Stayed here for a recent work trip. The room was very clean, bed a bit harder than I would like but very nice. There was almost no water pressure in my shower which made mornings a little difficult.

Excellent place to stay if you want to be close to the airport.
Price was decent and the place was really nice.

As a result of a flight cancellation, the airline put me up at the Fairfield Inn and Suites near Pearson Airport, Toronto.

Rooms are spacious and very very neat. This is a very quiet neighborhood, inside and outside are quiet and serene with good security. Good environment for a walk or run during my stay.

Hotel is located in an industrial area but was relatively close to an evening event we were attending.

Attended for a week-long professional development course. I was thoroughly impressed with the food and service provided by the hotel.

We stayed here just one night as a mini-staycation to explore Oakville.

It was a great experience there, caring staff, clean rooms, tv, table chair, fridge, microwave, iron, coffee, tea, clean towels and bed sheets, and breakfast. Excellent service and amazing experience.

We had a great stay here, pool was clean. The staff were polite. It's in a fairly industrial region so there's not a lot within walking distance. But if you have access to a car there's tons around.

Had an executive room (for a change) vs regular room.

This place is great. We stayed in the Queen Jetted room. Highly recommend, newly renovated nice with sweet 90's style. The location is what makes this place a great stay.

Good basic room. 10 minutes from Pearson airport. Fast check in. Very nice customer service person. Clean room. Nice new shower with hot water and great water pressure. Good value for money.

State over here for one night for work the next morning. The location was fantastic as I had an EV and there was a nearby Tesla charging station just off the highway 401.

Absolutely THE BEST service I have ever received. They were upgrading the main level but we never heard any noise. The staff were all so approachable and very helpful.

I don’t know why the rating is low for this hotel but my stay was very comfortable. Both frontdesk and housekeeping staff were amazing, helpful and professional.

Service was exceptional, free breakfast with option to upgrade for a reasonable price. Lots of selection. Coffee was great! Fresh and wonderful flavour. Rooms were clean.

The room had such a Victorian era feel, very posh and well maintained. My husband booked the room for us not knowing what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised.

Definitely very loud on a Friday night but that's to be expected when you stay beside a very popular bar in the frat and sorority area of Toronto.

We booked this hotel for a concert due to its close proximity to the Roger’s centre. We booked a cheaper room, but the morning of the concert we got an email that we had been upgraded to a suite.

Jade was absolutely fabulous in terms of customer service.

The room was nice and I was upgraded without asking It was clean and nicely set up. Front desk staff and shuttle driver were friendly and polite.

A Delightful Stay with Truly Exceptional Service!
I recently enjoyed a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Great staff, good rooms, clean. One problem though. Despite aggressive signage related to smoking there was HEAVY smoke and weed smell coming through my adjoined door.

My favorite inexpensive go to when I have to be in the city overnight.
The gentleman at reception was great as was the lady who took care of me at the breakfast buffet.

We were at the Best Western Plus Toronto North York this past weekend for a hockey tournament at Scotiabank pond. Our room was great. The beds were so comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

We recently spent two nights in a king suite for a concert. This hotel has a great location, super close to the highway.

Stayed here for a few nights a few years ago with my family and I'd give it a 4/5.
The rooms and halls have a strange smell but it's not too strong and not gross either.

Good place, has TV and phone, soap, u can go to the office and buy a can of pop, theres a ice machine, all around good place in central location close to downtown toronto and fair price.

Found this gem on Booking. Com and I was not disappointed. The pictures matched in real life and customer service is top tier.

Stayed 3 nights. Overall I’m satisfied. Room was clean and quiet. TV has many channels including major Canadian and US channels and CNN. Free parking and sufficient parking space.

The Inn itself is easy to find, and the rooms are easy to locate. The heater in the room I stayed in was great, especially in these cold winter months.

I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and adjoining rooms. We were celebrating my grandson’s birthday with family and couple of his friends. It was great.

I highly recommended hotels. You stay at when flying out of Niagara Falls NY airport. Great room rates. And the heap your vehicle for as long as you were away at no extra charge.

I am so thankful to everyone at this hotel. I was here for over 2 months. Great location and service. I checked in as a customer and left as family. The hotel is great and the employees are awesome.

The service here was amazing! we didn’t have to talk to front desk that much but when we checked in it was fast and easy. The man at the front desk was super polite and greeted us kindly.

A fair place to stay as we needed to use the nearby laundromat.
A bit like the Bates hotel in psycho.
Bbq was unusable even though it was advertised.

Iv been staying during the week for work its an excellent little spot to sleep, very good AC after a hot day and friendly staff.

We booked a King Corner Suite for a valentines staycation, and we were not disappointed. They had the lobby decorated for valentines at a level you don't normally see unless it's Christmas time.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with very comfortable bedding that ensured a restful night’s sleep.

The service was superb! I was booking very late (my fault for not reading the fine print) as my boyfriend and I needed to stay somewhere urgent.

Room was very clean and nice. I would recommend if you’re in need of a room, stay here. Plus the rates are amazing. Room had a smart TV as well :)

Been staying here every time I come over to Toronto from Scotland great location nice staff and management great service.
