We want to send a heartfelt thank‑you to the entire team at the Village Creek Country Inn for the wonderful service we received throughout our wedding weekend.

While we have stayed at the hotel in the past before getting a place in Pigeon (it was great by the way), it's the spa we are writing about as it is and has always been such a great place to go for a

We would definitely recommend the Banff Caribou Lodge & Suites. The rooms very comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. They gave us free bus passes during our stay.

Emily was the greatest help to us in our stay.

The staff are very welcoming and will meet all your needs. The hotel in transition of being renovated, so have to expect bit of noise after 9-9:30 a. M. I didn’t mind work has to get done.

Some posts say rooms a bit dated, carpet I suppose but who cares! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, good free breakfast, friendly staff. They are upgrading 3rd floor. Nice hotel we'll stay here again.

I've been traveling on the road for the last week to ten days. I stay at this property almost three times a month for some consecutive days.

It’s good that they are renovating as the carpet on 3rd floor definitely should be replaced and my closed door was broken (suite # 310).

This hotel was super nice. There was construction but it did not interfere with my stay at all and my hotel room was a brand new beautiful room.

We stayed whilst the hotel was still undertaking refurbishments and I still give it 5 stars. Room was comfortable, modern and clean. The kitchenette was useful.

Stayed one night before early flight. Room was comfortable and 10 minutes from the airport. Hotel has a 24 hr shuttle to the terminal. We arranged for a 3.00am shuttle. Very convenient and easy.

The rooms are good, comfortable and clean, there is a pool and hot tub, no lounge for platinum members.

This didn't feel like a hostel at all. The common area felt like a chalet, with comfy couches and a pool table. Very chill, no party vibes, which I appreciated.

Upon arrival the staff member on the desk was slightly abrupt to us arriving to check in just 10 minutes prior to 4pm.

We had breakfast at the Lamp Post. Our server Emily was so awesome and the food was fantastic as well as the view. So we invited our group of 28 there for dinner!

The best thing about this place is the location. When you are in the middle of nowhere in Alberta, you don't care about fancy hotels and service.

We had a wonderful stay at the Canalta Hotel! My kids and partner loved the pool and waterslide, the beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean.

The team was amazing. Room was cleaned daily well and my requests for towels was easy. The staff was very kind. It was a well run place.

This is a quiet hotel. Iwas staying here while working night shift. Very accommodating to our needs and the two breakfast ladies are top notch, super actually.

Had a great stay here last week. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Easily able to plug in a Firestick and enjoy Netflix. View was also very nice.
