It's a nice clean hotel with good rooms and comfortable beds and good facilities that I didn't have time to use but the Ramada next door is $30 cheaper and has free continental breakfast.

We have really enjoyed our stay. We had a king suite and it was a very nice room to come back to relax at. Bed was very comfy. I actually slept til noon which I haven't done in many many years. Not including breakfast wasn't a big deal at all. I've enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here agian if my husband has work in the area again. 5/5

(Edited due to spelling mistakes) — I needed a room for under $120 a night because of a work imposed limit. The first price I got was over $140 but after explaining my situation they brought the price down to exactly $120 with a special rate. The room was prefect, very nice beds, pillows and newer towels. Internet was not bad as far as speed, enough to watch Netflix at lower and medium resolutions. The remote they put in the rooms is a "hospitality" remote that makes it impossible to change inputs on the TV if you want to hook up laptop or game system to watch movies. You have to use the TV side buttons, which is annoying. Parking is good, they have a few side doors you can use to get in and out. They also have a Smitty's in the hotel I didn't know about until I got there! I love that place so bonus points from me. They also have a decent workout area, plus hot tub. I didn't not look at the other amenities but saw a business room you can print and work in. Would stay here again, but only if I get the special rate again. Base price is higher than work will pay for.

Awesome all around! The restaurant staff are amazing, great service and very friendly. I stay here exclusively when ever I travel to or around Lloydminster.

Hotel was nice woman at front desk I don't think she understood what I was try to ask to get the corporate rate cuz it always works at everyother holiday inn and Inn Express. I didn't want a make a big deal but I think people should have to have better English communication skills to work customer service position is thiswrong of me to feel this way sorry if this is offensive to sum bu that my whole issue here not to start to open that can of worms lol.

Hotel location is great, located right on the main road through lloydminster. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Hotel is nice and staff are pleasant. The low review is because of their billing policy. They hold a $320 deposit when you check in (which is normal), however, the deposit is not released back to your credit card when you check out. It is held for an additional 3-5 business days. This was NOT communicated to us when we checked in or checked out. We ran into issues using our credit card the day after we checked out as we were not aware there was still $320 held on the card until we called them back to find out what was going on. Very poor policy and even worse communication. Another draw back is they do NOT offer ANY breakfast. You need to order your breakfast from the in-house Smitty's restaurant (not included, so you will need to pay). Bit of advise here is to do this the night before, otherwise you will be waiting a LONG time for it to be delivered to your room.

Pulled into town about 1am after 7hrs of driving with 2 under 2. Online rate showed $100 a night but we were charged $125. No reason givin as to why. Also was not able to sleep because they seemed to have bought discount beds from the circus that last past through town because the beds felt like sleeping on over inflated air mattresses you'd take camping or sleeping in a bouncy castle. Combine that with stale coffee and staff that didn't seem to care when these issues were brought up. This made this hotel stay in my top 10 worse places of paid to stay in, which was really disappointing because its considered a high/premium brand. You're better off staying at the Travel Lodge across the street, at least they have a swimming pool with slide and free breakfast. You don't even get a discount at Smitty's which is located downstairs in the same Hotel.

Probably one of the best hotels in Lloydminster. I find the beds too soft, but that's just my preference. Also, the A/C unit rattled a lot during my last stay. Otherwise, clean and modern. Convenient location.

Unfortunately I have experienced these words in all the wrong ways first hand as a previous staff member at the holiday inn. I will let it known to the world that the manager at the holiday Inn in Lloydminster is uneducated in her job. Perhaps greed is the only way to explain why there is no head housekeeper. Bullying staff is unacceptable in any culture. I want everyone to know that when they sleep in a room at the holiday inn in Lloydminster, that the room has been cleaned by someone who is unappreciated, disrespected and walked all over by upper management. Do it for peace, love and respect. Do we seriously still live in a world like this? where marginalization is still acceptable in some work places? I don't think so. Take a stand FREEDOM OF SPEECH Don't stay another night at the Holiday Inn.
