Literally nothing better I could have asked for for a night less than 30 USD. The bed is big, the kitchen is great, the staffs are nice and helpful, the location is 100m away from nagano station.

Near the train station so it is very convenient. Staff are super friendly. Place is clean, beds are comfortable.

It was really cute place and it was clean. The owner is so nice and helpful person. He was even providing cereal, bread, butter, milk and that kinda food that you can freely eat.

Really great hostel and host. Went to the female-only dormitory. I had more than enough space in the bed to put all of my stuff and the amenities were very convenient.

The room is in a good size for a short stay around Haneda Airport & the city of Tokyo. There are kitchenette, microwave and refrigerator to be included inside the hotel room.

Super close to Haneda, very short walk to the station. Lots of shops around for food or convenience stores. The owner is super friendly, and so are the staff. Highly recommend staying here.

What a wonderful experience. If you don’t mind sleeping in bunk bed in a group room, then you’ll love this place. Common area was very welcoming with friendly guests from across Japan and the world.

One of the cleanest hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were nicely conditioned, offered plenty of space for luggage, workers greeted every time you passed, rooms were cleaned daily and all surfaces

It was fine as far as capsule hotels go, based on what I've heard. It was my first time in one.

Maiko is amazing she is very quick to respond and it's super close to train station about 10minutes from there it's about 15mins to akihabara which is where yodabashi (9floor tech mall) is and best

Room was good for the 2 of us. AC in both room and the kitchen is really good. Toilet was nice and shower was big which I like because I'm tall and I had problems in some other apartments in Japan.

Stayed 7 nights. The location is very good and the beds are really big. A towel was included and the staff was very nice.
The closest Lawson is very cheap and it has discounts regularly after 19:00.

There was a morning tea 7-9 but I never had any. Grabbed some coffee/tea bags and had it in my room. There is a kettle in the room.

This place is well run, with extremely kind staff, the ‘capsules’ are spacious, and facilities are very clean. After 10pm the place is quiet making for a comfortable sleep after a long day.

I had the amazing experience staying in this hostel. The host, Mizu san makes you feel like a family.

Tokyo Guesthouse Itabashi-juku is very well located. The price has gone up a bit, but the staff at the front desk are always incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

If I visit Tokyo again I will look to stay here again. It's relatively comfy for the price and the lounge area is exceptionally nice. Friendly staff as well.

Decent capsule hotel, very friendly staff, unfortunately the manager/owner found it too much an ask to store one bag for me for a two day gap on a three night stay. Really disappointing.

The capsule experience was beyond my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, clean showers and a large organization area in a very pleasant atmosphere.

I forgot my wallet and passport here, but thanks to the kind receptionist who helped me keep it safe.
Lobby is nice area to dine my konbini food and beverages.
There is coin laundry nearby.

My favorite hostel ever. This place instantly felt so much like home. Such a great location in koenji, walking distance to the train and a bunch of cute vintage shops.
