Reception staff were friendly.

Close to old town. Good if you want just to sleep in. Comfy bed, great shower, 24h reception. Nothing to point out.

It's nice place to stay. The facilities are quite good and near from evrrywhere. The price isnt too expensive. Free flow for the water, and it's clean the staff is good.

So, we loved it here! We stayed for 7 days in a private room with shared bathroom. No complaints, the staff was amazing and helped us with all our questions.

We stayed in the private AC room, which had a lovely loft and window to look at the city. It was clean, cozy and comfortabele.

This hotel is huge! For a moment I checked my map to ensure that I’m at the correct location. The hotel is at a peaceful part of the city. The check-in process was easy.

It's fine. The service was bad, receptionist was insanely hated her life so bad. But the room itself was okay, kinda old looking. They offer laundry that is integrated to the hotel itself.

The rooms are clean, the ladies who look after them are also caring and the hotel has a nice atmosphere, there is also warm water in every room, really recommended for families looking for

Its in great location, with Coban Rondo waterfall nearby and a place called labirinth to play. They are quite secluded and the acces for 1 car is kinda scary. But the cabin is nice and quite cozy.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel, especially because I and my family stayed here in weekday. We booked the family type room that consists of 2 queen beds.

What a fantastic hotel! We stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon. It happened to be during the time of the protests but we felt safe at all times here.

Bumi Hotel in Surabaya is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The rooms are extraordinary and well equipped. The restaurants and facilities are breathtaking. A little paradise.

Stayed in for a night here for business purpose. Room is tidy and the bed is comfy. Sadly, Wi-Fi didn't work yet. Breakfast is 2.5 out of 5, just so-so.

We stayed here for our trip to Ijen. It was a good spot and had good food to select from. The bathroom was nice and the rooms were clean. I recommend this place for those searching for a hotel nearby.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and overall it offers good value for travelers who prioritize location over facilities.

For the first 2 nights, we booked a suite room (Level 12), which was very spacious, I would say. There was a separate living room and a total of 2 shower rooms.

As a newcomer to Cepu, I was pleasantly surprised by Ammi Hotel. The building itself is a stunning sight, and the atmosphere inside is equally inviting.

Clean and tidy, typical 4-star hotel. Things to improve: hot water didn't work, and the soap wasn't smelling good at all.
Facilities: Decent pool and small gym. Not many to enjoy.

TL;DR: A pretty good spot for a short stay, nearby the train station. Good food, friendly staff.
Rooms: toilet had a distinct smell and the water pressure and heat could be better.

We really liked this place. Comfortable, clean and secure with a simple delicious menu provided by welcoming hosts.
