and attentive.

Comfortable, Convenient Stay at Four Points Calgary West.
I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Suites Calgary West and had a very positive experience.
