Hotels in Matera with Breakfast

Excellent place to sleep near the historic center of Matera and not in the restricted traffic area.
The Peccato Originale holiday home has all the comforts and plenty of space.

Beautiful experience… 2 very pleasant days, too short for an interesting city like Matera and its surroundings!

Beautiful apartment, in the heart of the Sassi, with a splendid view of the ancient city. You can breathe an ancient air but with all the comforts.
The owner is kind and approachable.
Advised!

Strategic location, easily reachable by leaving your car in the car park, within the stones but not too much walking. The cave is completely modernized and well furnished.

We stayed 5 nights and can’t say enough good things about h-sa Guest House.
The room is thoughtfully furnished and spotless.
Antonella and Mario are born hosts and made us instantly feel like family.

Best bed and breakfast EVER!
Rooms are gorgeous, very big, and beautifully decorated! They are fully equipped with a desk, AC, and a modern bathroom with hair dryer.

Perfect stay.
Very clean, new and comfortable apartment.
Perfect location for visiting the center of Matera.

Everything perfect! The structure is in a strategic position 10 minutes from the center with the possibility of free parking in the adjacent street.

Sleeping in one of their rooms is truly an amazing experience. Their interior garden is intimate and offers some shade, they offer fluffy towels & slippers + anything you could need for the bathroom.

This was my second visit to Le Dodici Luna and we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the lovely, spacious room. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Matera.

An amazing place, in the perfect location to explore Matera. Incredible views and a fantastic breakfast with fresh local products.

Fantastic location. Host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was great and with a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast was something incredible with local baked goods.

I cannot speak highly enough of our two-night stay at Aque Cave with our kids aged 4, 13, and 14. It's an authentic cave in the Sasso Caveoso, sensitively remodeled with all the amenities of a luxury

We had an unforgettable experience at Aque Cave. The cave room was stunning — beautifully restored, atmospheric, and surprisingly spacious with incredible character.

B&B located in a strategic position, clean rooms and breakfast (carefully prepared by Mr. Giuseppe) with breathtaking views of Matera.
Thanks again see you soon!

Family-run B&B… everyone is very nice, friendly and available to give all the information they can. The terrace is very beautiful where, wind permitting, you can have breakfast overlooking the stones.

Special place! A stone's throw from the center with a beautiful view and impeccable cleanliness. Above all, however, the people we met were special.

We stayed in the Sant' Eustachio Room with our child for just one night…
Unfortunately!
Unique experience.
Central location.
Free parking practically in front of the property.

There is no need to wait until the end of your stay at this property to give it a full 5 stars. Room 1 (the one where we booked) simply Top.

Excellent location a stone's throw from the Sassi, beautiful room with attention to detail, especially the bathroom. Another convenience is the parking space in front of the structure.

We had a wonderful stay at Lamia Room Rentals. The location is situated just a short walk from the historic center, making it the perfect base for exploring Matera on foot.

This was absolutely perfect for us overnight. The interior is so cleverly designed and it’s only a short walk to the amazing centre.

The apartments are very clean and comfortable. Upon entering you really have a feeling of freshness and hygiene.

I don't have much to say: I can only give five stars to the apartment, hospitality, availability and cleanliness. Also noteworthy is the breakfast, which was more abundant than it should have been.

Beautiful apartment on the ground floor, well furnished and very clean, the breakfast is complete with everything, Mr Angelo is courteous, kind and very helpful, the car park is just a stone's throw

Comfortable accommodation located on the ground floor in a beautiful area in Via Nazionale.
The apartment is immediately welcoming and well furnished with everything that can be useful for a holiday.

Had a wonderful stay! Beautiful room & facilities! Everything was spotless. Nataliia was so helpful & friendly, highly recommend!

Beautiful villa with the pool near Matera. Comfortable and nice inside, great service.

Brand new location, with huge rooms equipped with everything you need! Despite the scorching heat of recent days, the room was wonderful!

Wonderful hosts and amazing homemade breakfast. Beautiful scenery with a relaxing pool. Very easy to get to Matera City.

Warm welcome, perfect apartment, shaded garden area with table, hammock and deck chairs excellent for moments of relaxation and for eating outdoors. It is possible to purchase the farm's products.

The apartment is located in a family-run farm that produces peaches, oranges, oil, various vegetables, wine, jams and pickles using organic methods.

It is a private host. Very convenient for visiting Matera, very kind host. Clean room and more than abundant breakfast, if we happen to return to Matera we will certainly go there.

Staying at La Casa Dei Sogni was one of the best living experiences I have ever had, if not the best ever.
