Alberta Hotels with a Pool

Had an extended family getaway here. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good.

We stayed over this past weekend with our hockey team, and there were pros and cons. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping was really kind and accommodating. The pool was great and clean.

We stayed at this property this week. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and size. We had beautiful mountain view.
The front desk staff were so friendly and kind.

Super Nice hotel. Honestly the nicest hotel room Ive ever stayed in. It was a big room with a kitchenette, good sized living area, king bed and a fire place. I had a great sleep.

We stayed for family day weekend. This hotel feels much like home, employees from all walks of life creating a welcoming environment.

My family stayed December 17, 2025-December 20, 2025. The hotel is clean and quiet. Staff is friendly. The pool is very warm and our little one loved it. Rooms are pretty spacious.

Good breakfast sausage bacon, eggs.

We stayed in Canalta in RMH at Christmas time.

We had a good experience, rooms were tidy and neat. Didn't feel like you were in a box, they were spacious. Breakfast was good and plenty of options. We had the pool to ourselves!

Stayed two separate weekends when a family member was in hospital, then for their funeral. The staff was exceptional! They were extremely kind!

Very nice clean hotel with pleasant staff! A great Continental breakfast.
The entrance needs upgrading, looks like a cat teared up the large ottoman and the decor could be more cozy and inviting.

Friendly staff from front desk to house keeping. We arrived a bit early in banff and the staff were able to check us in at 12pm. Room is spacious and clean. The view from our room was great.

Amazing bang for your buck. Comes with full complementary breakfast. Eggs/sausages/waffles/fruit/muffins/oatmeal/cereal/tea/coffee. Rooms were clean and have been updated.

Great location right smack in the middle of town! Convenient. Building inside and out is very kept. The Christmas vibe was alive and beautiful in the front desk area. Staff was extremely polite.

Stayed here for a cheaper option during a convention at the main Wyndham, despite its looks the stay was actually quite pleasant.

Spent 2 nights here in a Walk-in Shower.
Suite-1 King Bed. It was very comfortable and clean. Lots of space, comfortable sofa bed and a couple of chairs. Bed was great. LOVED the walk-in shower.

Stayed for a school volleyball tournament and our students loved the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, staff are friendly and there are several food options within walking distance.

Clean bright, friendly staff, appreciate not having carpet in the rooms, its nice to have an outdoor access directly from our room, looking forward to the mini sticks room.

I was on a work trip. This location turned out to be perfect. The rooms are very comfortable. Staff was beyond accommodating. Serving breakfast with your room is always a nice touch.

Rooms were spacious and hotel seemed very clean. Staff was very friendly. Big highlight was the pool, water was clean. Hot tub was hot and comfortable. Everyone loved the water slide.

Positives are… room cleanliness and soft beds, location, price and efficient check in… Chris at the desk discretely handled a booking mistake I made!

I am hoping that next time a group check-in (23 rooms) could be expedited. Our sports team arrived late (1 am) and had completed the "Save time with mobile check-in" the day before arrival.

We stayed for a hockey tournament. Room had a fair bit of wear and tear however we were in a pet friendly room so not totally unexpected.

I don't often write reviews, but had to in this case! I recently attended a music conference at the Dow Centennial Centre.

Nice hotel, the room I had was spacious and large. LOts of room. I had a single queen bed room that was comfortable and clean. Non smoking and smoking rooms are available too.

A very good hotel. We stayed 3 nights, Friday to Sunday. Reception was great; we used advanced check in. The room was good sized with all amenities. The beds were very comfy.

Such a clean hotel with excellent service. It's almost brand new inside, and the beds are so comfortable. Breakfast is pretty great too, especially considering it's continental style.

Stayed at new Black Diamond Club which has a separate entrance. Its a 70 room Oasis from the Main Lodge.
Included are breakfast, evening appetizers and dessert.

We have been so many times now, and it’s clearly one of our favourite places to come to. There is always so much to do, whether hiking, skating, skiing, s’mores, spa, activities… the list goes on,

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing with fresh eggs cooked to order, bacon and sausage along with many other choices. Najma was like our mother making sure we were well fed.

Stayed here with our hockey team. Staff were very friendly to us including our boys! The breakfast was great with healthy choices. Rooms were clean and made up every day.

We got a jacuzzi suite. Very large room with a beautiful sunset view. Very accommodating. We wished the pool wasn't so cold and that the hottub was warmer but we just enjoyed the jacuzzi instead.

This is an older hotel, and should be 3 1/2 stars. Its parking lot is inadequate for the size of the hotel, and it only has 2 handicapped parking spaces, that are against a curb.

We stayed here in February 2026 and booked two 2-bedroom suites. Overall, we had a decent experience with some great amenities, along with a few areas that could use improvement.

First impressions/day one in February: The location is perfect. Our west facing room on the 4th floor has an excellent view of the Canadian Rockies. Check-in was easy and the staff was polite.

This hotel is easy to get to with ample parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered amenities like a gym, pool, and hot tub.

Wonderful hotel! Staff are so accommodating and friendly. We will be back again.

Had my daughter’s birthday party here. Rented the family suite and it was awesome! Lots of room for the girls. Very spacious. Clean.

I spent a month here while on a project in the area. It was clean, the staff were great, and they had a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise (even in the daytime).

Nice and clean, everything in good shape. Love the in room coffee, thank you for real coffee mugs and up to date coffee maker!

Hedwig at the front desk is truly amazing! He always ensures that everything is taken care of! He has been so helpful and is so kind and gives exceptional customer service. 5+ stars to him!

My room was nice and clean and the shower worked great. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but you can't really complain when it's free. The real highlight here is the pool.

We have stayed here probably 20+ times in last 15yrs. Great family rooms if you can get one. Quiet location and decent pool. Breakfast is usually good.
