Absolutely loved staying at comfort inn.

The loveliest people, extremely friendly and accommodating and were so helpful with our changing plans.

Neat, very clean. Simple, basic. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Shower quite small, would be very difficult if you were tall or stocky.

Great location to be based — it is not a 5star hotel, it’s basic, clean and cheap! If you are on a budget it’s ideal! You only need a room to base yourself out off and to shower and sleep in my eyes!

Every great hotel experience is largely about staff/guest interaction and this hotel excels in this regard.

Travelodge Hobart is very conveniently located — within walking distance to Brooke Street Pier, common tour meeting points, and Salamanca Market.

We arrived late for check in and were greeted nicely and they helped us find the guest car park. We were upgraded to a beautiful room and enjoyed the views.

Clean, tastefully decorated, modern rooms, comfy beds with quality linen, and amazing views! We booked a villa with 2 bedrooms (and 2 ensuites) for a work trip, was reasonably priced and clean.

Stayed at one of the two bed beachfront sites. Beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. We sat of the deck with a glass of wine) after a local wine tasting) ans enjoyed the view.

We stayed here for one night during our trip to Tasmania in October, and it turned out to be a really nice experience.

What a lovely surprise. Really nice part of the world and great accomodation. Nothing super fancy but very Australiana and such an amazing location!

We had a 2 bedroom cabin with a bush view but we could see the beach through the trees. The cabin was very clean and neat.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault our experience. The hotel was beautifully presented, very clean and thoughtful designed, making it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived.

We had a fantastic stay at the lodge. We stayed in the Mountain view family suite.

Beautiful place to stay. The accommodation (Ocean View #66) was amazing. The layout is unique in that each room runs parallel to the beach.

To anyone looking to plan a wedding at Hawley House: please take my advice and do it!
I had my wedding weekend at Hawley House in February 2025 and it was genuinely magical.

Sophie is an outstanding hostess. She's communicative, helpful, and a wonderful cook. You absolutely must eat at her place (sorry Sophie for the extra work that means!

Emily and her staff were very welcoming. Set in the heart of historic Ross, you can walk to the main town square. Rooms were very clean and well appointed with toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge.

Great rooms. Very clean, ample space, parking at the door. A very short walk to the village. Thoughtful addition of a night light in the bathroom. Comfortable beds and linen.

Great estate. Buggy ride with guide excellent. Lovely cafe, beautiful gardens… easy parking. Accommodation includes estate access fees.

Beautiful gardens, beautiful grounds and the convict tour was very informative. Between a wander around the estate and a tour give yourself half a day.
Only complaint is the Cafe/restaurant.

I was working on Christmas day and stopped to stretch my legs. The lovely lady opened their closed cafe to make me a coffee on the house!

We stayed in the refurbished Myrtle cottage; and it was just perfect. Spotlessly clean, functional, and comfortable. Excellent Wi-fi in the room.

I normally finish my reviews with a short summary, but for the first time I am going to start with my summary, and the briefest one on record — PERFECT, FAULTLESS and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My parents were due to stay with us over the Christmas period on Bruny Island.

We stayed in a deluxe two bedroom cabin and it was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. The best cabin we've stayed in in Tasmania.

My wife, sister and baby went there for a couple nights, currently still there. Can not say enough about the service already.

My friend and I stayed a night at Glencoe B&B and when I tell you it was one of the greatest experiences.

The owner, Howard, is absolutely the nicest guy. The humans were fabulous, too. Homemade crosaunts and the best coffee I've had in my life. So much effort put into breakfast, and a beautiful property.

We visited Strahan for one night as a group of five friends celebrating a special birthday. We stayed at Franklin Manor and dined at Charlotte's, as well as taking a Gordon River cruise.

Very well appointed room. Super comfy bed with great view across the valley.

We did the farm tour and Julie was fantastic. The whole experience was amazing. Being able to enjoy her highland cattle and alpacas on such a stunning properly was the best way to spend a morning.

Had a great large sized suite with a kitchen and a full sized bathroom. Just down the road from the main shops, and directly across from a 45 min paved walking track.

Very handy being so close to all the amazing murals in Sheffield. Quiet spot.
The room is clean, shower is quite small and old fashioned. But not bad.

We spent 2 nights at the Panorama Hotel. With a beautiful room with a balcony facing the lake. We could see the boats, and birds, even on the last night a faint Aurora in the night sky.

Wow! What a steal! Of all the places we’ve stayed over the years — this was by far the best value for money.

Hands down the cleanest and most well kept accommodation I have stayed at in Tasmania. Denise and staff are so lovely and helpful. They do an amazing job.

This place is absolutely amazing. We’ve been travelling around Tasmania in a campervan, but after getting engaged during our trip we wanted to add a touch of luxury to our journey.

Absolutely stunning in every way. We will be back and for longer. The property was everything it looked like and said it was and more. Booking and check in a breeze.

An excellent place to relax and go hiking – our chalet was very beautiful, lovingly furnished and practically equipped.
The tracks around the grounds are extremely well maintained!

Great base to explore the surroundings like Mt. Field NP. Great hosts and lovely touches. Make sure you do the amazing Forrest walk and check out the yoga platform with some sports equipment.

Impressive accommodation with high quality furnishings, comfortable room layout and lovely attention to detail.

We stayed here in the Salamanca room for 2 nights. So much attention to detail, easy to find and check in and the fresh flowers are a welcome greeting.

We had a great stay at Argyle accommodation. We chose Argyle as they are pet friendly, it is centrally located being right in the middle of the CBD, a very short walk to Woolworths.

Amazing stay, Ange is Super generous and accommodating, tailoring everything to us. Perfect central location, great prices and most importantly for us dog friendly — couldn’t ask for more.

I’ve stayed at this hotel now on three occasions, it is basic however on site parking, clean rooms and great location make for a handy base to sleep.
