Nice location, clean and updated. Pool and slide was great. Breakfast was good. And our room was comfortable and has lots of space. We had a blast. Only thing that was annoying, Wi-Fi didn’t work the whole time we were there. They said too many people are there using it. Every time they said they are resetting the modem. They just need to get a new provider. That being said it kept out kids off their tablets easier. But for a business client it would be a bit harder.

Newer modern hotel, great pool and waterslide, free breakfast is always appreciated and good location to head to Calgary (zoo and SPARK), Drumheller and Banff.

Loved the pool, waterslide, and hot tub. The breakfast was really great. The hotel is pretty new, and super clean. I can't say enough good things about it. The desk agent checking us out even gave my daughter a little birthday gift. That really made our day.

Nice clean hotel. Pool was great, warm water the kids loved it. The slide is crazy fast! Breakfast as good. The lady working the breakfast was very friendly and efficient.

Great place to stay with the kids. They loved the waterslide! Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast included lots of options that pleased every member of your family.

Property was clean and beds were good. Breakfast was excellent with many options. We booked a suite but the microwave was not cleaned there was water left over in it by the previous guest since it was not cleaned properly. Also we left a phone charger in the room by mistake and called the hotel within an hour to ask if it was found by house cleaning and was told it’s not there : (.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Airdrie for a couple of nights during the Calgary Stampede and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and the associated amenities. The hotel itself was fairly close to Calgary and to shopping at Cross Iron Mills. The complimentary breakfast was okay (not amazing), the provided coffee was always fresh and not bad, and the pool and hot tub were pretty nice. We would stay here again.

Got a room for six people. It included two queen beds and one pull out couch. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel comes with complimentary continental breakfast. Really cool pancake maker. Room has a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, hair dryer and iron, hangers, television and wardrobe area. Our rooms were cleaned each day and supplies for the room including shampoo, soaps and towels were restocked. I had an allergic reaction to the shampoo, soap and conditioner supplied there. The brand is from bath and body works. There is snacks, medicine and sanitary napkins provided by the front desk. Location is not far from Calgary but to go on expeditions you can spend about two to three hours driving to the mountains and lakes. Enjoyed my stay.

I booked this hotel for my husband to stay at the night before our wedding. The staff was SO FRIENDLY and accommodating. They brought up wine for them on the day and made notes that it was a wedding party which made it so easy for people to be able to come and go. For that alone I would give them 5 stars — but to top it off. There was a fire on our families property the day before our wedding (also where some of our stuff was kept & where our wedding was taking place), they knew about this and surprised us the day after the wedding by compensating our stay. That was so incredibly generous and took a big weight off our shoulders. Thank you!

New modern rooms, great customer service as well! Could use an update on the continental breakfast but otherwise I'll be back again!

We had swimming lessons for our kids there, the facilities were fine although there were no private showers which would have been nice.

Easy highway access. Room was clean, decent breakfast. Pool deck looked like it was never cleaned, slide was great, but promotes a high energy pool area (no chance of a quiet soak in the hot tub). HVAC system above pool area rusty. West side 4th floor room was noisy (road & wind) Bathroom fan vent was flapping in the wind (banging)

Excellent stay at this hotel. Staff are very friendly! The hotel is spittle bit away from the main city but it's easy to get to and quite. The rooms are all beautiful modern and newly renovated! There is a complementary breakfast bar in the mornings and a swimming pool and gym. The internet is very fast and reliable aswell! Highly recommend.

Nice and renovated place. Clean and comfortable rooms. They gave me a nice quiet area with no traffic. Continental breakfast with great selection and nice seating areas and TV's.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and overall a pleasant stay so far. The only down side is that all the good amenities and restaurants are on the other side of the hiway. Not much to see unless you drive.

Hotel is located in a nice quiet area and is fairly new so the rooms are really clean and modern.

Great hotel. Complimentary breakfast and a pool with waterslide. Only problem is the city of Airdrie itself smells really bad from the potato processing plant nearby.

Nice and clean place, staff were very accommodating (in general), and breakfast was really good (I ❤️ their omelette). The only concern I had was I paid for a family suite with cookware and utensils (as advertised), but was given a room that didn't have such amenities. I phoned reception to request for a room transfer 'coz I thought we were given the wrong room. The receptionist apologized and explained that none of their rooms have cookware and utensils. So it's either the receptionist was making an excuse or the hotel's advertising is misleading. Nevertheless we had an amazing stay with them.

Stay here time to time. Front desk staff nice. Rooms always clean. Prices very reasonable.

The hotel itself is near the tailend of what seems to be some pretty serious renovations. The rooms are clean and bright and the staff here are world class — I travel a lot and these are some of the most courteous and professional staff I've come across. The only concern I'd have is that being an older hotel the walls are pretty thin and it was extremely noisy when we were here. The staff were all over trying to contain it for us but with really thin walls there's only so much that can be done. Other than that. Great stay. Thanks!

My husband and stayed last night and it was amazing — the room was beautiful,,, décor was very nice and loved the Jacuzzi tub,, we will be back… front end staff was very helpful too :-)

Very nice, quiet hotel. Breakfast in the morning is delicious! The pool/hotub is a good size and kids of all ages can go on the two story high waterslide! Staff are very friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying here again! Two Thumbs Up!

My favorite hotel in Airdrie, with one of my favorite front desk staff. Natash a makes checking in fun and I always find myself hoping she is on shift. A real joy to deal with.

It was suprising how quiet it was for being just off the highway. The front destination was very friendly and we had no troubles checking in or out. My only complaint, and it is a small one, was the TV not being at the foot of the bed but rather to the side making it difficult for both my wife and I to watch.

This hotel took no responsibility for their actions. I would never recommend coming here. As much as I enjoyed the stay while I was there, the difficulty I had resolving an issue after has completely tainted the whole experience. I will never be staying there again.

We were visiting family staying there. The pool was great and had a slide that kept all the kids busy for hours. The rooms were clean and large.

The rooms were nice, staff was helpful. The pool was nice and our kids enjoyed their time there. This was the second time we've stayed at this location and would stay again.

Hotel looks nice, BUT rooms smell like burnt rubber. I have had room on 4th floor, asked to change it and the one on 3d smelled the same. Not sure what goes on in these rooms but will be looking for alternative place next time.

Great value, clean — kids loved the pool and water slide. Breakfast was good too. The only con is that there are not a lot of close family restaurants.
