We had the family room and it was fantastic for us 4 adults. The rooms are new & modern. Sleeps up to 7 & has 2 bathrooms. Staff where very welcoming & helpful. Great start to our trip.

The three bedroom apartment was clean and plenty big enough to accommodate 6 of us. The staff were lovely and even brought our meals up to our room. The food was also really good, very big meals.

Best accommodation we had in tassie, better than those fancy hotel in the city. Very quiet and have everything you need. Close to the restaurant and nearby town Rosebery for shopping.

We loved staying at the farm! Unfortunately we could stay only one night, but that's the perfect place for a few days gateways. We would definitely come back!

What a gem just outside of Richmond! Beautiful location, exceptionally clean accommodations, very comfortable beds and pillows. Shower is delightful — good pressure and as hot as you desire.

We loved our time here. The house is deceptive. Looks ordinary from the outside. Emily Rossiter manages this property exceptionally well by providing little extras that go a long way.

Lovely cosy house well located with 1 amazing view. Highly recommended!
