Used the 24hr laundry mat! It was clean easy and fast. Front desk clerk was helpful and kind.

Great place to stay. Can't say enough about the staff and accommodation.

I recently stayed at the West Edmonton Mall Inn and overall had a very positive experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Nice hotel. Right across from the West Edmonton Mall. A few bars in the area including the mall casino. You can get a pass to Waterpark for 50 % off. The free continental breakfast is also a bonus.

Semi-truck broke down, no heat, this place saved me. Fast, friendly service, welcoming atmosphere, the room was fresh, clean, and tastefully decorated, for sure a hidden gem. Very pleasant surprise.

Travel to okotoks for work and this is my favourite place to stay. Staff is excellent, room is well appointed. I took the opportunity to use the pool and hot tub last trip an it was a good amenity.

The only issue was the construction in the restaurant. We had to have breakfast at the lobby.

Amazing service, car broke down on Sunday, while traveling to Hay River. The hotel extended our stay with zero hasles. An easy return to the hotel and even the same room.

Hospitality was fantastic, guest service was wonderful as well. Dont book online, just speak directly with the great staff at the front desk, they're quite accommodating.

Great stay in Wabasca.
Stayed 2 nights at Nova Inn and was really impressed. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a fridge and microwave in-room.

Stayed here for the better part of three months for work. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and the breakfast is very good.

I’ve known Laura and Jerry for years and can vouch for them as top-tier operators. They run a tight ship at both the Sandstone Motel and the Eatery.

We have stayed here another number of times. The most recent was disappointing for the following reasons:
1. No Cable TV. Unable to watch Sports etc without logging into apps.

Huge shout-out to Paige at the Ramada Ponoka. She was super friendly and really accommodating to our ringette team the whole time we were there.

I have had the best experience here at this hotel. I stay here once a month for few days each time. These ladies are so accommodating, helpful and super friendly! I get treated like royalty.

Water is potable from a community hose to your unit.
Motel has a large common room with a small shower and two washers and dryers and a small bathroom.

Our family just spent three nights September 5-7, 2023 at the Pals Motel. We have stayed here before and like it. The rooms are clean and the family that owns it are very professional and nice.

Rooms were nice — need a little updating on stairs and hall ways but room was really nice.
Lady working the front was too busy on her phone to be super helpful.

Arrived at the hotel by midnight, the receptionist (kham) was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Would come back again and would recommend it to my friends and family!

Clean rooms, secure parking spots and very nice staff. When I stayed here the first night, I was worried about my vehicle because I read in a earlier review that the parking lot was sketchy.

Wicked is awesome. Great staff, clean, organized, great price, and the beds are comfy. People who stay here are also very respectful and keep quiet during sleep hours.

We moved in Oct'25 and found the entire move in to be well accommodated. After living there for 3 months we find the building to be clean, well maintained and the residents super friendly.

If you are looking to rent a place with great views, great management and great location, you cannot go wrong with The Underwood.

Super nice location, great place to come to for vacation, in the nature between the wildlife.
So sad to hear that it was lost in the wildfire and that it needs to be rebuild.

I feel like if you go in with realistic expectations for a two star hotel, this hotel excellent value for what you get.

The hot tub has been broken every time we have stayed there! Our room was good, the restaurant is great, but the kids sport teams on the weekends is annoying!

The hotel was lovely and it was nice having the restaurant just down the hall but the bedding (which is the main reason you get a hotel, to sleep) was not nice.

I had a really pleasant stay at this motel! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night.

Was looking for a cheap place to stay for the night. I was a little hesitant given how old the place looked, however after arriving the staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Really enjoyed my stay here as a single person. Service was good, the rooms were clean, it was very quiet. No kids running around screaming and unattended, no blaring tvs.

I am unsure why anyone would rate this less than a 5 across the board. The rooms were clean and have been updated since last year.

We have been to the Pomeroy numerous times, but on this specific trip we ended up getting upgraded to the Black Diamond Club?!

Breakfast was delicious, with quite a wide variety of choices compared to other hotels here in Canada and The breakfast attendant, Janice, was very kind and friendly🙂

I had an amazing stay. The room was very comfortable and large. It was also very clean. The pool area was great and clean as well. But it was the breakfast that earned it 5 stars.

Beds are a little short. Room was cozy and ok for the price.
