Had a very comfortable stay here. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the price was fair. The air conditioner was rather weak. Never really cooled more than it's own corner of the room. But I was also surprised that at this close to the airport I didn't hear a single plane. I'd stay here again.

Room is decently sized and has air conditioning/heat. Has a mini fridge though part of ours was broken. Has a TV but only plays on-demand stuff which sucks. The baseboard was coming off from the wall but no one apparently bothered to fix it. Nice bathroom, and a nice tub/shower with multiple settings for the shower head. Comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast is… okay. Go early, or risk getting the crappy food left at the end (wet eggs, dry hashbrowns). Service at the desk wasn't anything great, not overly friendly. The manager was nice though. The biggest pain is that the hotel is so far from downtown. A 45 minute bus ride (we didn't rent a car) to downtown. Theres a few nice bars and restaurants nearby, but be ready for a ~30 minute walk to go anywhere else.

The rooms are a bit outdated but provides basic amenities including a mini fridge. Customer service was great. Very busy hotel. Convenient for those travelling. You have the option to park at the hotel and fly. Rates are reasonable and they arrange free shuttle service to the airport.

Bed's were comfy, room was spacious, carpet was a little dirty and the bathroom door was very hard to close and open. Breakfast was included and was much better than I thought it would be. Forgot Sunday was different times so had to walk to McDonald's. Pool was spacious and whirlpool was ok. Wasn't very hot, jets weren't very strong and was very discolored along the sides.

I would stay again. Rooms clean and staff did help at times. Chef made me the best steak salad and it was close to closing time. I thought that was really nice after the long day I had. I just wanted healthy food.

Great stay! Great price for what u get! The pool and hot tub was nice. They even let us stay later then the 11 pm closing. The free bf was very good.

Love this Room! Separate king bedroom, sitting room with office desk and fireplace, huge bathroom with jet tub and seperate steam shower. Got it for $103.00! Pool is simple but clean, staff are very friendly and provided me a microwave and fan upon request. Nice to have a room to spa in without the spa price!

2-3 star hotel — 5 star service! Brad at the front desk was wonderful, we came in late and messed up our booking — brad was able to fix it over the phone right away — check in was smooth and friendly (only thing is the non smoking rooms used to be smoking rooms (for people who don’t smoke It’s just not possible to stay on the floor they smell really awful I instantly had a headache it’s extremely awful and new owners should not consider this a non smoking room/floor it is horrendous) HOWEVER Brad quickly fixed the situation and upgraded us to a nicer room that was never smoked in, thank you Brad! Hotel could use some upgrades (ok a lot of upgrades) there’s no TV only on demand, zero channels. 20.00$ to rent a movie … by beds are comfy! Prices are cheap! Highly unlikely that I would stay here again or recommend a friend.

Nice and clean place as well as well priced. The service from the workers were great, very nice. The breakfast was underwelming and not up to par. The pool was nice but the hot tub and steam room was not working. Overall pleased with the hotel stay.

0/10 would not recommend for anyone thinking this is a classy hotel. This is a cheap, crappy hotel. Please be clear of that before you book. Booked this hotel online for a suite room and upon arrival was told that I could not have the room I booked. The manager that night lied to me and told me it was a roof leak… Later I learned it is because they don’t allow pets in the suites. I called ahead twice and not one person mentioned this, even after I double checked that my reservation was okay with my dog. I stayed even after receptionists telling me “they strongly recommend I leave. ” The next night they switched us to an even shittier room, saying they made another mistake last night. I have a 10 month old and the room reeked of cigarettes, there were butts on the deck, and the carpets smelled like piss. Yeah. Not what I expected after booking a King Suite with a jacuzzi tub a week in advance, and called twice to confirm my dog was allowed (and told it was fine-not to worry). Horrible, horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

The place is very dated… but clean. I called from airport for shuttle. After 80 minute wait jumped in a taxi (cost $25.00! ) Front desk manager was kind enough to give me a voucher for dinner in Dalton's. They brought out some overcooked flat iron steak. Sent it back — got the striploin and it was cooked perfectly. Tho if it wasn't given to me I would not pay $25.00 for that meal. Came back to my room for a hot bath after 24 hours of travelling… no hot water! Very basic cable. Just disappointing all around.

Large clean room. Comfortable bed. Not very sound proof. Could use modernization. Not too bad of a hotel.

Two stars… I know what your thinking that looks pretty harsh. I travel quite often I'm consider myself a pretty easy going person. Let me tell you a little about the my two star adventure. The front desk person on staff didn't even look up when interacting with us. All weekend he had an attitude that gave us the impression that we were wasting his time while interacting with him. Without Advance warning the pool and hot tub were closed. The restaurant server was absent minded and quite passive aggressive in his interactions, In fact, when we were having breakfast he all but ignored me and took the other person at the tables order and walked away. I've actually never been to a hotel that I felt so unwelcome. It is my sincere recommendation to pick a different Hotel. In fact it's a pretty good statistical probability whatever hotel you pick will be a better than than this experience.

Terrible experience with cigarette smell in a room. Front desk agent was unprofessional. Will not stay again and won’t recommend. Unhappy.

I stayed in this hotel for 5nights, I had no issue whatsoever. Everything worked the way it should. Cleanliness was 5/5. They had a breakfast buffet as well which was pretty good.

Hotel room was clean and nice but a low cost hotel has low cost customers. Multiple people all night walking up and down the halls not at all courteous or concerned about others sleeping between 11pm-4:30am. I understand the hotel has little control over this but bring ear plugs and don’t plan on quiet.

I really like this properly. Some of the staff however, are not so nice. Specifically the males I have dealt with on numerous occasions. The women have always been kind and cordial.

The management here is great. Also best value for $ in this area. Super close to the airport.

Room was awesome. Booked a standard queen room and got upgraded to a king. Imran was working the front desk and was super nice to deal with. Very friendly staff and the room was just perfect.

I liked how they had vegetarian options in the buffet menu. There's lots of vegetables and salads but it would have been nice to have a main course that was vegetarian like some pasta or something.

Room was good. Got upgraded from queen to king. Restaurant served us fairly good food, was glad they were open. Had trouble with the shuttle, as the driver wouldn't pick up the phone to come pick us up. However the hotel paid for a taxi for us. They also got us a taxi for our insanely early flight. So all in all fairly good, but a little frustrating waiting for a shuttle that never turned up.

Quick friendly efficient check in. Room was clean and bed comfy. The bathroom sink was obviously dated and was showing some wear and tear but over all was all clean and had everything we needed. Was nice to have a little fridge and the keurig was a nice touch. Definitely stay there again.

Had a really incredible stay here. My boyfriend and I only stayed for one night, however everything went well. It was quite cheap for a hotel in Calgary, and it has a pool and a hot tub as well. It wasn't fancy, but it did the trick. Close to the airport, and there is plenty of shops, and places to eat, nearby. We also had breakfast in the hotel restaurant in the morning, and had a wonderful waiter. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I went for a small conference there. It was easy to find a location of the conference without having to ask staff. The conference and location was displayed on screen as I walked through the main door. Bathroom was not well kept, pieces of toilet tissue found on the wash room floor, however the toilet itself was clean. The temperature in the conference room is well regulated and it was comfortable.

Just a quick one night stay, pool and hot tub were nice. Room was comfortable. A little offended by the server in the lounge and her demeanour.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is a fine one. It's subsidized by the hotel for only $5.99 instead of $15-20. The hot tub and dry sauna were closed during our stay. But not a big problem. Overall a great place within a few clicks of the airport!

Everything was great. Very accommodating and nice fast shuttle to the airport. Didn't make use of many of their amenities but great service none the less.

We stayed here booking through Park Stay and Fly and were really impressed by everything the hotel had to offer. The front desk staff were truly amazing. We arrived to find that they were out of the Queen beds we had requested, so they had updated us to a King. There is a free airport shuttle, which the girl a the desk helped us book, and even scheduled a wake up call for us! On our way out in the wee hours of the morning, we left a Go Pro behind and the staff were simply incredible, ensuring that it was returned to the hotel and kept in the safe until we returned from our trip. They really went above and beyond, and we LOVED their smiles and assistance. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 stars was that I returned to find my vehicle had been slightly damaged in their parking lot during my stay. It is one of those things that happens, c'est la vie, right? But still disappointing, and a big fear for a traveler who is leaving their car in long term parking.

Awesome place with delicious food. Banquet servers needs more initiative. I asked for coffee and he said "I don't know if we have anymore", I used to work for hospitality so I know there is always coffee ready to go. The banquet server was just being LAZY.

I stayed here few weeks ago. I had a great stay, comfy bed, great service at a reasonable price. Brad was very helpful with everything. I appreciated his excellent service. Would definitely come back and try the brunch next time.

The free 24 hour shuttle only runs every hour, and only holds 10 people so make sure and book in advance. The front desk staff are helpful and the rooms are extremely clean. All in all a great place to stay.

Excellent hotel, great prices. Shuttle is a bit intermittent — must schedule in advance! Food was a little pricey.

Not clean. I would not stay here again. The first room we had the bed was not made. The second room had feces in the toilet. The carpets were dusty, the table outside the elevator was covered in dust in garbage. The hallways clearly have not been vacuumed. On a positive note the man at the front desk was very accommodating and apologetic. Nonetheless, not worth the price we paid.

The rooms are clean and very nice. Service is quick and friendly. There is a very nice fitness centre, pool and hot tub available, and a restaurant on site. Convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

We were treated rudely when we arrived at 2:00 am. It was assumed we might cause damage to the room. There was no creamer for the coffee, no pens and paper to write things down. Instead of 2 queen size beds, one of us had to sleep on a very uncomfortable pull out couch! That person woke up with a terrible back ache! The hotel restaurant was good. Good service, friendly & efficient. The food was excellent.

Comfortable bed, a pool and friendly staff at desk and restaurant. The hotel feels a bit bland and old in terms of decoration, but we did not care.

The exterior and interior is a bit dated, and a free breakfast would be great, but it's a solid experience. The shuttle bus needs to be booked at the front desk, but it's an easy way to get there and back to the hotel with ease. There is a Tim Hortons nearby, but on a cold winter Calgarian night, it's out of the question if you don't have a car. I'm sure the in-house somewhat over-priced restaurant is part of the strategy. The rooms are fitted with the essentials, and they even have nifty new coffee machines. Service is friendly and the rooms are clean. The shuttle bus can also take you to the airport car rental drop-off area if you're coming in late from the airport at night and can go there to rent the following day.

Hotel staff was rude, non smoking rooms and non smokers yet reeks of second hand smoke. Bathroom was dingy and blow dryer was sparking and kept shutting off and on. Heater made a banging noise all night horrible sleep and room was not overall clean.

Hotel in good location for my visit. Was only there very short stay. Staff were friendly and price was reasonable. Rooms was good for price.

Stayed overnight for a conference. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and nice bedding. Had breakfast in the restaurant and found it was tasty and priced well. Only item I would point out is the bathroom floor tiles need to be redone. There are also a couple restaurants within walking distance of the hotel to offer other choices as well. I would recommend staying here.

Good location near airport and access from main highway. Decor getting a little dated in some areas around the property and interior, but nice and clean. Restaurant service and food was OK, but could use improvement, but the prices were very reasonable ($6 breakfast)!. Room (bed, pillows, desk, chair, TV) were great, clean and comfortable). Charging for electric car available. Staff we polite and helpful.

Room was good for our meeting, but Internet access was nearly useless. Like using dial up nearly impossible to use. Had to create my own hot spot in order to access important information online referring to our meeting and work. Restaurant was ok, food was for the most part pre fab. Overall was alright here.

I was at the Ramada for a professional event. The place is looking tired from the outside, but it was a nice event, with decent food.

Easy quick check in. Elevators smelled like cigarette smoke. Room was clean, warm and comfy although the bathroom could use some updating. Overall… great stay.

I attended a work meeting at the Ramada. It seemed okay I suppose. Nothing extraordinary one way or the other.

I had my wedding reception here on a Saturday night. The food was terrible for the price we had paid. It was unbelievable they actually served what they did. At the tasting it was quite different then on the day of. Biggest upset was the room they had provided for the night for the groom bride. It was old and appeared to be filthy. We upgraded to the honeymoon suite which was not any better. It was used by the bride for make up only and we ended up going to the Marriott on Barlow (10000 x better). The food for the wedding was provided by Green Chili as ramada is in contract with them for food services. This contract should be terminated immediately as there are tons of places that serve better tasting dishes, quality meats, vegetarian dishes at a cheaper cost. Try Spice 7 eau Claire. I had my second reception at the restaurant for 65 people on the following Sunday and the food was phenomenal. Everyone had forgotten about Saturday. Avoid Ramada and go to another hotel as you will pay pretty much the same price but receive more bang for your buck. Thank you.

Good food and service. A great place for a workshop.

This location is very close to the airport, but not super convenient to the terminal. There are a lot of restaurants near by if you want a decent meal. The staff seem helpful and it is quite appealing on the inside. There is also a large amount of parking, which is definitely itely a bonus.

Location is tricky to find, hotel is very nice and has very good food.

The guys at the counter took far too long to answer the phone fore Suttle pickup. The room are decently prices and fairly comfortable. Seem a little dingy in the hallways. All in all for the money it was good.
