Alberta Hotels with a Pool

We spent 5 nights at Sandman West while we were waiting to take possession of our new home.

I have stayed at this Sandman location several times and have found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful.

I had a reservation for the other Residence Inn by the airport but accidentally directed my Uber here instead. The reception staff were so kind and helpful.

The location is amazing — right in the city center and linked to many downtown buildings with skywalk. A lot great restaurants are close as well.

Excellent stay, friendly and helpful staff. Pool, gym (fairly well stocked with equipment for its size, water cooler inside and towels.

Great hotel for the price. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice location close to restaurants. Pet — and kid-friendly, which was important for us. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Waterton Lakes Lodge was a quiet restful stay! We recently visited Waterton during Thanksgiving weekend. Our check in process was efficient and friendly.

Loved this place. Nice rooms, ours had a kitchen which was fantastic. Nothing fancy but great for a national park. Everything is walking distance, the town is quite small.

Stayed here overnight en route to Alberta/BC. 100% recommend — clean and comfortable. Responded to my demands (more coffee in room! ) Convenient. Attached restaurant was great.

Being able to park at your door is great. Check in was fast and friendly. Comfortable beds. Great deal on complimentary breakfast.

The place was located in a very unique setting. When coming into resort they land completely changed to a mountain setting. The resort rooms need updating.

We wondered about going here for a while because of the golf and accessibility. Totally enjoyed the resort and stay. Great staff. Space is a bit dated but VERY clean & well kept.

We stayed in an air b n b grizzly building 101 on the 3rd floor, this was a super great experience for 7 adults and 3 kids.

I have stayed here many times before and always had a good experience. My last experience was exceptional.

It's easily walkable around downtown. Rooms a good, clean and quiet. Only downside is parking a pickup truck is a challenge but don't let that deter you.

Simple and clean location on the main strip of Banff. Everything is walking distance.
One fault, if the streets are noisy you can hear it. More so than the average place.

Very friendly and clean and they were very flexible and accommodating for our hockey team kids.

For a basic hotel it was pretty clean. The room was clean, equipped with a descent sized fridge and the bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western — Wainwright, Alberta, and we can’t say enough about the exceptional experience we had!

It's our first time on this location to stay after work in the area, I brought along my wife with me, and we are surprised by the most accommodating front desk and management of the hotel.

We have stayed at this property before, it has easy access, close to all amanities needed, clean, tidy, friendly staff, relaxing pool and hot tub, reasonably priced, has a restaurant.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a hotel with a more friendly and accommodating front staff. The hotel was spotless, quiet and in a fantastic location.

We stayed at this hotel for a Christmas party held in their conference hall and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were helpful, attentive, and did their best to support our large group.

My Husband and I, Stayed at Holiday Inn Calgary for one night. Check-in was smooth and quick, front desk was on point. Room was clean and comfy.

We had a great time in Jasper over Christmas 2025. In the kitchen loft suite, the beds were comfy and warm. Kitchen a bit tired and lacked utensils but we made it work and cooked a few times.

Nice place to stay. I’ve stayed many nights here for work and had many different types of suites. Rooms always clean. Check in staff great to deal with.

Good hotel but there were some rough edges during my 3 night stay that give it a budget feel. There is a pool, restaurants, washing machines and it is close to the ski resort.

A perfect anniversary stay! Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious, cozy, and fully equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful card and chocolates from the hotel.

Was very accommodating for our family with our elderly dog and our kid that was in town for a hockey tournament.

Stayed 2 nights at a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit as a family of 6. Spacious living room. Kitchen with utensil, bowls, plates and dishwasher.

Pretty fun and great stay. My only issues were the molds in the washer and staff smoking in a non smoking area by the entrance.

Hotel was very nice and clean the staff was great breakfast was wonderful! The only thing is there is NO HOT TUB I have never been to a hotel with a pool and waterslide but no hot tub.

Our family stays at this hotel and was truly wonderful. We were greeted by warmth welcome from Kiehn the receptionist. He is very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here in Nov 2025. Only negative thing I have is that I don’t think they should advertise wood burning fireplaces if they aren’t going to provide firewood.

Been coming here every year for almost 20 years and it is fantastic.

This is our 2nd time at the hidden ridge resort. Decent location within Banff, quick drive or bus ride to the downtown.

Hidden Ridge totally exceeded our expectations! It provided the service of a hotel with the privacy of an Airbnb. The townhouses were spacious and clean with all basic necessities.

I had an incredible experience here! I booked out the entire hotel for a work event, and the hotel delivered an experience above and beyond.

Rooms and pool were clean, staff were friendly. Close to lake! However, lack of change rooms/bathroom stalls for pool and lobby was a bit odd.

The service is outstanding! Best front desk assistants ever!

We had an overnight stay as part of the weekend checking out a show at the local theater.

Overall, I was very happy with our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Calgary Downtown.

The area is a little rough to walk around, but it is very well located with lots of nearby amenities.
Service has always been great.
Pool and hot tub have always been pristine.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a pool and a sauna, which was a nice bonus and perfect for relaxing.

We definitely enjoyed our one night getaway from the busy Edmonton area to smaller town Ft. Saskatchewan!
We were able to relax in the hot tub, and enjoy a sauna afterwards. We will certainly be back!
