Positive: I really liked the whole stay! The room had everything we needed, very comfortable bed, great to have a little fridge and the people were awesome!

The hotel's location is excellent (not far from the highway). The room was perfect. It was clean and big enough to fit an apartment.

Great staff, good rooms, clean. One problem though. Despite aggressive signage related to smoking there was HEAVY smoke and weed smell coming through my adjoined door.

My favorite inexpensive go to when I have to be in the city overnight.
The gentleman at reception was great as was the lady who took care of me at the breakfast buffet.

We were at the Best Western Plus Toronto North York this past weekend for a hockey tournament at Scotiabank pond. Our room was great. The beds were so comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

We recently spent two nights in a king suite for a concert. This hotel has a great location, super close to the highway.

My wife had an appointment in the area and we wanted to sleep somewhere the day before. This motel is within walking distance to her appointment and the Sherway Garden mall.

We came here for the Family Day long weekend and had a great stay! Check-in was smooth and efficient and the staff were very welcoming.

If you or the kids like airplanes, you’ll Love being right by the flight path of planes landing. Cool to look out your window & see them.

Clean and efficient hotel with very welcoming staff. The location is directly under the flight path of landing aircraft so don't expect a quiet stay.

Quaint motel on the water with recently renovated rooms. Guests can go down to the dock and use shared green space and BBQs.

The room was very clean, the people were very friendly. Shower was excellent, bed was big and comfortable.

I don't stay in hotels so I really don't have much to compare this stay too but I was here for 4 nights and it was certainly not a bad experience.

The Best Western Fergus Hotel was a practical and affordable choice for our trip to the Elora Christmas Market.
We appreciated the smooth check-in and the friendly service at the front desk.

Stayed here for a few nights a few years ago with my family and I'd give it a 4/5.
The rooms and halls have a strange smell but it's not too strong and not gross either.

Good place, has TV and phone, soap, u can go to the office and buy a can of pop, theres a ice machine, all around good place in central location close to downtown toronto and fair price.

Stayed while visiting family. Very close to amenities, restaurants and downtown. Kids loved that there was a pool (although the hot tub was out of order for our stay).

I had a very good stay at the Copper River Inn in Fort Frances. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the excellent staff.

Rooms somewhat updated but clean. Not sure why there was a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the room door? Not all rooms had this.

Really great experience. The gentleman there (maybe the manager) let us check in early no problem. The older lady at the desk was genuinely a very kind sweet woman with a warm personality.

The Safari room was amazing. The staff was very friendly. We especially loved the journal provided in the room.

We stayed overnight with a large group and had a wonderful time. After a quick & easy check-in, we enjoyed the sunny day on hotel's outdoor terrace.

Pros: Great location. The rooms were clean. Service was extremely nice. We asked for more coffee for the provided French press and Gary brought it for us.
Cons: There was no tea option.

The check in and check out process was quick and staff are helpful. The room was nice and clean although the floors weren’t mopped.

Great place to stay! Great people! Neal and the crew are on top of your every need… coming back soon. Right on the trail heated storage…I couldn’t be happier.

Awesome location right on the main snowmobile trail.
Has a nice heated shop very large parking lot. The service is amazing. Rooms are very reasonable priced compared to other hotels.

A great historical hotel on the water! Although it's a little dated, we thoroughly enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel and we couldn't complain with the nightly price.

Very nice for lunch or dinner. They make great tasting fresh salads and many elegant meals. A must check while your in port hope.

Value in Waterloo Region, clean with fridge. Microwave, coffee maker & large room. Complimentry breakfast fresh with lots of choices.

Great budget option! Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, lots of options including eggs, waffles, muffins, fruit, juice and yogurt.

Let’s be honest, if you’re reading this you’re either looking for a cheap place to stay. This is the spot, it’s cheap and in a good location.

I am so thankful to everyone at this hotel. I was here for over 2 months. Great location and service. I checked in as a customer and left as family. The hotel is great and the employees are awesome.

The service here was amazing! we didn’t have to talk to front desk that much but when we checked in it was fast and easy. The man at the front desk was super polite and greeted us kindly.

We loved this place — super clean and quiet — easy to check in and out. Essentials in room, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bottled water and snacks a nice touch after 6 hour drive.

A good place to crash, and just unwind, its not fancy, or anything, but still comfortable. The customer service is really good the person another front desk is always helpful.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Breakfast was great, coffee good. Gym had everything I needed to crush an hour before the day.

No doggies this trip and had a wonderful room. Everything was just perfect from the time we checked in until we checked out.
