The stay was amazing. I brought my nephew to Calgary for a few days to go to the zoo, etc. And I am so happy I decided to book with the Hampton in Airdrie. The hotel was so nice and clean. The breakfast was great. I eat low carb and had multiple options, which is fantastic, and was one of my biggest worries with an included breakfast. The staff were super friendly. Always said hello and asked how I was when I saw someone. Housekeeping came by the room while we were there on…e day, and I said she could just leave some towels, but she cleaned the whole bathroom, and noticed all of my used coffee cups in the garbage so asked if I wanted extra coffee left. Totally above and beyond. Check out is where the staff really shined. I booked months prior via a 3rd party hotel app, and the payment information was never sent to the hotel, so I was being charged for the room again. I cannot explain the dread that went through me thinking I was going to have to deal with this at 6:30 AM while trying to pack a child up for a long drive back to BC. Except that the fantastic lady at the desk took my confirmation email, called her supervisor, and then told me they would take care of it and I was good to go. 2 days later I get a notification that the charges on my card were reversed. I unfortunately did not get names for either person but they are amazing! Thank you for employing such wonderful, caring people!

We booked the 2 bedroom, King Suite for our wedding May 2018. I stayed there with my bridesmaids & getting ready, and it was also the room for the night of until our honeymoon. The room was gorgeous, and bigger than I even expected. The staff was so friendly an accommodating and honestly I wish we could have stayed there longer it was so comfortable. I was already planning on rating 5 stars on that alone! But then the staff at this hotel were so incredibly generous. They compensated our wedding night after finding out about a fire that happened on our families property the day before our wedding (also where some of our stuff was being stored & where the wedding was taking place). This was so nice and took a huge weight off our shoulders. The kindness in that was not unnoticed and we can't say thank you enough!

Had the best time in Airdrie’s Hampton Inn & Suites. Staff is amazing, went above and beyond! Can’t wait for our next visit. Will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely room and bathroom, comfy beds, and helpful staff. Gym facilities clean with new equipment. The only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room, which I always use/need. Another plus was that the parking lot was well lit. Overall, very new and clean accommodations and the complimentary breakfast is always an appreciated service feature.
