This would undoubtedly be one of the best places I've stayed having travelled a lot.

Always good. Great location. Nestled atop Hallorans Hill National Park. Yet only 5 min drive or 10 min cycle or 25 min walk) to town! Amazing views.

The apartment is spacious, bright, on the ground floor we enjoy a beautiful view of the river. A terrace and a beautiful small garden, complete the set.

Arrived at this back packers, we booked our stay in person and the staff was absolutely amazing. Helped us through our booking proccess and showed us rooms prior to paying for out stay.

A good backpacker hostel, our room was pretty clean, but we also had luck with our neighbors, who held the place tidy. Also it was fully cleaned during our 3-day-stay, garbage was taken out daily.

We have stayed at Hi Ho Holiday Apartments twice now. The staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The reception area is really lovely, the pool and area around it is very well kept.

Hands down one of the best receptionist I’ve met, Matty helped me with places to go see around town and had exceptional customer service, thanks for making this stay as good as could be mate 🤙

This was a great time and location. Very big and comfortable apartment. Absolutely central location. Clean and great presented. Lovely owners. Very recommended travellers to come and enjoy their stay.

I had a lovely stay here; after driving from Bundaberg for the Laneway festival this was the best option.

The hotel staff are very accommodating. We stayed twice both last minute bookings are they were very helpful.
The rooms are nice and clean. Milk and amenities provided.

My wife, 2 dogs and I stopped in for 1 night. Loved everything about our stay. Front desk was was so helpful. The food was wonderful! If we come back to Emerald we will stay here.

Have been staying here regularly for work, staff are fantastic! Food is on point. Being away from home can sometimes be a little difficult.

Very good hostel, the cleaning was done 3 times per days, the staff and the manager are very kind and welcoming. I was very happy because to stay there. Definitely recommend it.

Stayed her this week, room was adequate for what I needed. Close dining for Lunch and Dinner but no breakfast options nearby.

Great few days. The apartment was central to cafes, esplanade walks etc. Lovely winter break in the sunshine!

Clean modern room. Big smart TV in front of the bed, aircon and a big shower head.

Very comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms. The showers are hot and have great pressure! Everything was immaculately clean, and it is so peaceful and quiet at night.

Loved the location! Right in the heart of the pier experience. Easy access. Parking is a challenge but not impossible. Room was good. It was hard to get consistent water temperature though.

Easy check in / check out process. There's a $100 security deposit hold on your credit card which I'm not a huge fan of, but the rooms were clean and pretty nice considering the cost and the area.

Trevor is friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded without asking, and also given late checkout which was great for my late flight.
