Hotels in Kyoto with Parking near Old Rissei Elementary School

Location to the river and restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful and diligent in their tasks. Breakfast was amazing, it catered for all people’s tastes and was very healthy food.

What a pleasant stay! Nice rooms, all well managed. Breakfast could be better, I mean they are ok, but could be more rich. Otherwise, I definitely would stay again.

Place is far from kyoto Station but very close to a lot of tourist attractions. Ideal if you want to head over to the attractions early in the morning before any crowds.
Place is ideal for families.

The cleanest and the most comfortable stay i've ever had! Was here in Kyoto for our 4D3N honeymoon. Highly recommended for young couples/ people who don't mind climbing up a little bit of stairs.

The place where you feel like home❤️the owners are true gem❤️❤️❤️accommodation, food, location — 100 out of 10💖
Best homemade Japanese vegan food ever💖
Despite its the traditional house they have the

Best experience ever, the mutu family were super friendly and welcoming, they are very nice people really, the house is so adorable and sleeping on floor was best sleep I had.

I LOVED my stay here. The staff was so kind and always did their best to communicate with me even though I don’t speak Japanese. They even showed me the proper way to enjoy my meals.

Clean, quiet, stylish in the center of Gion and everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and respond via the chat almost instantly.

I had a really lovely stay here, the place feels super peaceful and traditional.
It’s in the heart of Gion however it is very quiet and private. Perfect if you want.

Ayame-an was the perfect home base for our time in Kyoto! We felt centrally located to the touristy walking area and the trains to get farther afield, yet the block was super quiet and felt homey.

This place was very special. The staff was so nice and flexible, we could also check out later than usual after we arranged with them.
The place is so nice, much better than most hotels.

I'm so glad I found this guesthouse pretty last minute and it didn't cost the whole bank account. Great location too, I could walk to Ninenzaka and the canals with the cherry trees.

The low ratings you find online don't do this place justice.

Best Hotel we've stayed at so far! We felt so at home here – it was like a little oasis in the middle of Kyoto.

Honestly stunning! Every detail feels so intentional, the rooms are super cosy, and the garden is beautiful. I would definitely recommend the sauna which was a real highlight.
The location is perfect.

Very central location. Newly renovated and clean. Highly recommend for family or friends trip.

The house clean and well decorated. The location was right on point.
