Cheap Hotels in Tokyo Prefecture

Nice room for a short-medium stay just as advertised on airbnb. Clean and in a convenient location 10 min walk from Nippori station. Super easy access to the Narita airport via the skyliner as well.

Stayed here 3 times already. Love being in this part of tokyo, quiet and very heartland. Apartment is comfy, too bad no lift. Carrying heavy luggage up the steps is quite tiring.

You know what to expect as far as where you'll be sleeping, but the staff were always so helpful and patient with any questions I had and help I needed.

I stayed at this hostel a few years ago and found it very good. I recommend it and would stay there again.

This hotel is excellent.
It’s located right in the middle of Kabukicho, one of the world’s top entertainment districts, yet the price is unbelievably low—extremely affordable.

Overall it good stay, room and pillow was comfortable, locker and shower it enough what you need for a night stay, right near Shinjuku so I can’t go out on Friday night. Recommended. Good price too.

It's a nice cosy place to stay, though the pods don't have any ventilation and it can get stuffy in there.
Otherwise, great baths and facilities and everything is well maintained.

Maiko is amazing she is very quick to respond and it's super close to train station about 10minutes from there it's about 15mins to akihabara which is where yodabashi (9floor tech mall) is and best

Room was good for the 2 of us. AC in both room and the kitchen is really good. Toilet was nice and shower was big which I like because I'm tall and I had problems in some other apartments in Japan.

Hotel Adonis is a hostel, not a luxury hotel, so it’s important to set your expectations accordingly.

Clean facilities, soft beds, great thai food downstairs. Anyone complaining about the shower is probably on their first time to Japan.

I stayed at Stay Work Asakusa Tokyo for 12days and absolutely loved it. The staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly.

Ive been to this hostel on multiple occasions. When I first came to japan and in between traveling through japan when I got to tokyo again.

To start this off, this is not a hotel it is a hostel, so some of the reviews you see are very confusing almost as if they was expecting a spacious modernised place in which you can spend hours in.

Affordable solution with good amenities but underwhelming presentation and layout.

After viewing two different room types and comparing their prices and layouts, we decided that a duplex unit would be more suitable for two people.

My friend and I really liked it here. Everything in the room felt brand new. We especially loved the bathroom’s drying function — we could do laundry at night and wear the clothes again the next day!

A comfy apartment with all the necessities. Some cutlery would have been nice, but it wasn't a major issue to remove one star.

The apartment was great except the bedroom AC unit was a tiny bit moldy. There was a dining table which was nice, no stove though but kettles and pots instead. Very nice apartment, would stay again.

Nice apartment, near convinience store. And comfy bed, has a washing machine and bath room can dry about 4 hours, you can cook have a stove and pan. It just nice place.

If you can stay quietly, have earpods, This hostel is a nice option!
I was worried about staying this hostel because of bad reviews. But staff is kind and every guest tried to be quiet in hostel.

This is a very affordable capsule hotel. It’s located near several train lines, making it very easy to travel. The staff are friendly and eager to help.

Very nice and clean place with beautiful balcony where you can sit at evening time enjoy your drinks smoke and food. Stayed there for six nights. Very close to subway.

Well I was there at Mid-May’25
So in 6beds room, there were only 2 more other people. So it wasn’t crowded. You have all your space as capsule.
