Very nice view from our room. Very comfortable and clean. Great location to use as a home base to visit places we wanted to go.

Nobody around, just one young well spoken Chinese woman to sign me in after two days, nobody seen since.

Delightful old world charm in the Heritage suite. Spacious, comfy sofas and clean. Shower great. Bedding top quality and slept deeply in quiet rural setting.

The Chapel is an amazing place to stay. It is beautifully furnished with so many special touches. A very special experience. Highly recommended.

Old but quaint. Our TV and VHS were problematic. Great location: drivable to just about anywhere. Good views over the town and river from some rooms.

The staff were kind and friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. This site is relatively central for a very reasonable price if you don’t mind a bit of refreshing uphill/downhill walking.

A lovely unit with all you could want, across the road from the beach and very close to a pizza bar. Perfect.

So glad we made the trip off the main road to come and check out the farm gate shop! It’s a cute little shed (unmanned) that you can buy so much stuff from!

Stayed at the Free Spirit Pods (Flying Duck Suite) for the first two nights of our ten-day Tassie trip and absolutely loved this accommodation.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was just perfect and so well thought of. From the kitchen to the bathroom, we had everything we needed and more.

Sure the exterior is a little tired looking, but for simple budget accomodation this lodge is fantastic. Has basic rooms, communal kitchen and a communal longe area with a wood fired heater.

Partner and I got stuck in the rain and needed a place to stay. Pioneer Lodge is quaint and homey. Exactly what we needed. Host was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

It's was a great place to get away from everything and unwind, and as it is the lowest place to stay in Tasmania, you're definitely all alone.

Very nice the road is "off the beaten track" but very quiet, the view of the stars at night was spectacular. Overall very tranquil and relaxing.

We were lucky enough to stay 5 nights at the Beach Escape. Location to all amenites was perfect. One felt totally relaxed, veiws were beautiful, area was quiet. The home met all our needs.

Rarely do you ever feel like the owners of a place genuinely care about you but it's certainly the case here. It's extremely family friendly and the house is very well equipped too.

Very good experience overall, especially considering the price paid. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money.

The DUD tour put us in the hotel and booked the lowest price dirty rooms for us. In fact, you can pay to treat yourself to the deluxe rooms on 7th floor.

This is fabulous accommodation.
Comfortable and clean. Has everything you could need for a short or long stay. Good value for 2 couples (however a little expensive for 2 singles).

No complaints. Reception staff very friendly, room nice and tidy. Excellent location. Very good value for money. Will happily stay again.

Was great for our group of six. Location is great with the park and so many restaurants close by. Straight forward check in and out. Parking was fun with the steep incline of the approach road.

My brother and I and our partners had lunch here in April. Menu had a great selection and reasonably priced. Service was friendly, welcoming and quick. Food was tasty and well received.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Launceston, the food is always amazing.
We went there on Thursday night and the food was great as always, but the staff were really under pressure.

Absolutely loved this place. Breathtaking views, stunning setting and everything you need for a S/C stay. There's a great winery and gin distillery right next door. Highly recommend a stay here.

Amazing home away from home!
After travelling and staying in apartment hotels, arriving to our chalet to find everything and more that we needed along with spectacular views was lovely.

100 on 100 for location. Stunning views both in the day and at night. Peaceful, relaxing and so homely. One does not need to leave the place. Well equipped kitchen and laundry provision.

Location, location, location!

The property was well located and we'll equipped for a holiday rental. Our only problem was the bed — it was very low and the mattress very soft.

Fantastic sea view. Easy level access. Very short walk to beach and pathways. Well equipped and comfortable.

Great location, central and just a few minutes into shopping area. Bonus free penguin viewing literally just across the road. Park run nearby too, if you're interested.

Nice place to stay, central to basically everything. We had the Ocean first floor apartment which has a great view.
Bedrooms are good, one has a nice ocean view. The beds weren't the most comfortable.

Such a lovely place in an even more lovely and peaceful area! Here are a look at cottage, and I love it!
