The accommodations provided had everything we needed. We especially liked the heated bathroom floors! Pool room was a hit. Prompt service at the desk. Great place, would definitely stay again.

Spent a couple nights here visiting Stratford for the first time. About a 20
Minute walk to the downtown area. Or a few minute drive. Hotel is very nice clean large restaurant and lobby bar inside.

We stay here frequently to come watch our son play hockey. The staff is fantastic! We love having late night snacks after a game. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful room, very considerate access to drinks, snacks. The best restaurants right on the ground floor. My son had a good time on the snow beside the river.

Stayed for a night at the Willowdale Hotel. Great location for me. It was close to the subway, which allowed for an affordable option to get into the city quickly.

Very efficient in handling reservation. The building may look small, but the suite was surprisingly spacious, clean, comfortable, and functional. Parking on the sidewalk beside the building.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at the hotel”s restaurant, The Cannery.
Ginny and Abu service was excellent throughout our meal. Compliments to the Chef, food was delicious.

This was a great place to stay after our flight was canceled and we needed a place to stay at midnight.

We enjoyed our 3-day stay and found to be more cost effective than a hotel. Short drive from the airport and close to the other amenities in the area, including train to Toronto.

Great experience at this hotel for the price. We had a waterfront room. The room was clean and fairly updated. It had everything we could want. Loved the lobby bar, coffee area and restaurant.

Very nice quiet location. They did not have a laundry room or any vending machines so do stock up in some late night snacks. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds.

Positive: Clean hotel, nice staff and a great breakfast Negative: Hot tub and pool not at all warm enough.

This Holiday Inn was lovely. The service was excellent. Coffee and tea in the lobby for much of the day.
Breakfast had good oatmeal with a choice of toppings. Sausage was good.

The staff person on duty when I checked in has a super warm personality, made me feel like family. You can tell the owners have strong values. The room was spotless and comfortable. We'll be back!

Been to this resort twice now. Once in 2023 and just got back from 2025 trip. The Location is awesome and the Owner is extremely friendly. Campsite is very clean and quiet.

Amazing place to stay. They go above and beyond to make your stay special. Awesome arcade where my son pretty much lived and we finally saw the Bee movie in theatres thanks to the private theatre.
