I stayed here January 25. I was pleasantly surprised and got what I considered to be an amazing price for a hotel in the GTA.
The front desk staff were excellent.

Pleasant stay! The front desk staff were able to fulfil my requests for late checkout and high floor (14). Always appreciate the warm welcoming by being a Bonvoy member from staff.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Parking was plentiful and the front desk experience was quick and positive. We had an issue with Wi-Fi which was quickly resolved with the help of Bonny.

Hotel was clean. No issues with elevator. Pool was good. Water was warm. Bowling and arcade was kids highlight.
Hotel kn room bathroom was clean but wished the soap pumps were lower so kids can reach!

From the front desk to the service staff all were very polite and friendly. Various breakfast buffet items every day.
Rooms are very comfortable and the shower was awesome.

Just stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The negative reviews couldn't be more WRONG!. Yeah there are imperfections, but the imperfections did not effect our stay.

As an IHG member, Holiday Inn Express has always been my go‑to choice, and this property is easily among the best I’ve stayed at. The staff are consistently helpful, attentive, and genuinely focused

Great experience staying here for a kids hockey tournament. The hotel is clean, and well located (lots of food and drink options nearby). Pool was great for the kids, and clean.

This place has a character, charm and history. We stayed in the senator suite and it was lovely. They also offered late checkout seeing that we’ve had a long night.
Highly recommended.

A historically themed suites Hotel. I enjoyed my stay here. The suite had a cozy fireplace, a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. My only complaint is the living room sofa.

We stayed here during the International Silver Stick. The hotel was very accommodating as they had a few teams stay here. A little bit pricey but again it was during a major hockey tournament.

My room was clean, staff were very helpful. The manager Rose was amazing. We were there for a hockey tournament and as you can imagine our kids can get out of hand at times.

Amazing Hotel, what a beautiful stay, I have enjoyed every bit of my experience here. From the moment we entered such a good fragrance in the air, really comfortable bed. High end bathing products.

My wife and I had an amazing night at the hotel. We stayed at the beginning of January and they had a fire outside ready for us when we arrived which was perfect as we love to spend time outside.

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 A huge shout out goes to James, the (weekend) Breakfast Attendant. To say that James was exceptionally kind and helpful is an understatement.

We need a larger set room and were told this was the largest that this hotel offered.
We come to Ottawa a lot and found the staff very welcoming here at the Comfort Inn.

Late post. We booked 2 suites for a party of 14 for 2 nights. I booked the resort and then made a mistake of going through the reviews again 2 days before the trip.

The Long Beach staff was very accommodating for our last minute getaway for my friends in I. This was my second time coming to Long Beach, and I was thrilled with my experience once more.

Positive: The location was great, close to all amenities. Negative: It was a little outdated for good for the price and very clean.

Thank you to the managers and housekeeping staff at Travellers Inn Pembroke! We stayed for 2 nights over the Victoria Day weekend.

This place is very well kept. The staff from the front desk, maids and restaurant were truly amazing. Room was spotless. Thank you.

Excellent location off Highway 401. Nice pool and hot tub area, and nice renovations. Good breakfast selection, nice comfortable beds, and friendly staff.

They were very accommodating and helpful to us. We arrived with nothing but a few bags after an accident. Thanks for caring!

We have been staying in Highlands Motel many times over the years in all seasons. We tried many other places in this area.

Beautiful. The definition of serene. Very well kept and beautiful property. The service is top notch. Stayed here while working for the week in the area mid Oct.

I didnt know it only 3 minutes walk from our apartment. The owner is very accomodating and thee place is clean and perfect place to 😴 hahaha … No need to go far to rent hotel…🫶🫶🫶.

I had a wonderful weekend staying at Andrew’s place with friends visiting from abroad. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was excellent.

Our third visit to Ambassador Inn Next Door (next door to the B&B). This time we had the first floor apartment at the back, so fewer steps.

We had a very pleasant stay at this 4-star hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our visit.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Good location it is located in Midtown Toronto which is good because it is not far away from downtown Toronto, and surprisingly our room is facing the downtown Toronto which you can see the CN Tower

I’ve stayed at Best Western Cobourg many times for business, and I can honestly say this hotel is exceptional.
What truly sets this place apart is the people.

LARGE room. I think they have conferences or ballroom dancing in them. At least ours was that way!
Was quiet. I think 🤔 I don't wear my hearing aids to bed so… 🙃
We didn't eat there.

For those seeking a quiet location in London, Ontario, this is a good place. Stayed in a room with a single-bed and half bathroom.

Great stay! The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The only downside was how confusing it was to find the parking and entrance.

Pleasant stay with a good location and exceptionally well service and hospitality.

Made a complaint and staff fixed it right away. Nice rooms friendly staff. Only suggestions would be.

Sanya from Toronto had a wonderful stay while visiting to meet her friends who just got married.

It was a nice stay however the bathroom had no heat and we froze using it in the middle of the night. We got bit up by some kind of spider with wings in the bed.

Highway closed and it was late. They were open, inviting, inexpensive, and clean. I would recommend this place for any weary traveler on the highway 17

Stayed there in between road closures which was so stressful for me as I was travelling with my pets.

Stayed here during a cross province road trip mid January. The room was very clean and cozy, bathroom nicely stocked and well kept. Heat blows nice and hot!

When on road trips, we prefer to stay at motels we can park by the room, have a good price, and are clean and basic. This place has everything we look for. Staff is very friendly.

Check in process was quick and Praneet was very polite and friendly throughout the process. The rooms were very clean and complete for the whole family.

I had an excellent stay, this is my new found home in Toronto. The price is very cheap compared to the overall service, comfort and benefit served in this hotel.

Nice quiet hotel! It was very close to the Centennial park where we had a family function. Lobby bar is nice but they don't have much food options. We got a two bedroom suite which was very spacious.

Nice hotel close to the Airport. They offer free parking which was great. Pool was close for few hours due to maintenance issues, other than that everything was great.
