I stayed for 3 days in Matera and stayed in this beautiful structure. Everything taken care of in detail by the owners who know how to spoil you with the excellent and abundant breakfast and their kindness. Pippo very nice person, helpful, his tips and tips to better experience the Sassi and Matera are precious.

Wonderful stay: excellent hospitality from the host Goofy who advised us very well on everything, superb breakfast, tasteful décor and very comfortable rooms equipped with all the comforts. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying in this B&b last week on the occasion of the weekend of my birthday. The property features 4 total rooms, finely furnished in an essential way a result of a restructuring well-managed. At the center of the room there is a sort of kitchen/living room where is served the breakfast is really good that includes: pastries and cakes homemade by the owner's wife, fruit juices, yogurt, jams, focaccia with tomato and ricottina fresh x lovers of salty. The best breakfast offered by our b&b. We had booked the room CAVE is located on The first floor and it was really cute, ideal for a couple. Attention, as the ceiling height is irregular (it is done in a cave), one guest tall enough may have some problem. The owner, Pippo, is a person nice who explained to us many things as well as many tourist signs on the route to follow and what to see. Excellent quality — price ratio. We had a great time and definitely will be back!

If you go to Matera, this is where you have to stay. Lovely, it is not enough to describe the environment and its owner. Hello Goofy soon!

It was a delightful stay in a city that looks like a crib! and it was enhanced by our stay at the "lamia"
a charming property with its contrast of times in the tuff and the modernity and simplicity of the decor. Our room "suite" on two levels, the unique and refined … the tt is completed by the genuine breakfast with local and delicious cakes from the lady … and then last but not at all least,
he is Goofy a loving, prepared, and available to the owner of the house. Thanks Foo … this hotel is highly recommended

Newly renovated with class and very friendly. The breakfast of excellent quality. Try the ricotta fresh and still warm. Home-made cakes are excellent. Mr foo and mr. Available and people that we will remember with sympathy.

We were at the Lamia Room Rentals for a night out in June 2017. The environment is very nice and has been restored in an optimal manner with elements of design while respecting the existing structure. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Foo has been a great landlord and was pleasant to exchange a few chats. Also was very helpful in showing us what to visit in Matera. The breakfast is well assorted with local products, both sweet and savory. The property has a single parking space, but nearby are to be found plenty of free parking.

Structure simply excellent! Location, cleanliness, attention to detail, breakfast (super), and reception, everything is perfect! Foo, the manager, is very friendly and helpful, a person delicious! All of this contributes to make the stay in the Lamia's Room is unforgettable, I highly recommend it!

Delightful rooms decorated with taste. Clean and great location. There is also a car park and a garage for motorbikes. Foo is friendly and helpful. Recommended!
