Neat room with everything one could ask for, if you need a place to lay your head after exploring the city. Nice and quiet and with kind and helpful service.

We stayed here for a week in a private room. Wasn’t sure what to expect but ended up having a really nice stay. If you’re looking cheap and clean accommodation in Toronto this is perfect.

I was concerned about staying here due to there being a club downstairs. This place turned out to be nice. There was a vending machine.

I really was little bit scare for the opinions that I read before.

Let's start with location — it couldn’t be better.
I stayed on the 45th floor — the view was spectacular.

Rented an Airbnb there.
Floor in kitchen was damaged and missing pieces and was covered by a small piece of carpet.
Not sure how long it’s been like that but would cost under $500 to fix.

Due to a tire blowout, we ended up having to stay overnight in Orillia (not complaining about that, gorgeous town), and we got a room here last-minute on a Sunday night for a fantastic price.

PET FRIENDLY! Which is what brought us here. The staff are so friendly!

Very comfortable stay. Nice bed with ample pillows. Slept like a baby. This motel appears newly renovated. Liked the walk in shower in room.

Really great hotel for the price, it was clean and comfortable and cut the drive to tobermory to only 2 hours.

What could be more special than to treat yourself to a 5-star hotel on the last weekend of your trip? Such a fabulous place to spend a few days in Niagara.

First and foremost it's clean, I mean the floors are white socks clean! This was our 2nd stay at the resort and we were not disappointed.

We booked ourselves a weekend getaway in the Love Shack at Mowat Landing Cottages and were not disappointed! Such a beautiful place.

I have been going on fishing trips for 40 years now. We have gone fishing to Garden island on Lady Evelyn on 5 occasions over the years.

Rooms were super clean and stocked up. Nice to have chairs to sit on outside. Mini fridge and 2 tvs in King Suite. Staff is friendly. Close to stores and fast food restaurants, half hr from Kingston.

Staff are super accommodating! Were really great with the hockey team.

I stay at this hotel a lot as it is close to my office and I live out of town. It is reasonably priced (usually) with everything you need, and nothing you don't.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are very kind and the room was very clean and beds very comfortable. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room.

The motel provided a comfortable and convenient stay for the night. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable for resting.

Positive: Comfy bed. Negative: Although there was significant snowfall throughout my stay the snow removal contractor was only on property minimally.

We enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn. Our room was nice and had a sofa. Pool isn't as big as I imagined but I wouldn't go so far as to say the picture on the website is deceiving.

Excellent motel… meets all of your criteria in town close to everything, grocery store, gas station, library, and if.

My Mom, Sister and I stayed at one of the cottages February — April and have been travelling so I am just now getting around to leaving my review!

We came here for a little vacation, and it was perfect. The cottage we stayed in was adorable and cozy. Everything was in the same room, kitchen, living room and bed room were all an open concept.

Very nice owner, helpful and joyful. Made the stay feel more comfortable. Rooms are spacious, quiet and perfect for a quick stop for the night. If travelling past here again, I would stay!

Came to Ontario with my family from Nova Scotia couldn't find a fair prices motel and came across this place.

I had an extended stay here. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly, easy going and accommodating. The other visitors were sweet and likeable.

A nicely appointed but basic Motel. My room was very nice, the mattress was firm which I like, and it didn't smell like a motel. A nice sink area with fridge and toilet with tub.

Very clean and nice owners who live on site. It’s a nice yard when you wouldn’t expect it.

The good: rooms are very clean and modestly but conveniently furnished. Love having the kitchenette available, so we could make food rather than constantly eating out.

My husband and I attended an event in Toronto and needed an affordable place to stay overnight near the venue. The royal oak fit those needs perfectly. The staff were great, and the rooms sufficient.

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed the lovely hospitality provided by ‘Chef’ Brian and ‘Ottawa Art Ambassador’ Carol! The suite was spacious, classy decor, comfy bed, clean and fresh!

Australis Bed and Breakfast is a clean, quiet, and ideally located place to stay with great hosts and delicious breakfast. The hosts made me feel like I was staying at a good family home.
